Exceptional service and staff. I will definitely buy again from Andy Mohr Buick. Mike Reed and his team were professional and courteous. My vehicle was ready when I arrived and they were happy to spend as much or as little time as I wanted going over the vehicle. The pricing was competitive and worth the drive from Fort Wayne. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have purchased several vehicles from John C. At Andy Mohr Buick. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle and want to know the honest truth about what your looking at talk to John. My first vehicle purchase from him was 6 months after the Fishers store opened and I've been buying from him ever since (usually multiple vehicles a year). I own a taxi fleet as well as being an ASE certified master mechanic so when anyone who knows me is looking for a car I give them his number and he has always taken care of everyone I have sent him.

Nice vehicle, a 2018 Audi still under factory warranty. The check engine light came on within the first 30 miles. Told by management It s under warranty, take it to an Audi dealership to have a checked . Really? I made that call only to find out their schedule was full for almost 2 weeks. Told by management it s OK to drive with it with the check engine light on so we did. The very next day I discovered a big puddle of oil underneath the car in my garage. I checked the dipstick and found it was 3 full quarts of oil low. Keep in mind it only holds 5 quarts. I topped off the oil and took it back to the dealership. Apparently when they serviced it there the technician either put on the wrong oil filter or forgot to put the O-ring on the drain plug. They did provide a loaner while they took care of the problem, but with this happening within 48 hours of being of purchased and told by the sales manager it s OK to drive it could ve been catastrophic. Luckily we didn t follow his advice or we would have blown the motor within the next 24 hours when there was no oil left in it. Factory warranty doesn t cover oversight, error or neglect.

This place really has their act together. From making the appointment to picking up my vehicle it was wonderfully smooth process. Very responsive to emails sent and the work was done well. This all because another shop never replied to my requests so their loss was Andy Mohr's gain and I could not be happier for it.

We were pleased from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional without being too overbearing or pushy. There was a small issue with our new vehicle driving it off the lot and they were right on top of it, even coming back after hours to take care of us. Highly recommend!

Moving to Colorado in July and when I purchased my 2011 Outback from Yogi, we were not given a transparent service. The salesmen was rude and focus more on a sale than service.

Within 24 hours the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. From issues with the brakes and headlights, to a deteriorating transmission (per our family mechanic of 10+ years) this car wouldn't have made it past Missouri. Reference below the amount of issues this Outback had:

I came because I found a web listing for a used minivan (non-Buick, non-Gmc, AND non GM, come to think of it).

When I arrived, I was immediately passed off to a junior salesman who couldn't close the deal while "his manager was in a meeting." all told, I was there approximately 2 hours.

Seems like I got a decent deal, but I generally don't trust car dealerships, and this van, while inexpensive as cars go, was a big deal for my broke @$$. As a first time buying a car through the dealer system, I was NOT impressed.

Andy Mohr Buick GMC listed a Prius for $15,350 on an affiliate website. I contacted a representative and asked for the final price of the car and he quoted me $16,987.36 to drive it off the lot. Later he contacted me and said that the listed price on the affiliate website was wrong and the car is $18,900 and over $20,000 to drive it off the lot. The manager knew the vehicle was listed incorrectly on other sites but didn t care. I ve been watching the car for two weeks and they have fluctuated the price of the car to get leads to contact them. While there are no rules that companies have to honor advertised prices, it s unethical for Andy Mohr Buick GMC to mark the price of the car thousands below the actual price. They now have the same vehicle listed as $15,900 on the affiliate site but $17,900 on their website.

First time at Andy Mohr. To be honest, the only reason we went there was the fact that they had a large selection of used Enclaves, which we had been unable to find elsewhere. I called in first to check to make sure the online inventory was correct. I talked to Tyler and he seemed to be knowledgeable understand what I was wanting.

After showing my wife a few of the Enclaves online, she was excited to go and look in person. We arrived and Tyler was very helpful in showing us the vehicles we wanted to see. He even had the one that we were mostly interested in pulled up to the front for us. We took it for a test drive and fell in love. The only issue was a small dent in the back bumper (which my wife said she couldn't live with) so Tyler offered a great solution. They offered to take the bumper off another one in stock to make the car work for us! We thought this was great and agreed that that was the Enclave for us!

Once we returned to pick up the car it was immaculate, and my wife was happy. Which in the end is what is most important. Thank you so much Tyler for the help and I will remember Andy Mohr when we are in the market again!

