Good location for walking to Disneyland. Beds are good but the rooms smell old and musty. Rooms are quiet. Shower water temperature varies significantly during showers. Uncomfortable with the future resort upsale right after you check in.

Location is excellent as it was right next to Disneyland and the main reason for staying here. It has recently been remodeled so all the rooms and buildings have a fresh new look. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the pool too its very big. The gym could use a little work as se of the equipment didn't work properly. Overall the experience was great and will definitely be staying here again.

First timer here! First time staying at The Anaheim Hotel, and first time to Disneyland.

From the start you can see you re not very far from the park at this location. You re next greeted by many friendly employees, but the one who stood out THE Most! Leo.

Leo was how an employee should be, very upbeat and happy to be at your service. The next person was Carlos, who absolutely was terrific at helping us solve our Room fiasco.

There s a great bartender as well named Jacob, he is the Man when it comes to great service and placing drinks in your hand. This guy was awesome to chat with after a long day at the park. The entire staff is made up of great employees, these 3 just stood out.

You will not regret staying here, and you re so close to Disneyland it makes it very nice knowing you re not far from home after you re feet are about to fall-off. The grounds are well kept, rooms nice and clean. Oh! And for a great snack there s a pizza place downstairs.

Don t forget to try out their breakfast and small bar menu, amazing food to be had there as well. It s an amazing place to stay and it won t break the bank. Thank you Anaheim hotel for giving me and my family an enjoyable and memorable stay!

I hate that people from Wyndham annoy you right by the entrance. Was put in a non smoking rooms right next to someone smoking a lot of pot in theirs. Hotel did love us to a better room. The place is alright, but nothing fantastic

the rooms were more or less as advertised there wasnt a microwave or free breakfast the bathroom was on the small side and when i came back to a broken hotel phone so i had to switch rooms, the beds are pretty comfortable but its okay if you just need a place to sleep.

Our 2nd stay in as many years. Not the prettiest rooms. Ours did not have a microwave. Parking is tight. No HD tv. Internet went out the last two days of our 3-night stay. Front Desk never picked up any of our room calls. However, you can't beat the proximity to Disneyland. Literally, right across the street from the main entrance. Walked to Disneyland everyday. Only needed rental car to and from the airport. Sure we'll stay again in the future. Price is low.

Great location if your of the Disney-going crowd, relatively affordable, and while it s dated (very dated) that s part of its schtick. The bar is really nice, the attached pizza place is good (they have other good food besides pizza on the bar menu) and the pool is simple but really well maintained and clean.

Definitely going to go back.

We were there at one of the busiest times of the year where they had a huge convention so the prices were really outrageous. I thought the outside of the hotel look much better than inside of the rooms. Beds were not comfortable I also thought the noise on the outside was just crazy. I would think twice about ever staying here again. The benefit of the hotel is that it's right across the street from Disneyland so for that one thing it makes it easy however you're still going to pay for parking instead of paying at Disneyland you're just going to pay $12 a day to park at the hotel that you're staying at. We made reservations they called us to confirm our reservations and when we got there it still took us over 45 minutes just to check in and get our keys and go to our room. I would think that in the future I would rather stay at just about anywhere besides this hotel. The reason why I'm giving a 3-star what rating instead of lower is the room was old but it was clean the hotel proximity was exactly where I needed it to be and I was able to park there even though it was 12 bucks.

Great service and location proximity to Disney is a sure fire winner. Rooms were clean and fairly sized. Bathrooms are a bit dated and needed some elbow grease to get them to work. Helpful staff

Our room and our adjacent room occupied by my family had our air conditioning go out on several occasions during a 3 day stretch of over 100 degree weather. Kids were miserable. Also on one of the days the housekeeper didn t shut our door all the way while we were gone for the day.

We took a road trip down the west coast from canada. This was the best hotel of the whole trip, considering it was one of the cheapest also. Very nice, big, clean rooms and nice pool. The attached restaurant, the pizza press is great too.

This place looks very nice and the lounge was quite welcoming. The room itself was very big, and they provided a multitude of different plugins for out of country travelers and those with usbs. This being said, the internet did not ever connect for me or my guest, getting into the parking lot late at night was nearly impossible for us, which was annoying given that it was so late and we were tired. I definitely beleive we paid far too much for the room we got for only a single evening.

Yes it's across the street from Disneyland. And yes it's cheap. I would definitely NOT stay here again. This place is ancient and it shows. Don't be fooled by how nice the lobby looks, it's been updated, remodeled. The a/c in our room was incredibly noisy and had 2 settings: either freezing Arctic temperature or off. At random times there was high pitched squeeling noises coming from the bathroom -- we think from someone in a nearby unit using the shower. We had relatives staying in another room and although they had the a/c running continuously, their room never got cool. Plus it smelled. Found ants roaming on the bathroom counter.

This is the hotel we stayed at for blizzcon 2017. At first we were really impressed by the newly updated interior, there is a pizza place that serves beer attached. Wonderful. Then we tried to check into our room. We were informed that they were having computer issues and it would take another 30 minutes or so to check us in. No problem, we arrived early anyway and wanted to eat. So we went to the pizza press which I can't say enough good things about. Tasty pizza and beer, great staff. So after a few drinks and a full belly we we're ready to go to our room. Unfortunately they still couldn't check us in. Apparently it was an issue with payment processing. Since we we're tired, tipsy, and full now we we're a bit irritated. We offered to leave the physical card, write a check for the stay, pay in cash. Nothing would work. Whatever. It was still before check in, and we needed to get our badges for blizzcon. So we drunkenly walk over to the convention center and back again. Surely after this we can check into our room. Nope. Now they don't have a time frame for when we could check in. We ended up waiting a solid 5 hours drunk, tired, and now dehydrated in the waiting room. At least the couches we're decent enough for a nap. When we finally made our way into our room, it was definitely a disappointment. It was an outdated motel room. There were 3 people staying in a double king room. One of them had a CPAP and all 3 of us had phones. Well we couldn't actually charge all of our electronics because there were not enough outlets. So we had to share an outlet which when you're at a convention all day, you come back ready for bed and a mostly dead phone. But nope, we had to stay up to swap phones and bring a charger to the convention center to top it off. The cherry on top was that we found a roach in our room. I checked everywhere and couldn't find any evidence of any more so it was probably one that crawled into the room from the outside. But even still it didn't make us feel clean for the rest of the trip.

The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the pizza place was amazing, and you get a discount if you're staying in the hotel.

We mainly chose this hotel because of its location. It's a short walk to Disneyland. There are many places to eat nearby (Cheesecake Factory, Bubba Gump Shrimp, PF Changs, IHOP, etc.). There's even an AMC movie theater nearby. The Pizza Press is connected to the hotel and also offers a nice selection of breakfast options. The hotel lobby is updated but the room we stayed in was not. The bathroom needs some serious remodeling. The repairs to the grout, tub and tiles were cheaply done if they were even done. There is no fan in the bathroom. If you use the air conditioning, the fan is pretty loud. We did like that there were USB plug-ins and outlets on the nightstand. There was also a fridge and a small safe in the room. The WiFi works great. There are multiple water/soda vending machines and ice dispensers located throughout the hotel. The hotel was fairly quiet but we could hear the people above us when they were walking around. They do offer a discount for Disneyland annual pass holders but you have to let them know when you are checking in otherwise they won't honor it if you tell them when you're checking out. We were told that is because the payment was already posted. If that's the case, they should routinely ask guests if they have a season pass when they are checking in. (They didn't ask us if we had a season pass when we checked in.) We will most likely try a different hotel the next time we visit the area.
