Very convenient hotel to Disneyland and California...
Very convenient hotel to Disneyland and California Adventure. Hotel itself is older but is clean and they have put an effort into updating the look. Lots of food choices nearby as well.

Decent room and close to Disneyland, but currently renovating under new management, causing inconvenience and unwanted changes.
Excellent location. Close to Disney and the convention center. Good pizza place inside. Very helpful staff
An excellent stay, and so close to the park a plus with the pool.. def, a stay again!!
Great place. Wonderful pool, very nice and clean. Great location and great staff. Yay!
Small room which had a bad smell.. and was overpriced
The main hotel has been renovated which is really nice we really enjoyed the new pizza and beer restaurant, the rooms still need a little work our bathroom door was falling off the hinges, but the room was clean and good sized. But the best thing about this hotel is the location it's right across the street from Disneyland
The shower was actually an ankle deep bath with unsteady temperatures in disguise. Everything else was fine.
In the year 2012 when I went it was very good. I always remember it. Also, it's close to Disney Park. I recommend 100% this hotel.
Spacious room friendly staff large open grounds to run around
Updates in lobby are amazing, wish the rooms were better, however the patios make up for it!
Close enough to Disney will be the only reason to stay at this hotel. Actually has a nice size pool and good enough fitness room.
Greatplace they always take great care of there customers
The experience was sub par for multiple reasons. First there was an extremely unpleasant smell coming from our room and there was also an outlet that did not work, as well as an outlet was coming out of the wall as an obvious safety hazard. The grounds were clean but the light across from our room in 205 was coming off the ceiling. The water there was probably the worst. It was either cold or scalding hot, there was no in between. It is extremely dangerous for children if they were unaware of the extreme temperature of the water. I scalded my leg my very first night so I know other people had to as well. I also overheard another customer who was a Disney travel agent, say that they slept next to exposed wiring. Overall the experience was not good and I have no future plans to stay here again.
We got a family room with three beds, one king and two queens. It's walking distance to Disneyland and you can see the fireworks if you walk over to the lobby. It's definitely a good deal!
Everything went so smooth! We were tired and just wanted to get to bed. The staff was helpful and we were well taken care of.
We We stayed 3 nights. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was large and everything worked well.It is a short walk to Disneyland. We enjoyed the stay and will book here again!
Price for a night stay was affordable and better compared to nearby hotels. Staff was nice, had an issue with the keys not working after checking in but they were able to change the keys. Short walking distance to Disneyland and food places as well. Room was nice and clean, only issue was that the shower did not work and a few pillows smelled like cigarette smoke.
The stay started out poorly with no Internet so that I could work, the next thing was the fridge cannot be turned down but everything will freeze in it. when we brought to the attention of management was told "" at least we gave you a place to stay "
Alright, nothing special, far to walk to get to room if you're disabled.
I was really hoping that this place would be our new go-to.
First of all, the staff was awesome, extremely nice and helpful.
The hotel lobby is pretty nice looking, the bar up front is open fairly late(11 PM as of this review) and has a good assortment of food and drink choices. The hotel is also connected to a restaurant called "The Pizza Press", pretty good pizza and beer for a good price.
Pool looked pretty nice, too cold when we visited to get in though. Hot tub was also available, though we didn't use it.
The rooms are old and dated, the dressers and table were really worn out, lots of paint missing and scratched up. Exposed nails sticking out of the top of the fence on our patio(1st floor room). Bathroom was very tiny.
Every morning during shower time, the water would change to very hot or cold constantly. This occurred even though nobody was flushing the toilet or using the faucets. It was incredibly frustrating.
We extended our vacation by another day, but did not stay at this hotel the last night. We went over to "Grand Legacy At The Park". Room was cheaper and better quality.
Very nice hotel but parking nit so great and they charge
The only nice thing about the hotel was the lobby. Definitely it was impressive. The room itself, was underwhelming. The bathroom, sink, beds, and all were not great. Considering we paid almost $200, we expected much more. Why pay more to get less? Super disappointing
Bathroom shower area needs to be manager approved, so they know how bad of a design it is...
The inside of the tub is very uncomfortable to stand, the handicap bar sticks out too far to serve the right purpose. Have management take a shower to understand this message.
Very dated but for the price and convenience it's worth it
The only really good thing about this hotel is that is right across the street from Disneyland. The side we stayed on had not been remodeled and the doors were outside. We had a leaky shower and the AC unit was in the window and it really never got where needed to be he was either too warm or too cold.
One star is way tooooo much for it
We were so disappointed with the room! Yes it was spacious but that was it for the positive part! The room was in a bad shape; the floors were so wet, the room smelled bad like mold, and the bed' s covers felt like it has never been washed! Honestly we couldn't get really comfortable that night
The Pizza Press was tasty! Casual, family friendly. Good value.