I stopped by per chance you might have a later time available, and the rep promised me he could do the oil change and tire rotation within minutes. I mentioned to him I needed to go next door to have another chip key made for the ignition, and he took care of that for me. I also needed someone to look at the light in the trunk that wasn't working, and he had someone look at it right then and found it had burned out and could be replaced instantly. Talk about service -- thought I would have to go all over the place and my service angel took care of it all. So pleased with the extra mile he went to help me. Even offered to have the car washed for me. Had to decline as it was snowing outside and would have been a waste of money. Good job. Thanks so much for your consideration and thoughtfulness.

I asked for a video of a car I've been looking for and was immediately don't they dont do that. I've been dealing with dealerships the past week and a half with no issues whatsoever in sending me a video. The other excuse I got was it's sleeting and cold, like they didn't have somewhere they could pull the car to be under shelter for a video. I would definitely definitely definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone that can't be driving distance to see the car in person!!

I recently bought a vehicle from Andy Mohr Buick with the help of the BEST salesperson, Julie Money. My entire experience was customized based on what I needed and what I could afford. Julie was incredibly helpful and honest. I was able to drive the vehicle in a test drive and overnight to get a feel for what I was purchasing. The dealership provided accurate information about the vehicle upfront, including the Carfax vehicle information. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, it would be a mistake not to check out Andy Mohr Buick on 131st in Fishers! Make sure to ask for Julie Money! She will treat you right and deal with you fairly!

I drove an hour to buy a vehicle, upon arriving we found the vehicle on the lot and started to check it out. The vehicle had dents, dings, scratches all over it. The front valance was broken, paint on the wheels were peeling off and the front tires were practically bald, the interior stunk of cigarette smoke and had a burn mark on the dash. Not to mention it was a GMC Acadia and the key fob was to a Chevy car not GMC. When I asked if they would come down on the price because of all the damage they pretty much laughed at me and said it was already priced low. I m sorry but if I m going to hand them $27,000 in cash it needs be be in better shape. Not 1 picture online showed any damage at all. So buyer beware inspect every vehicle very close and almost every used vehicle needs tires immediately. Inspect closely people.

Delores was my salesman and I can t say enough about his patience. There were 3 of us women, my 2 daughters and myself. My oldest daughter was buying me a car for Mother s Day. Have you ever seen a woman make up her mind with the first of anything (I don t think so) We ran his poor legs off
getting keys to try another car. Delorean was so patient he would smile and say yes sure and away he would go to get another key. And of course I selected the first car he had selected for me. Everyone at the store was super nice. I simply LOVE my Mother s Day gift. Thank you so much Andy Mohr and Thank you Delorean. My little Ford Escape looks good on an 81 year old woman.

Your sales person was high pressured and was not too concerned about the poor condition of the vehicles. If I had known about the poor condition, I would'nt have come. I will not be back

Chip Osborn was phenomenal to work with. He was able to do almost all of the work before we even got there. (Which allowed us to not have to miss work or lose a day on the weekend!) Very happy with our purchase and the service we received. Alex was our finance guy and even though it was the end of the day and they were closed, he did not rush the process. He still took the time to talk with us and joke around.

We will definitely be purchasing from Andy Mohr Buick GMC again!

I called in about a vehicle. The secretary said someone else called about the vehicle. I specifically asked for the lady to call me back if the vehicle was sold cause it was a long drive. Long story short, I drove 4 hours and they sold the vehicle I was looking at. The most unprofessional experience I ever had and it was with a new car dealership. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would give a 0 star rating or negative star if it was possible. Do not shop here if your life depended on it

Pretty disappointed with the staff at this dealership. I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 in August of 2018 from them. When doing my paperwork I purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle through the finance guy. I believed the warranty was to be a 100,000 mile warranty turns out it was only till the odometer hit 100,000. So I paid 3500 dollars for roughly 22,000 miles of extended warranty. The motor in the truck is blown up. I've tried talking to the people at the dealership, they won't return phone calls or respond to emails. I'll never step foot in this dealership again. Wouldn't recommended them to anyone.

Came in yesterday to look at truck and after we tried to work the numbers out we discussed we didn't want to have that much of a payment. We tried to trade in two cars and I understand the way trade-ins work but we couldn't come to an agreement instead we tried a different truck that was cheaper, we were there for almost 2 hours and then they sent us home saying we had to get a deal worked out tomorrow because they had to call the banks. And we were expecting to come back the next day and sign the paperwork for the truck we liked. But the next day they didn't tell us what happened with our deal they just tried to get us to trade one car or change cars and to buy something we weren't looking for. We had to play phone tag all day while we both we were working. Instead of them telling us directly that we couldn't work something out, they kept trying to find ways to get it to work and get our hopes up then just try to sell us something different. It would of been better if they just said no to the deal instead of this run around. It was frustrating to say the least and we still don't have the a new vehicle. I will not be coming back I hope other people have better luck.

