The burgers, fries and pickles were above expectations. The service was very good. Just remember this is a boutique burger place so prices reflect this.

Had a great time. Delicious burger and onion rings. My only suggestion is to get local Alberta craft beer on tap. So many options available with all the new breweries opening up.

Pleasantly surprised by our recent visit, quality of food and service was much improved since were last year (a few years ago). Everyone loved what they had and we enjoyed some prosecco and valpolicella ripasso from the small but reasonably priced and tasty wine menu. A lovely, neighbourhood restaurant.

Not quite as slick looks as 10 years ago but they still make a damn good burger. We have the lobster and crab burger and the AA steak medium rare which were both excellent for the price.

Probably the best burger I have ever eaten, ever. A must taste burger place. Service was super friendly and swift. Good selection of beer on tap, fries were crispy and hot, no ketchup needed.

Could be th best burger in town, not cheap at $17 plus but totally worth it not greasy at all, crispy buffalo chicken is also highly recommended, cheeseburger poutine is well executed.Highly recommended.

Best burger in Edmonton! Went for the first time today and had an amazing experience. The patties were fresh and delicious and the buns were perfectly toasted. Our server was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Unreal. Had the BBQ ranch burger. Best burger I've had in my life. (sorry wife) Best bacon I've had too. Relatively fast service, friendly service. Plus highchairs.

Excellent service, nice little patio with appropriate social distancing... and watched them disinfect the patio door 6 times while we were there. Felt very well taken care of and safe.

Love their food! So yummy. Don't forget to check out their Wine Night for Wine Lovers. Gotta love me a bottle (please take a cab or have a ride) :) You'll go back again and again.

Used to eat here at least once a month, but it's really gone downhill over the past few years. Prices have gone up, value has gone down ($3 to upgrade your fries to SIX lousy onion rings), service is slow. They used to have a great beer menu, now it's down to a dozen bottles of mostly generic stuff. You can get better burgers and better service for a fraction of the price.

Friendly, attentive staff and a food special every day of the week. Good quiet location with plenty of parking. I think they close earlier than most places, though.

Nice patio. $5 for any draft on tap on Wednesday.

Come as you are. They will treat you the same whether you're dressed up or in a t-shirt. This place will become a favourite.

When you read "Burger Bar" your mind takes you to the idea of a restaurant, however their name should be taken literally... Place that servers burgers with a variety of alcoholic drinks to choose from, but you are probably coming for the beer.

I was thrilled by the food, the service & the prices!

Awesome food! Byob is my favourite part of going here. The burgers are juicy and thick, ingredients are fresh and tasty. They have buns for almost everyone (keto friendly, gluten free, etc). Hostess' and host's make the extire experience better. Totally will come back!

The food here is delicious, fast, good quality, and the atmosphere is relax, just like the servers - everyone was attentive and friendly.

The burgers specifically were quite large, fully loaded with a huge pickle on the side. The meat was juicy, and cooked medium well. We were very happy with everything we ordered - the mushroom burger with ceasar salad, and a bacon burger with a poutine.

In the end, we opt out of dessert, but we were surprised to receive a little container of pink cotton candy. What a nice touch!

Our quest to fill our burger craving was complete.

here is my experience @ DBB
- when my husband and i were seated, we thought the place looked nice, kind of trendy, and were excited to try their menu
- first thing that went wrong was the very first thing we ordered: DRINKS! well, the waitress brought me a diet coke when i asked just for a coke, and she didnt believe that it was diet and gave me attitude for pointing out that it was for sure diet.
- second thing that went wrong, was the second thing we ordered: POUTINE. it was scorched burnt, the fries had black ends at the corners and there was no golden fry in the entire poutine. i asked the waitress if all their poutines were like this, she said yes, but "ill take your word for it" like she couldnt see that it was burnt. so strange ...
- third thing that went wrong, yes.. was the main. i ordered the Guilt Free burger, while my husband got some other one, well they only had like 3 burger choices (weird thing for a burger bar, huh?) so it was probably some kinda classic one. mine was terrible - the bun crumbled and broke apart as i held it, the mushrooms didnt taste like they were sauteed in anything, and the burger was so bland it was gross. my husband's gave him a tummy ache because it was so greasy.

dont try this place out, youll waste your time, and your money.. like we did. :(

Decent burgers here. Cozy atmosphere, and nice staff. Would definitely check out again.

Mediocre food. Probably never go back. Had to send my nachos back cheese was not melted between all the nachos pretty gross. The rest of the tables food was just okay.

Monday night kids eat free. Great selection of delicious, artisan style burgers. Patties are gf, great gf buns, and the staff are educated on gf menu items (like 90% of the menu).
Will definitely be back.

First time there, waited for waiter they couldn't decide who section we were in, hamburger was really good, fries not so much, I asked about fries and was told thick cut, they were bits and pieces

Nice variety of burgers. I got the salmon club and it was actually a piece of salmon not a patty. Also the sweet potato fries were great. We took advantage of Monday kids eat free, which is a great deal considering a kids meal is $9. The burgers tasted freshly made, buns were great. Kids had hot dogs and grilled cheese, everything was very tasty.
Due to kids night and a big group it was quite noisy but service was still good. I don't think I'd take the kids at regular price but would come any time for date night

Great burger joint with great service!! Thanks Delux, I had dinner this evening on your Patio with my wife and 2 kids. We biked so it was nice to see that you had a bike rack in front of the restaurant. The burgers, fries and the very yammy yam fries were great. Food came out super quick, giving us enough time to bike back home before dark. Definately one of the best burger places in Edmonton.

Food is good, service was good. We went there to try the keto bun, as we are on the keto diet, it was excellent.

They have the BEST burgers and the staff is always fabulous!
