Great location for a hotel. The hotel did fall a little short. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the reception has been renovated to a very nice standard but the room renovation is new carpet and a coat of paint. The air con is noisy, plumbing old and bad, and some of the furnature and fixtures need replacing. The floors are wood so you can hear upstairs neighbour's.

There is a pizza restaurant in the lobby which was very nice. They have water in the lobby and the gym that you can fill water bottles. They have a little gym and laundry. The pool is nice. It is a very large pool that is super deep. There is no extras like slides but it is great to swim. The service in the hotel was great and everyone was friendly and helpful.

If you want to be close to Disneyland without the Disneyland hotel price this is a good choice.

We paid about $160/night for a 2 bed room. Room was per a 2 star rated hotel. Linens were clean, which was the best part. Room and bathroom was old (not refurbed). There was an old patio table as a sort of accent table. The phone was from the 80s. There was a working fridge and a microwave (did not try but looked like it worked), which is convenient and not something a 2 star hotel usually has. (No safe). Room was good size. There was a patio which was nice (the view was of the parking lot). You could hear the fireworks at night. You are in a nice walking distance from Disneyland entrance. There are food options nearby that aren't overcrowded like Downtown Disney. This includes fast Chinese food, Mexican and Mediterranean. Another plus is that there is plenty of parking. The downside I got over was that when we came at 3pm, no nonsmoking rooms were available, even though we reserved a nonsmoking room. However they said they would call in 30 minutes when it was ready, and it was ready in about 30 minutes, so I was good with that. The real issue was that there was no warm water when it came to showers. I tried to make it warm. It was lukewarm to cool. Not icy but cold. It started out warm and went to cool. My spouse went after me, and he also couldn't make it warm. It was a cool shower. If it were super hot and not 11pm when we took the shower, then I may have been okay with this. But no warm water is pretty bad, even for a 2 star hotel. Would have given 4 stars for the hotel as everything was expected, but the water. Water should run warm in a 2 star hotel.

We recently stayed in room 253 (second floor in the southeast corner of the complex). Room had 2 queen beds.

Pluses: clean room. HUGE tv. Responsive hot water with good water pressure in shower. Very friendly staff. Food prices are resonable, and food is good. VERY close walk to both Disney parks (7 minutes for us). 110/220 power converter in bathroom.

Minuses: Didn't offer complimentary breakfast. Both beds felt like they were past their useful lives. HVAC fan was pretty loud. No balcony. Surprisingly, there was no pen/paper in the room. Also, there wasn't a convenient power outlet next to the beds.

Overall: a decent experience. We would stay again.

Poor poor. First of all don't walk around in your room barefoot. The carpets are filthy nasty. There is no complimentary breakfast. No free wifi. The rooms are stinky smelling. The TV is from the 1990's. Parking sucks. We had people trying to open our door in the middle of the night. You either have to freeze or sweat because of the air conditioner. The shower and bathroom area was very dirty. Our towels had stains on them. Very disappointed with the experience of our stay. You would think with all the Disney attracting visitors the hotel would do a better job with providing it's customers with a much better place to rest their heads. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to our stay. Oh, the pool is nice but that's it!!!

The lobby is very beautiful, the pool and location are great but the room is less than nice. The staff all seem to be nice. The bed is not comfortable. The toilet leaked in the bathroom on the floor, there was a dead bug on the floor in the open, the tub felt and sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. There is a very nice patio with furniture off the room.

1) Our room wasn't ready, and was made to wait 2 hrs.,
2) Upon check in, we had requested a microwave. 7 hrs later, and 2 trips to the front desk, we finally got it.,
3) The TV wouldn't work at all, finally maintenance showed up to fix it,
4) What the Hotel calls A/C, is located 10" from a bed frame and on the floor. The bed frame is cold, the room is warm to hot.
Two weeks prior to this trip, we were in a foreign country for 8 days. We were treated better there, than in our own country!
Two years ago, this was a GREAT experience. Apparently, it's under new ownership! WE'LL NEVER RETURN!!!

We were placed in a room with, what appeared to be, mold growing on the air conditioning vent. We asked to move rooms, all rooms that we saw had mold-like spots on the A/C grates. We were worried that the possible mold might also be in the A/C system due to the evidence on the vent. I experienced severe allergy symptoms within the first night of staying in the room.

