Speiekarte and restaurant looked good. Ordered 6oz Filet Mignon & Seafood plate. At first the medium ordered filet was more than well. On the complaint it was cut me small and further served by. After renewed complaint was graciously brought a new, the meat was medium but tough and sinewy. Hard to chew On my suggestion that it was hardly about Filet Mignon, I was told by the waiter, the chef had pleaded for filet. And that was it. No insight.
