So my actual salesman was great and the young lady who did the paperwork. However this was a cash sale that I drove 1.5 hrs to see a mustang. It was black and supposedly loaded with heated leather etc. Upon arrival it was none of those things but I did like it. So I asked about negotiating the price since it didn't have Bluetooth, heated leather seats or some other options.... the sales manager was quite rude and said well we don't negotiate... i said but you priced it based on options it doesn't have and this is a cash purchase. He also was not polite and I more or less had to have the salesman request he come and speak to me. Long story short I bought a different car and the NEXT day they adjusted the price down on the original one that I wanted. Also he said he would fill the tank up and instead they only put a half a tank in the new car. I wouldn't buy from this location again but I have had other good Andy Mohr experiences like the Ford dealership.
