Great location near the park entrance (only about a 5 minute walk to security). Simple hotel with everything you need. Pizza place attached to the side that's open late. The hotel has a wonderful retro vibe to it that feels like the 50's!

The lobby area is very nice as are all communal areas. The rooms are obviously old and haven't been updated for a while. Some water damage on the ceiling. Good for what it is, a place to sleep across the street from Disneyland.
Awesome stay when visiting Disney. The staff was always very helpful and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy. We had a newly renovated room and it was gorgeous! The only complain I have is that my coffee station wasn't refilled during the stay. But it was never difficult to get more. (Kudos to the Front office staff, and the housekeeping team!) I would definitely stay here again.
Check in was not a smooth process. We had to remind the staff member 2 times that we did not have a vehicle and he still put parking on our bill until we reminded him again.
We love this place it's our third time staying here and we love it ..close to the park and lots of food varieties around this place very recommended after a swim in the pool
It's a standard hotel; nothing extravagant about it. But a good pro is that it is right next to DisneyLand and some small diners to eat at. I would recommend coming here again.
Decent hotel for the price. Within walking distance of the Disney parks. Don't rely on the wifi, extremely slow, can't stream netflix at all. Wasn't cleaned properly, hair on the floor and sink.
I believe that I am a fair person and write fair reviews. With that said - I picked this hotel for location and value. It was a couple weeks before Christmas. I wanted to spend three days at Disneyland, California Adventure, etc... I took the bus from Vegas to the hotel, checked right in and went to the parks. The room was clean, area was quiet and staff was helpful. This is an older hotel with an older plumbing and heat/air conditioning system. They were manageable. There was plenty of parking, a restaurant and tour buses pick up area. I didn't use these things but I saw others that did and everything appeared fine. If you are type that must have the Hyatt then this may not be you thing but I had a clean, comfortable room and good service so for the price I'm good. Good frig but no microwave.
I gave it a 2 because it was across the street from Disneyland, rooms were clean, customer service was nice and professional. But not what I was expecting based on hotel star rating. Could be a Disney area thing? But it's a Motel 6 with a new coat of paint, and some Motel 6s offer continental breakfast which this did not. Would not be my first pick. When I went to lobby I was amazed by how nice/modern/clean/comfortable it was...then I went to rooms and amazed by how NOT nice/modern/comfortable it was. We probably spent close to $180-190/night with taxes and this was with a discount voucher. It's like a whole new world! Rooms/bathrooms are small, beds are full size not queen and springs are wobbly, even our two kids could barely fit on bed. Closet barely opened and off track. Had to go across motel for ice because machine in building didn't work. Rooms and furniture worn, headboards scratched up, pillows are sad and saggy. One of the big things is that we heard everything and I mean Everything from room upstairs, next door to us and outside. Very hard to get peaceful sleep. Previous customer left hair in the bath tub drain. Toilet paper couldn't hold a sneeze, and I ended up using tissues because they were thicker. Thank God we brought wipes. Hotel phone had no labeled buttons and had to randomly push buttons to call front desk. Mini fridge partially kept stuff cold. Some times bell hop/valet seemed busy chatting or on phone but when we called them over for help they stepped up and very polite. Not bad if want place super close to DL or just place to lay head.
It was close to Disneyland and clean, the beds were comfortable. Coffee maker in the room with enough to make 4 cups but only supply enough condiments for one cup. Good for the price.
Good price especially considering how close it is to Disneyland, less than 10 minutes walk. Really large pool, and lots of grounds and little places to hang out within the hotel grounds. I really liked the balcony, the ground floor units have really large patios. Front desk service was great, everyone was very nice.
Save for a few minor issues with the room, overall the quality, amenities, features, and walking distance to Disneyland all but make up for it. It's my go to hotel whenever I visit Disneyland for the last three trips.
I really enjoy Pizza Press at the Anaheim Hotel. In addition, the hotel has a retro-modern vibe. If I wasn't local I and was attending an event at the convention center, this place would be my first choice.
Great location for the intentions of visiting Disneyland with kids. Easy walk to/from the park. If you want value for your budget, I would recommend staying here.
