The place is very special. We came her for brunch twice and loved it. Food was delicious, service was flawless, very special experience!

The best thing about this place was the service! Food was that great. I ordered a simple Shirley temple that came out flat, I informed the server about but it was much better after that. The setting of the restaurant was very nice but again food sucks. Probably won t ever ever ever be back!!!

Love this Place. My co workers and our CEO always come here to eat during our congressional visit for AIDS Watch. This year Annie's is celebrating 70 years of business.

Speiekarte and restaurant looked good. Ordered 6oz Filet Mignon & Seafood plate. At first the medium ordered filet was more than well. On the complaint it was cut me small and further served by. After renewed complaint was graciously brought a new, the meat was medium but tough and sinewy. Hard to chew On my suggestion that it was hardly about Filet Mignon, I was told by the waiter, the chef had pleaded for filet. And that was it. No insight.

I am not sure why this place has to open till mid-night (or even later). That is really common for a steak house? By doing so it produces a large crowd of rude people yelling and shouting after mid-night and constantly crying as well. They have to understand that this is a residential neighborhood. Here is a wish that this place will cease to exist one day so that Washing DC people will have a moment of peace to their heart and will restore civilization.

Been there for lunch with my family. Food is tasty and good, prices are ok. Service is friendly.

The food was excellent. I went in the evening so the ambiance was low light with candles on the tables in the area I was seated. The menu has a wide selection for adults however no kids menu but you can put items on the menu together create something that they would enjoy.

One of my favorite restaurants since I found it. Always a fun staff with sharp wit and great drinks and grub. Get the Bull In The Pan.

Wanted a good steak. Found this place on the web, and was not disappointed. For the quantity and quality it was well worth it.

Shared a great meal with my friends last Saturday night. We were in love with our openfaced turkey sandwiches, so good. Our server was attentive and very outgoing. Recommend your establishment highly!

1120. they might add well close at 11! Second week in a row. They closed before they advertised! Love the food but it was 1120 and the door was locked so I was forced to eat at McDonald's. WTF!

Been a while since I dropped in but not only do I still hear good things about the place but glad to see its still around. Will drop in there next time I'm in DC.

The food was just ok and I was not impressed with the service. I didn't get any good recommendations from my server. The drinks are overpriced - my margarita was $15 - and not very good. This is more of an establishment place versus a destination for great food or service.

Wow. A down home maryland/DC experience. It's like a diner with crab cakes and good steaks. Love it.

My friend brought me to Annie s for the first time (6 May 2019 @7pm). He told me the food and atmosphere is amazing. He was spot on, it was a wonderful restaurant with great food and the decor was nice.

The reason I gave it only 3 Stars is because our waiter was terrible. He never got us bread, he didn t understand what we wanted and he brought our appetizer out with our main meal (very annoying). I think he just needs remedial training and understands the flow of how food comes out and studies the menu. He was flustered the whole time.

I visit DC frequently and Annie's is the top of my restaurant list for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. Food, staff and ambience are exceptional. I highly recommend Annie's Paramount Steakhouse

Went for late lunch/early dinner, but they were serving brunch til 4pm... didn't get my steak craving sated -- coulda had steak and eggs, but didn't want eggs... was a regular stop for steak when I lived downtown DC, and great for weekend bfast after the clubs close, but I'm past all that... please do go for a great steak... not inexpensive, but well worth the price (good steaks and drinks about $100 cheque for 2 people)

I love coming to Annie's the food is amazing, the service is outstanding, and the place is truly everything !!!

So went to dinner w/ a friend. Our server was trash. He never introduced himself, we only learned his name after we received the bill. During our entire dining experience he checked on us once, there was no small talk or customer service for that matter. After paying the bill I went to the restroom, when I returned my friend had gone to the restroom as well. As I gather my coat and bag to leave the server turned to I and said and I quote "thank you, and make sure you have some very interesting sexual encounters tonight" *jaw drops* because surely I didn't hear what I thought I just heard. What did you just say? "The server gave me a nasty look and walked away. I called to speak to the manger and he suggested the sever was "being humorous" and said he would speak to the server. I just can't comprehend how that could be humorous or even okay to say to someone at all. It was incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate and I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I won't be returning to this establishment ever again.

One of the best steaks I've ever had with a super friendly waitstaff. We came here not knowing it's back story and we're plesently surprised that it's a very popular and historic part of the DC LGBTQ community.

Little side note. While they do serve soda it's only out of bottles, and not out of a soda gun so it's much fresher then usual.

Wonderful steak and seafood in a comfortable dining spot. Great bar to meet friends or have a relaxing cocktail with that special person.

If there was ever an institution Annie's would be one of them. The mainstay of Dupont Circle and late night eating, early eating and just eating. The interior hasn't changed since I been there. There is an old feel to this place and I just don't mean the clientele. There can be a wait on a good night. Okay, there is always some sort of wait. The service is quick friendly. The host is part of the neighborhood. She's always there when we go. The food here is the steak. Anything else is sort of a hit or miss to me. The house salad for one can feed 2 people. The selection of steaks are all good. All orders comes out usually as requested. You usually come out feeling satisfied but I think off to bed to the end of the night of bar hopping rather than the beginning but hey if you feel sexy after gouging 15oz steak go for it!

A classic. Annie's steaks, salads, burgers, and omelettes never fail to please.

I LOVE this place and I have loved it for 45 years. The menu has greatly expanded over the years (as have customers' waistlines) but the quality remains consistent. Annie's is my go-to place for a comfortable experience. My most recent visit was made during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the outside seating with heaters was great.

This is a friendly place with really good service. My friends and I only had deserts and sat outside. The tables are socially distanced, the staff wore masks and our deserts were really good. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

I've been back to Annie's Paramount Steakhouse two more times and I've have to say it was excellent I guess the first time there was just a fluke

They wouldn't turn the music off for me but they said if I was unhappy it was no problem and I got my Miller lite bottle for free!

They have indoor seating, but are not skipping booths. Apparently a plexi glass divider is enough. Waiter wasn't rude, but he wasn't polite. Separated the checks and put the wrong items together. Food was okay.

Alway good. Good service. Breakfast and Blody's are recommended!

The Steaks are outstanding here. A wonderful hidden gem since 1948. The menu has a wonderful section with caring staff.

We were walking just looking for a place for Sunday brunch. Most places were open with few customers. We found Annie's was pretty busy so we thought that was a good recommendation from the community. We were right. Delicious food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. I had the French toast and eggs. Cooked perfectly. Nice leisurely brunch. Can't wait to go back.

Love Annie's Paramount Steak House! The staff is the best. We visited for some snacks and drinks on Halloween. Our dog George was shivering so they brought him a blanket! It was the sweetest gesture. The jalapeno poppers and pecan pie was delicious.
