I have been unfortunate enough to use APC Overnight three times, none of these times was by personal choice but because online retailers chose to use them as a courier.

Parcels do not arrive on time, if at all. Do not believe that they will deliver your parcel 'overnight'.
Parcels are not treated well - they arrived battered and goods ruined.
Their customer service is AWFUL. They do not reply to emails or answer the phone and if you do manage to speak to someone they are downright rude.

Companies should NOT use this courier as it gives them a bad reputation.