Convenient to stores, parks, and restaurants. Nice view of the fireworks from the balcony, worth getting an upgrade! Simple, but very clean and quiet area. It was exactly what I wanted!
I find the experience to be quite enjoyable in the category this hotel is in. It's not a fancy luxury hotel. It is a place to stay that's very close to the Disneland gates so much you walk not drive.
Great location, clean rooms, pool could've been cleaner. Friendly staff.
I love the fact that is right across disney but you dont have to over pay!
10 minute walk to Disney was awesome. Beds were comfortable. There was not a separate light for the bathroom w shower, so in the middle.of the night you either turn on the super bright light in the bathroom sink area, or feel.your way in the dark. Housekeeping did not clean our room every day. One specific day we even spoke with two different ladies and asked them to please clean our room because they missed it the day before. They both said they would... Nope! Didn't get cleaned, no fresh towels and our garbage cans were overflowing. We paid a decent amount tonstay there 6 nights, 7 days. There was a lot of fees tacked on too. We knew about the parking, but there were almost $100 worth of more fees.
Construction was going on too. There was no elevator, that we could find and when we would ask employees questions they didn't speak English so we didn't get answers. We were far from the lobby so we didn't walk all the way down there. Couldn't find coffee, decent coffe, close by either.
Best thing about this hotel was that it was so close to both parks.
It's the second time I go and I loved it, all the service
Internet sucks no meals at all just a old motor motel turned into and I use this phrase loosely HOTEL.
Great location, older buildings but updated. Avoid the 400 building we've stayed in 425 and 427 on different occasions months apart, both times we've had cold showers at 830 in the morning. Annoying, other than that no complaints
Probably a 3-star rating for the hotel, it's upside is it is walking distance to Disneyland main entrance! There is a pool although we didn't use it. Could use some updating, but for an economical place right next to Disneyland it can't be beat!
Awesome place to live &.right across the Disney land so love this place just old buildings so don't run or shut the doors hard hahaha you know what's gonna happened next
Only went in for drinks and a bit of food. Place was clean.
Great rate. Older property however. Over all great value compared to other hotels in same area
I stayed here with my family and the experience was the best ever. As we arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely staff members who were very kind and lovely. We had dinner on the first night. We had a great experience with delicious Peruvian chicken. The staff who helped us completed our wonderful experience at the checkout asking if everything was good in our stay, our stay was not good, but it was PERFECT!
I would have given a solid four stars but the WiFi never worked. We checked in on a Saturday and stayed for a week. During that time we spoke to the hotel (including management) about the Wifi four different times. Each time they "reset the router" which obviously wasn't the problem.
Sorry but in this day and age, Wifi is essential to a happy stay.
Everything else about the hotel was great.
There was plenty of designated parking for the restaurant. The manager was a bit frazzled by an online order and the wait was a tad longer than i would have expected, but it was was a great experience and attached to the hotel.
Location was great, amenities and breakfast were wonderful, too. The TV cabinet had a broken door that would not retract and one of our keycards didn't work at first, though.
Fantastic I think they need to improve their in house menu and also allow longer breakfast hours for travelers. The motel itself was beautiful.
Miserable miserable miserable hotel! Avoid this hotel at all costs!
They try to bang you out for everything you use in the amenities! The staff are miserable and have bad attitude!
Don t make the mistake I made! I booked based on their pictures and when you get there is a different story!
If you use the pool you get charged a resort fee! If you use WiFi you get charged an amenity charge!
I m telling you they are miserable! DON T Stay There!
Great hotel, close to Disneyland and great breakfast buffet
I booked a vacation through Get Away Today. This hotel was one of the more reasonable prices. The hotel is ran down but very clean. The beds are nice and comfortable . The pool is huge and the hot tub is super awesome. It's very close to Disneyland you only have to walk one block over to enter the park. The restaurant The Pizza Press is very good. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the prices are very good. The only thing is you have to pay $10 a day to park at the hotel which you already booked a room which I find so stupid. Parking is very limited and hard to find a spot. I would recommend this place to family's. Staff is very nice.
If I could give it negative Stars I would ...
$200 a night but no continental breakfast?,barely livable.....
Room service was a joke .there's a little Pizza Connection next door was a joke the chicken nachos were a joke that hamburger was barely edible the pizza was a joke need I say more and I can pretty much live with anyting ..... however this was totally
unacceptable....byob
Bring your own Burger!
My family and I stay here often mostly due to the short walk to Disneyland. Always clean, friendly staff. The nightly rate is ok. The only thing this time I didn't like, is that we reserved 2 queens, but got 2 doubles.