Andy Mohr had a good selection of vehicles...however, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and the lack of professionalism...according to their salesperson Chip "their prices are firm...and he never gave me the impression the price was negotiable" However, the vehicle I offered to buy was sold a month later for 2400 less than the list...sounds like you had to negotiate after all! Will never visit this location again!!!

Buyer beware!! If I could give this dealer 0 stars, believe me I would! Bought a used jeep and had nothing but problems since day 1. These people are deceptive for sure! A few days after I brought it home, I noticed that it was leaking oil. I had bought an additional warranty and was told I could use it anywhere (I did not have to bring the vehicle to this dealer to be serviced).I do not live close to the dealership so I took it to another one only to find out that the warranty is not active for 30 days (I was NOT told this when I bought the warranty). So I ended up bringing it back to the dealer. Turns out that several parts were damaged, which was causing the oil to leak. This was NOT disclosed to me before I bought it (even though this was a pre-existing issue). Very deceptive to say the least. And they have the audacity to charge me $1,000 dollars to fix it, when it should have been fixed BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. The explanation I got was that it wasn't fixed before I purchased it because it "wasn't a safety issue", despite the fact that an oil leak will eventually cause a car to not function--- which I guess isn't a safety issue (insert eye roll here). At this point, I had felt cornered (it had to be fixed!) and begrudgingly agreed to pay the $1,000. It took several days to fix and when I picked it up I was glad to have all the problems behind me (so I thought!). I brought it home and less than 2 hours later, I discovered it was leaking oil WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE!!!!!! I immediately took it back to the dealer and told them it was absolutely unacceptable!! They did apologize and agreed to re-do it for no charge (I was going to raise hell if they had tried to charge me again). I had expressed my concerns about not having a vehicle to use (for the second time in about 2 weeks) and the service guy offered me a rental car to use at no charge. I accepted his offer and drove it home. Less than 20 minutes away from the dealer and THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!!!! I proceed to pull the vehicle into a parking lot and call the dealer. The service guy asked me if it had stalled or anything. I said "no". He then proceeded to tell me that it was perfectly safe to drive it with the check engine light on. WHAT?!?!? Unacceptable! I took it back to the dealer-- I was not going to drive it for several days with the check engine light on. They agreed to give me a different rental car and I had no issues with it. Several days later I picked up my Jeep (again!). I will say that they did fix the issue this time at no charge (as they should have!!!). Fast forward several weeks-- the temporary license plate the dealer put on the car had 5 days left until it expired. I did not yet have any paperwork to take to the BMV to a permanent plate. I called the dealer to try to track it down-- I had a feeling it would not be good news (I know how this "dealer" operates), especially when the lady asks to call me back while she "checks it out". She calls back about an hour later and tells me she had to issue a duplicate title because something was wrong with the first one. I was not contacted about this. They waited until I called them to disclose this issue (what a surprise considering the other BIG problem they failed to disclose when I bought the vehicle). She assured me that I would have what I needed by the day the plate expired. WRONG!!!! Two days after the plate expires and I still do not have anything I need to go to the BMV. I called the dealer again and the same lady tells me that she left me a voicemail a few days ago letting me know that everything was ready to go. She did not call me-- and I called her out on it when I was on the phone. I never received any call or message from her. I asked her what number she called and she verified the number. This lady LIED about calling me--- which honestly isn't surprising considering the other things they've lied about. Bottom line: DO not purchase a vehicle from Andy Mohr. They lie and are unprofessional. BEWARE!!!

I came in late on a Friday to get my tire checked out because I had a 10 hour drive early the next morning. They fit me in right away and discovered a nail in the front right tire. They took care of it immediately and ran my car thru the car wash just as the service dept was about to close. I was so thankful and relieved they took care of me! I had peace of mind that my car was now safe to drive. Thank you Andy Mohr for great customer service! I have had nothing but positive experiences since buying my first car with them.

Evan helped us at Andy Mohr Buick . My husband and I knew the options we wanted and Evan searched for the enclave that met our needs and worked with us on pricing . He showed us several different interior / exterior color options that were in stock and went online to see if dealers in area had different options . Ultimately we selected a vehicle that was in stock at Andy Mohr . We are very very happy with our enclave so many exciting new features! Really appreciate Evan s efforts and the time he gave us . He was friendly and professional . David in the finance office was very friendly, professional and offered suggestions for added coverage to meet our needs but didn t feel pressured in any way. What was once a five-star review has now turned into a one-star review. I bought a used 2001 Toyota Rav-4. Keep in mind I ve had this car for less than a month. Originally the car was great, until driving it the next day, I found out that the car had transmission issues. Figuring the dealership would honor the issue and repair like most other notable dealerships would, I took the car in to try and get it repaired. It was to my disappointment that I learned that the dealership REFUSED to fix the issue. They probably would ve been better off giving us the one finger salute and telling us to go (blank) ourselves. Now I have a car that has been out of service for two and a half weeks now. I m extremely unsatisfied with the level of disrespect and dishonesty that this business has given me. To everyone else thinking of buying from here, take my advice and stay the hell away from it. Do not fall for their fraudulent and scumbag tactics of screwing customers. I know now to no longer trust this business and any of its partners. Thanks for scamming me.

