Irish Life & Permanent Review

I have requested my contributions back, I have provided all the requested information and filled out the details. Still no response from them and the issue is not resolved.

If anyone is looking for travel insurance, please DO NOT choose Irish Life They will just try and swindle their way out of paying the claim on ridiculous technicalities, even if you pay them A 4-figure sum every year.

This was the worst experience with insurance company I had in my life. NEVER COMING BACK.

After 28 years Irish Life conducted a review of my Life Insurance policy and reduced my cover from 126k to 50k. A year later they informed me that my fund had ran out, and terminated my policy. I was paying 149+ per month and paid in over 30,000 since 1991.

Please do not be caught out by this unscrupulous company. Please also post your experience and don t let other poor people waste their money for 29 years !!

I am having a horrible experience with Irish Life. I am trying to cancel my account and get my contributions back and they still haven't done this. It's been 2 months emails and calling and nothing has been resolved. Where is my money?
Horrible customer service. I don't recommend it.

Worst company ever! Fraudsters, do not trust them. They refused to pay out for my gp consultation blaming that my Dr at beacon clinic submitted invoice that has no revelant info but it did. After appeal they refunded. Then recently I had unauthorized transaction from them via direct debit of 775.64, 3 days trying to get my money back, they confirmed its their fault since instead of charging me from July 2019 they charged from October 2018. Money not recovered, filed unauthorised transaction via my bank, might take up to a month to recover my funds.
