Good prices but untrustworthy business not acting in good faith. Today I asked for a copy of the paperwork they wanted me to sign prior to piercing & I was denied. Any time you sign a contract both parties have to be given a copy for it to be valid. The worker had no real or lawful reasoning why I couldn't have a copy of the paperwork. When I asked, him why his response was " well we never done that in 23 years that isn't something we do. So I asked him could I take a picture of the contract to keep handy for my own records and protection. He said " no we don't allow that and if you want a copy you can't get the peircing" therefore, clearly indicating they have no regard for the best interest of the customers or their rights. So if something happens to you as a customer such as an adverse reaction as a result of tattoo or peircing from them, they can just run off into the sunset or deny that they caused such reaction without you having a strong defense. Those prices are cheap for a reason. Its better to pay more money for quality service from a trustworthy business Than paying less only to be Hustled. Plus I noticed something sharky in the contract about the customer "agreeing to pay attorney fees and court costs" that instantly raised a red flag. I went to another establishment for the peircing where I'll pay twice the money but I recieved quality treatment and a copy of the paperwork with no issues. That is much more valuable than settling for something cheap

I LOVE Eric and my first tattoo!

I got my first tattoo today, and I truly LOVE it! I was familiar with Eric's work through two good friends, who are loyal customers and fans. The studio is EXTREMELY clean and the atmosphere is congenial and respectful.

Every detail of the design has profound meaning to me so it had to be perfect. I called Eric a few days before my appointment, and he was patient and answered my questions. He was just as professional and helpful when I arrived today with my design, and he was instrumental in walking me through the process and informing me of viable options. He's calm and confident, and the finished product was amazing.

Will be seeing him in October! I've got my "tattoo artist" for life! Thanks for everything, Eric!

Personally not a fan. The guy that gave me a tattoo, which i think was the owner, was VERY rude and i didn't like the work that he put on me. I think it looks like crap.

It a really nice place, they are very professional and nice. I jad my nose pierced at a different store 2 months earlier and got an infection. I called up Everlasting and asked if they did walk-ins. I got my nose piercing cleaned and had to buy a new nose ring because the one i had before was not good for my skin. They were super nice both cleaning and a new nose ring was very cheap, it wasnt as costly i was thought it was going to be. Highly recomanded.

I went in for a nose piercing with an intense fear of needles, but the process was so quick and painless. Go here if you ever need any piercings, highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I went there and got a Phoenix tattoo and Christian did an awesome job everything came out wonderful. Their prices here are very reasonable. Its very clean/hygienic and they are very knowledgeable about after care for your tattoo. Highly recommended this place for those who want an awesome experience especially for a first time tattoo.

I've been to several shops in Philadelphia and I have to say this shop is one of the best. I base this off of customer care and the fact that they've been in business for almost 20 years. When I went to get my tattoo I was pleased because they don't just slap anything on you. Tattoos last a lifetime and that's something they remind you of when it comes to placement and color choices. Also theyre not overpriced like most people in the city. The only down side is that you can't make appointments over the phone but that's because so many people have not shown up which causes them to miss out on possible appointments.

Today was my first time getting a tattoo at this studio and my tattoo artist Joe was simply great. I much needed a cover up tattoo and Joe had a sketched for me a few days prior to my visit. I was extremely happy with the finished tattoo. It was better that I could've imagine. He was a true professional and answered all my questions. Both Joe and Eric were very pleasant guys and I enjoyed going to the studio. The place was very clean, organized, and a great atmosphere. Thank you so much Joe!!!

Eric is awesome. Spends time talking to you about placement and preferences.Makes sure your comfortable and at ease as he works. Well organized clean, and friendly. Christian will also take the time to insure your comfortable as possible as he works. 1st tat or additional, this is the place to go.

I was skeptical at first but they are very friendly and honest people. They were all smiles and jokes the whole time while being professional and great to work with. When you go to a tattoo artist and ask them to do a tattoo that might be difficult or just not something they want to do they usually give you an attitude and act as if the tattoo isn't important, not these guys. Christian did my tattoo and we swapped ideas the whole time on how to make it better and it is amazing work.

Got my first tattoo here... very spur of the moment. Staff was very friendly and eager to help, they actually stayed late to do my tiny tattoo. Atmosphere was very laid back but professional. Overall, a great first experience!

This place is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever been. Idk if they have an issue with poc specifically but they clearly didn't like me or my friends. The man was unnecessarily rough and then laughed when a female complained about the pain. That was after they rescheduled my appointment on two separate times because "I didn't feel like doing that much today". Avoid at all costs.

Again an awesome experience ever time!! Highly recommend coming here! Such an awesome and friendly environment!!