Family trip first time for me at this hotel. We had adjoining rooms with the kids. Found blood on comforter told front desk. She apologized and said they would take xare of it. When we got back to our rooms the comforter was on the chair our bed was made but they didnt clean bathroom or leave towels for us. Had to call front desk . We had told front desk that our room was locked but the adjoining room was not. They knew because they made our bed. Probably will not stay again.

The amenities are nice but good luck trying to take a shower. No mater what you do, you will have a shower that has a mind of its own. Every 30 - 40 seconds, the water will drastically change temperature and there's nothing to please the shower god! Trust us, we have tried... We still have 4 nights... We will update this review if we can find a way to please it and take a humane shower. If there is no change... Then you know we at least tried

*Update* (it got worse) - Last night our car was broken into. We went to the front desk and we're informed that there is no security for the paid parking. There's also no security cameras for the parking area. We were told that management would get in touch with us after we check out. So far, this has just been a nightmare.

I'm giving this place two stars only cause it is literally across the street from Disneyland. Other thank that, mehh... I was fooled by the photos of the lobby! The lobby looks great, but the rooms are a huge disappointment! Don't be fooled by the photos online!

My review of this place is only of the parking lot. They offered public parking for a large event going on at the Anaheim convention center. I paid $15 for the day and avoided all the caos of the other lots.

The hotels location and price is fantastic. It is a short 5 minute walk to the park. There isn t a breakfast included but with Walgreens and CVS so close you can pick up supplies easily. You can request a microwave at no cost. The hotel and rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I have to say, however, that the big seller is the amazing staff. Each employee we encountered was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were like the chick-fil-a of hotel service. Special thanks goes to the bellman Leo for his friendly and helpful service!

This hotel is amazing for the price. The pool is huge and so are the rooms. was very pleased with our room set up. We were on the far end of the facility but never felt like it was an inconvenience. The restaurant in the hotel is good as well. Love the happy hour tacos. Happy hour is 5-8 pm. Would love to stay here again.

Front desk rep who checked me in ruined my stay. Carlos is his name and if the hotel is smart they will replace him with someone possessing a better attitude. This guy could not be bothered to tell me about the area when we checked in. The next day I noticed an extra charge from the hotel. I asked Carlos about it and he told me it was a $135 deposit he had forgotten to tell me about. I was disappointed that again he did not seem to care about his slip up and did not apologize. The rooms are out dated and the parking is located near reception a good walk to the rooms. I recommend spending a few dollars for a newer hotel.

Loved staying at this little piece of history! Before Disneyland was even there, this Hotel was. Ask someone about the history when you stay. It was quiet, no street or freeway noise. Amazing pool area with large hot tub! Staff was nice and very helpful! Literally right across the street from Disneyland and just around the corner from the Convention center. We will totally be staying here on our next visit!

The pictures featured are a complete bait and switch. The lobby is fully rennovated and that is what they choose to highlight. However the guest rooms are absolute filth. There is a nauseating odor in the room, the thermostat either has "artic chill" or "volcanic roast" as its only setting, oh and there is lovely mold growing in the bathtub.

This hotel is rather "dated", but the rooms are spacious and there is a larger fridge in each of the rooms (and normally with a microwave). Clean and a stones throw from Disney. Grounds are well kept and always plenty of parking.

The only good thing about this hotel was the pizza press that is attached to the hotel.. the rooms looked out dated the bed was the only 21st centry attraction..the rooms smell moldy.. stuffy...the staff are nice... room service is not really room service because the hotel had to go somewhere else to get the room service and it was over priced...however Disney is just down the street...

Great location, exterior looks updated. interior however is dated, dirty and requires maintenance. Arrived at the hotel after Disneyland and shower was clogged. Hair from past guests floated around my ankles. Sufficeth to say the rest of my family didn't shower that night after a whole day of Disney. They offered us another room the next morning but we were checking out that day. We were told we would get 50% back (which we haven't seen) and were offered a 30% discount to extend our stay. We declined it. spend the extra $50 and find a reputable hotel on Harbor, NOT the old and busted thin walled Anaheim Hotel, (trust me you can hear your neighbors yelling at their kids).

Used several years ago.
The rooms aren't just normal and can be collected, but not bad.
It is impressive that the water pressure of the shower is weak and the drainage is bad.
It is within walking distance to Disneyland, and food is not a problem.
We think that it is good hotel if we do not overlook.