Only thing I would have to say is the annoying Wyndham booth next to the registration that tries to offer you a deal for a meeting for their time-share property presentation. This discouraged us from walking in/out of the main building. So we walked around the property to/from our hotel room to avoid this annoying sales person.
Great room, friendly staff but there was construction on our floor, the vending machines were ridiculously expensive ($4 for a tiny water) and we had a neighbor yelling at someone and we could every word
Great stay, but its 2018 and when the internet doesn t work that s a dealbreaker. Yes... I m competent enough to reset routers and perform some internet troubleshooting. A great place for families going to Disney who need a break from technology but not for anything work related unfortunately.
We stopped by for a business luncheon and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and not overly busy. I would love to stay there some time...
Had to wait there for 20+ minutes while they delt with internal reservation issues. As soon as I checked in it was nickle and dime from there on out. I asked about free breakfast and was told that there was one. Woke up the next morning to $2.50 for a cup of coffee. Left soon thereafter never to return.
I'm currently here for the next few nights. The hotel was completely underwhelming. Especially to be right at the face of disneyland. There's a strange smell that looms in the lobby and room. All the furniture and amenities are out dated. The small gift shop in the lobby has very little items that are actually useful. All I can say is I'm glad the parks here in anaheim are the real attraction, if this was a regular trip I would have asked to cancel all my nights the minute I walked in.
They've updated the whole place. It looks really nice, but the prices have gone up and they've upped the price for parking.
Also, it used to be if you roomed there, you'd be able to park there for the full day when you check out. Now, they charge you an extra $12 for that last day. AND they charge you $10 a night per crib if you need a crib. They didn't let me know this when I booked the room, but I called ahead of time to check to see if I could get two cribs (I have twins) and that's when I learned it was $10 a night. Nickle and dime-ing...
Also also, there were ants in the bathroom. I'm not sure how they got in because we were on the second floor, and I couldn't see where they were coming from, but they were there.
Also also also, they removed the fantastic buffet and replaced it with an expensive restaurant.
And one more thing, they don't have ice machines in every building. There are a few scattered throughout.
It's still decently priced, but not AS decently priced as before. Staff was a bit rude, too.
Came to this hotel for a school trip. I loved the scenery from my balcony. The only stupid part about our room was the shower. Heard other complaints from other people like finding stains on their bed, finding bug under their bed, ETC.
The people who work at the hotel are nice and helpful but the rooms are really outdated. The Wi-Fi only works sometimes and the staff would rather relocate you to another room then fixing the problem. The wather in the shower can take up to 7-8 minutes befor getting warm and when its finally warm enought you have to hurry befor it gets cold again.. overall I think it's okey, but I would recomend looking at the newer hotels in the area
Great hotel right across the street from Disneyland. Had a really nice hotel bar with plenty of beer choices and it's connected to a great pizza place that's open until 1 am. The rooms are just your average rooms but they do have huge patios
Currently staying here, it s a great hotel and our room is perfect for what we need. Priced fairly for how close it is to Disney and the parking is lit so I know my vehicle is safe! 10/10, would stay here again. The only thing I wish I had done was book directly through them rather than a third party company. Every 6 stays, you get a night free!
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. As i arrived to check in around 12am i was greeted nicely as i started to as question she started to answer me in a very rude manner. I get it my English isn't very good still thats no way to treat a customer. Was either that or for my appearance i dont dresse up al nice an fancy left me thinking. I let that go head down to the room and as i insert the card to open my room the key did not work. Didnt surprise me because of how the lady acted with me at the front desk. She never programmed the cards for the room. As i told a cleaning lady to open the door for me, i did this the 2 days i booked their. The hot water in the room was not constant had to take a very cold shower. I was charged for parking for making a 1800 # call to the resort will not be going ever again to this hotel.
