Ola is amazing!!!!!!!!If you are fortunate enough to deal with Mary even better. We, without clarification had an issue with an old, yet learning employee only to find out it was the OWNERS. Lots of unknown to Ola & us, complete dishonesty. A complete nightmare when our Owners terminated Ola, afterwards we realized how dishonest they were and frugal. It took us 13 plus months and extremely high utility bills to still get minimal response.Our AC runs 24/7 & still to miserable to occupy. Research your Owners!

This was our second time dealing with Ola Properties. From the Owner to the entire Staff - every single person you come in contact with is outstanding! The vacation unit we rented in Ko olina Kai was superb!!! The three bedroom rental was beautifully furnished, and the neighborhood very nice. Would highly recommend renting through Ola Properties in Ko'olina!!! Mahalo to everyone there!

Ola Properties manages our rental condo on Oahu, and has been a joy to work with over the six years that we have owned the condo. We never have to worry about anything in terms of their rental program, the tenants, any condo maintenance issues, etc. I highly recommend them for both owners and for people looking for a place to rent on Oahu. We have used both aspects of their business and have always been very pleased and satisfied.

My daughter and her family who live and work in Boston were able to enjoy a wonderful summer with me in Hawaii. This was due to the excellent office space that this lovely, well furnished and delightfully decorated condo provided . WiFi service was very reliable and she never missed a day of work. Many workers were unaware she was in Hawaii as internet service was seamless. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is able to work from home or to anyone who is just looking for a comfortable vacation. The accommodations lack nothing. Just bring your bathing suit!!

We had a marvelous two-week holiday with the whole family (5 adults, 4 children under 5) and whenever we had any questions while making the reservations or while enjoying the condos, Jeb and the staff at Ola Properties were always quick and cordial in their response.

Ola Properties manage our vacation rental unit in Ko Olina. The most important thing for the rental unit owners is that the unit is rented out consistently. Ola Properties have done a great job of keeping our unit rented continuously. They are also very good at taking care of any maintenance issues promptly. Everyone I have worked is amazing. Larry took beautiful photos of our unit. Debi works hard at keeping the unit rented. Jennise keeps me informed of all maintenance issues and is very responsive. Ashley in accounting is my hero. She files our GE and TA taxes for us. We had a two-year gap in rental before we signed on with Ola Properties so we didn't file the GE and TA taxes. Ashley said we had to file them even if we had no income. So she went back and filed them for us. Everyone at Ola Properties is dedicated, professional, competent, and pleasure to work with. Going with Ola Properties for our rental unit has been the best decision we have made. Thank you!

Arlene did a fabulous job of representing us for the sale of our home in Ko Olina. Being over 2000 miles away could have made the transition a nightmare instead, Arlene worked overtime to insure we were satisfied and well taken care of.

I've stayed with Ola Properties several times in Ko Olina. The have always provided great customer service, quality properties, and have taken care of any needs quickly if they come up. The Beach Villas have been one of my favorite but we recently discovered Ko Olina Kai that has now become our new home away from home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great vacation rentals!

We have been using Ola Properties for several years. The employees there are friendly, helpful, responsive, provides good value.

Our extended family of 5, 4 adults and 8 year old spent 10 glorious days in BT-204. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Ola Properties in Ko Olina. We love the quiet spirit of the Ola Beach Towers, and all the amenities. And look forward to returning again and again.
It could only be further enhanced by shade umbrellas on the beach for protection from the sun.
This would be greatly appreciated to enhance the length of time, in which to enjoy the use of the very close-by beach going experience.