Very pleased with the service I received. My wife and I have very busy schedules and hard to get us both together at the same time. After going to the dealer and signing for my truck, my wife needed to also sign. The next day, the salesman drove the vehicle and paperwork to my wife to finish the deal. Very unexpected but much appreciated!

The service center should not be trusted. Period. ...

The service center should not be trusted. Period. I took my Enclave in knowing what was wrong, and that this particular problem was covered by recall. The service department indeed found the same diagnosis, however quoted me $1200 without mentioning the recall. After I pointed out the discrepancy they agreed to perform the work without charge. However the next day they magically found the actual problem to be something else, and not the original diagnosis....for $950. Plus they only offered a 90 day labor, and 6 months parts warranty, on a part that typically NEVER goes wrong on most cars.

If you notice, the service department is FULL of activity, and always busy. Not good.

A second experience with a check engine light was quoted at $1800. I finally took it to a third party who replaced the spark plugs and tune-up for barely $150. 10,000 miles later, and no lights or problems to report.

I thus perceive this dealer to thus be on the "do not trust" list. While I normally take my car to the dealer to ensure it is correctly fixed for my wife's 50K SUV, I cannot trust Andy Mohr's service department based upon multiple indisputable situations. If something is truly wrong, I am willing to pay for it.

"Bob", the main service contact was nice enough if not deadpan to my face but ruthless otherwise. But really how can anyone explain how a 4 year old car with 75000 miles could have so many odd parts go bad, which typically don't wear out until <150k if longer on most cars.

Service department at Andy Mohr meets my expectations for what a dealership service center experience should be. The shop is very clean. The service advisors are courteous and professional. Waiting area is well kept and there is an area for kids, just in case. I usually drop off and use their free shuttle (within 10 miles). Prices are what you would expect for dealership service. I drove over 2 hours, so I was very serious in purchasing a new vehicle. I was disappointed in the pricing because the $2k trade-in allowance is not disclosed on certain websites. I was upset, and after some explanation from the salesperson, I got over it by looking at their used vehicles.

I showed the salesperson the vehicle I was interested in. He told me $24k was the price of the car and that the $2k discount trade-in allowance WAS NOT VALID ON USED CARS...ok cool. After test driving the car I was ready to buy, and was told it was actually $26k. The salesman thought that promotion ended over a month ago! They didn't even budge on the price even after they made a mistake.
I liked the vehicle soo much, I'm considering driving back, but I can't get over the deceptive pricing and unwillingness to do anything about it.
Guess I'll take my $ elsewhere

Customer service at Andy mohr in fishers is phenomenal! Lost my family heirloom diamond in my car and could not get to it. The service dept took my drivers seat out and found it for me. No charge. Just because they are great guys and wanted to return a very precious piece of jewelry to me. Means so much to me that there are caring people and companies in the world. Thanks guys!!!!

We had been talking for a few months about trading...

We had been talking for a few months about trading in both our vehicles towards an SUV. We had an older truck that we had just put a bunch of money in too, that we barely drove, and a small car that our 3 kids were tired of squeezing in too. We found a Chevy Equinox at Andy Mohr that we were interested in, the right mileage and price. When I sent an email of interest they called and answered my questions. The next day we decided to go see it. It was a drive, but they were awesome in answering the phone and responding when I needed it. They assured me the vehicle would be there from the time I called to when we got there. Once we arrived Jorge Guaman, the salesman was right there and pretty much had the vehicle there, he was helpful and attentive the whole time he was helping us. On the test drive we realized it was the wrong Equinox, by the time we got back they knew it too and had actually found a different Equinox that was AWD and the same price that we could also test drive along with the one we originally went to see. They didnt know we wanted an AWD, so we were so excited. We ended up buying that one. We have a had it for over a month and are very happy with it. Andy Mohr has emailed a few times to see that we liked it and the service, and they also emailed to see how we were doing once the Covid19 started. This week in the mail I got a coupon for a free car wash, which I'm excited about, and it triggered me realizing that I never left a review. Another awesome thing is we were able trade our old truck in for 2,000.00 towards our new vehicle. The guy in finance, his name was Alex I think, was also very helpful and friendly. He got us out of his office quickly. We had never bought a vehicle from Andy Mohr before, but it was a good experience for us.