So I'm huge on reading reviews before staying places and was skeptical about here. Seeing Newly remodeled rooms, we got one of the few that weren't. But honestly the old room is still really clean not run down and has a huge patio! I'm very very impresssed!
The stay was horrible. The hotel is infested with cockroaches and the air conditioning was not capable of keeping the room cool. After speaking to staff about the infestation and the lack of proper air conditioning nothing was done to move us to another room. It was our first time there and certainly our last. We would not recommend to stay at this hotel ever.
This Hotel was Remodeled recently and it does look very nice but my only gribe is the Meet and Greet policy for Mobility Scooters that are rented by guests. You have to be there, when the scooter company arrives to drop off and pick up. Other than that, the Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Clean, friendly and accommodating. Staff was top notch with their care of the grounds and our room.
Clean rooms and about a block from Disneyland entrance. They also have a Pizza Press restaurant which has some really good food. Only complaint was they renovating or working on the room next to us and hammering on the walls. Too early when you're trying to recover from 2 days at the park
Pretty decent bar, usually a little lacking in service. Great location walking distance from Disneyland.
Can't say much about the hotel, ate at the restaurant on lobby, Pizza Press. Highly recommended.
The location is great! The staff checking us in were very nice. Room was extremely humid and muggy. The sheets felt wet. It didn t feel clean. Parking is 12.00 a night and a crib is 10.00 a night. I next time I will stay in a place that is a little more a night but has free parking and complementary cribs because it would have been a nicer hotel for the same amount after I paid the fees. The extra fees wouldn t be as big of deal if the room felt clean. The location is the only redeeming quality about this place. I would look elsewhere in the area.
Clean, roomy, adjacent to Disney - what'snot to like?
The TV in my room was an ancient zineth, the air-conditioning was broken, the toilet was broken, the gentleman at the front desk was rude, overall I had an awful experience and would never stay again
Hotel's location is a good distance from disneyland. Service is good . Only problem was that my room wasn't ready when it was supposed to and had to wait about an hour or 2 for it to be ready.
Very well located Normal for the stay to be in front of Disney. Friendly staff and wifi.
The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool and the individuals working at the front desk. The outlets in the room burnt out my phone charger, ive had to call 4 times each day just to get towels, and i had bugs in my room when we checked in. If youre looking for a room thats close to disney and dont care about the condition then this is your place. If you wanna sleep in a clean room then go elsewhere.
Great place to stay if your going to Disneyland. Its just one block from the entrance.
Water never warmed up in shower, one electrical socket was broken, shower lever was broken.
Aside from the constant slamming of doors (even closing them quietly made them sound like they were slamming) and the water inconsistency, this was a great hotel. We may have found our go to hotel when we come to Disneyland. Beds were very comfortable and the blankets were perfect. We'll be back.
Very well maintained. Staff friendly. Loved the available amenities.
This quaint family style hotel takes you back in time to a 1970s family summer vacation to Disneyland. The rooms are pretty large and can easily hold a family of four. The staff was not the helpful and the place just really needs a good paint job. The 3 perks though is the proximity to Disneyland, the pool and the free parking.
Currently being remodeled but this has not impacted our enjoyment. Clean and comfortable and the new lobby looks beautiful.
The lobby was super swanky. However, going to the separate buildings where the rooms are, I started questioning the quality. They looked really sketchy, at least in the 700 building where we were placed. When we got into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and smelled very nice. High quality bathroom products and plenty of clean towels and blankets. It was a really nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel and the prices are really reasonable. Only downside, no elevator to the second floor. Only stairs and a ramp for wheelchairs, but it wasn't too bad. Our friend blacked out drunk and we had to carry him up the wheelchair ramp. LOL. Good times. Security guards were really chill with us being as noisy as we were. The walls were SO soundproof. You couldn't even hear each other in the bathroom when inside the room like in most hotels. Couldn't hear people talking right outside the door. That in itself is a huge plus.
Great location if attending Disneyland. Short walk, clean room, comfortable bed. Bathroom is a little outdated but it was clean and I wasn't grossed out. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
Our room was right next to the parking lot. Service was great. Location was great couple minute walk to Disneyland.
We stayed there for 1 night while visiting Disneyland. We ordered pizza from the restaurant at the hotel. They told us the pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. I called an hour later because it hadn't arrived and someone showed up at my door a few minutes later with pizza that had obviously been sitting out for awhile and told us the pizza would be free. The next morning as we were packing up to leave we opened the refrigerator and there was a cockroach crawling on the door. Maintenance was there within minutes and killed it, and they took money off our bill, but I do not think we will be staying there again.
The rooms really need renovating, which they are apparently in the process of doing. This hotel has tons of potential, location is perfect (short 5 to 7 minute walk to Disneyland) but right now the rooms are in desperate need of help!
New parking lot. Conveniently across from disneyland.