First time traveling with a 5 month old baby for a business trip. We cannot say anything negative about the hotel or its staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and with plenty of room for all our baby's needs and equipment. From a play pen to a bathtub we had it all and plenty
My recent experience here was terrible. The front desk people were not friendly. The cleaning people were not friendly. They didn t clean our room until late afternoon/early evening, if at all. When I asked one of the maids about it, she just shrugged and said, there are a lot of rooms. They hardly ever gave us clean cups, even when it was obvious that our cups were dirty. One day, they didn t even leave us ANY towels. It was really frustrating after a long day of Disney to come back with no towels, call down to the front desk multiple times with no answer, and then have to walk all the way back down to the front desk to ask if we can get some towels. There were 3 desk people just standing there talking and laughing, and customer service was a total afterthought. We paid for a room with a microwave, and there was no microwave. We asked about it and they said they would bring one right up. We sat around for nearly an hour and nobodycame so we gave up and left. Got back that evening and there still wasn t a microwave. We called and asked again the next morning and they finally brought one up sometime during that day. The door handle kept falling off to the patio. The room just felt really rundown, especially for being newly remodeled. The employees acted like we should feel privileged just to be there. The pool was nice, the pizza restaurant next door was good, and it was close to the park. Those were really was the only good things it had going for it. We had 4 rooms in our group and we all had a terrible experience. I was so disappointed. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
"charged our card" before we even got to the hotel and said the card was declined and gave our room away when I reality we got a hell of a deal and they figured out they could make more money the weekend of blizzcon to some one else. Left us stranded and with out shelter during one of the busiest weeks of the year after flying in from Florida this is not what I wanted to hear. Also same declined card was used at another hotel just fine when we finally found one.
Headed out to go to Disneyland at 7:30am then didn't come back to the room until 10:30pm. I was surprised when I walked up to the door, it was open! My first thought was we forgot to close it when we left, but then noticed the dead bolt lock was locked, that was holding the door open. The beds were made, it was housekeeping that neglected to secure my room. My husband had to go and check the room to make sure anyone was in there. I went to the front desk and asked for a manager, they said there wasnt one until tomorrow at 9am. The guy at the front desk asked if anything was missing with a chuckle. I had told him I was not sure. The next morning when checking out I spoke to the manager, explained what happened, he asked me what would he could do for me. I told him I will like the person held accountable for their mistake. He finally suggested taking off my the resort fee and parking. Wow really he took off $50. I will not stay here again. This place does not make you feel safe.
The workers are super friendly. Bedding is also very comfortable. I'm glad theres a microwave in the room too. The shower is a bit iffy though, the knob to turn it on is a bit flimsy. Love the 5$ cocktail happy hour deal
horrible hotel. shower pressure is bad, the bathroom floor and shower are cracked. I've seen bugs in my room. The phone doesnt work. overall no good experience. I wont be staying here again.
It is about a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Disneyland. I would definitely like to use it if I have to go again because it is so close that I do not have a hard time returning home. Room is not particularly inconvenient, and I think that it is good if you put up with the water pressure of the shower being a little weak. There are places to eat and shop in the neighborhood, and the pizzeria next to the hotel is also delicious! It is very convenient because I do it late at night and early in the morning. There is also a bus stop nearby, so the target can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus!
Walls are paper thin. Hard to sleep with all the noise. Our room was next to the street. Cars all night long. WorldMark, Wyndom sale reps right next to check in desk. Bed are comfortable, sheets clean and smell fresh. Room nice and clean.
This hotel was perfect. Short walking distance to Disneyland. Hotel was clean and quite. I do not understand why there are so many horrible reviews on here. The price is amazing compared to other hotels in the area, and I think people are forgetting that. I paid about 100 per night for our stay. No it is not the most luxurious hotel in the area, but if you just need a place to stay at night between trips to the Disney parks this is perfect.
Clean, hip, cheap. A great budget hotel for being a stones throw from the Disney parks. Rooms have basic amenities, but if you'll only be sleeping there, it's plenty. Only complaint was the shower water temperature kept fluctuating hot and cold.
Everything was great about the place the only thing is that the walls are paper thin you can hear people talking in the hallway at all or people walking as they're going to their rooms
Now my first two guesses could be way off. Maybe you are a family looking to spend a long time in the city for a leisurely vacation. I'm not positive this would be a good place for a family above 3. Lots of steep stairwells and hard edges and surfaces. But the evening wine...that might just be the thing parents of little ones might need on a long day with toddlers.