General first impressions are good, but the room itself is lackluster. Not all of the rooms are renovated, and those that aren't are rather sleezy and gross. Old stained furniture, disintegrating bathroom tile, broken fixtures and general uninpressing upkeep. Additionally, and unless renovated buildings are (unlikely) mechanically renovated too, water fluctuates between scalding and ice cold. Given that there are many buildings on this property I can't speak to how many are renovated, but don't expect to get what you see in the photos. The caveat is that it is incredibly close to the park, the restaurant and lobby are lovely, and the staff is friendly.

*** HOTEL BROKEN INTO AND CAR STOLEN***

*** HOTEL BROKEN INTO AND CAR STOLEN***

With a great location across from Disney it was anything near the happiest place on earth. Woke up to find our wallets, vehicle keys and jewelry missing. All taken while we slept and with no concern from any management. As the employees were notified of this horrific act they showed no concern and provided no assistance. They advised us that they had no surveillance cameras and unsure where their security was during the incident. The employees ignored what had happened and couldn't even assist with calling the police. I would recommend staying anywhere else with better security and make sure you find a place where at the very least the employees would show some sort of sympathy. When a supervisor was called and once again advised of this scary incident their reply was "Sorry, these things happen". I hope nobody has to experience this on their vacation and I highly recommend spending the extra money for a known location with better security and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good location close to Disneyland, but the rooms have seen better days, and weren't very clean. The concierge mixed up our airport shuttle arrangements, fortunately the shuttle driver noticed and fixed it. The attached restaurant was nice, but the rooms need work.

The hotel was under construction wile we were there so I understand some issues. The rooms were not yet updated which was fine. My problem was I stayed three nights and it was never cleaned. Although we were in Disneyland most of the day housekeeping knocked late in the afternoon when we were napping. Also very few TV channels and the electric was very sketchy

Is it clean? No. Is it clean enough? Yes. Probably nice when it was built but saw it's peak many years ago. If you're looking for a lower cost place to sleep in between running to the park, this may be your choice. If the hotel is a big part of your experience, look elsewhere.

It was an older room so it wasn't up to date at all. The doorway wasn't large enough to get a double stroller in so I had to force it. The beds were uncomfortable along with the pillows. The TV was really old, crt and not HD capable. Overall it was kind of dumpy.

Significant other was staying at the hotel with her colleagues. My stay was based on hanging out with her. Hotel is clean but it's motel style where there is a main building and you leave to individual buildings with your room. Rooms don't have a lot of extra space outside the beds and furniture and the shower sink area is medium size. It's located in a great area though, adajacent to lots of night life.

Very close to Disneyland. There is a parking fee. But that is to be expected. Nice staff. Breakfast looked amazing ,breads, potatoes, eggs, meat, fruits, coffee, cereal. Nice dining area. 10.21 is the price. Lobby was under construction but when it is done it will look fancy. Rooms are big. Apartment style with balconies. Bed were OK. They need to invest in pillows. (worst flat pillows ever) other then that the stay was nice and convinent.

Did you spent most of your money on Disneyland tickets and need a cheap place to stay? Than this hotel is for you!!!! I stayed there for the 4th of July weekend with my 4 year old toddler. The place is literally across the street from Disneyland. It's a little outdated, but you get what you paid for. The hotel does have a small safe were you can keep your valuables. It also includes a microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and TV. It was very clean, spacious and well kept. The staff let us check in early so that was nice. We did try the small Mexican restaurant by the lobby, it wasn't that great but kids under 9 eat free. There's also a bunch of nicer restaurants nearby you can easily walk to. They do have a good sized pool we enjoyed our last day.

The rooms were outdated and dirty. Lots of little things were in disrepair. Bathtub and floors were especially gross. There was no "Do not disturb" sign and it was a major issue for staff to find and deliver one. Staff seemed like they just didn't care and were not very friendly or helpful. They also overcharged me by charging the $10/night parking fee on both of my rooms when I only had one car. I called them to get my $30+tax back and they sent me to voicemail with no callback so far. I will not be returning. It's a shame they are in such a perfect location across from Disneyland, and yet they don't care about their hotel or their guests.
Location was great, price would be good if the rooms were kept up. The bartender was the only person on staff we encountered who seemed to care about providing good customer service (we ordered food from him and he was better at serving than the breakfast staff).

I love that it's across the street from Disneyland. However on our stay there first the toilet was broken, the shower wouldn't drain we had a joining rooms same drain problem in both rooms. then the next day the heater stopped working and our cousin who is very sick needs a heater. And they broke a main water valve so we had NO water for a few hours. No one offered ys a discount for these very annoying inconveniences but overall its not to bad there for the price.

Check in was fast, the employees were all nice. Lots of parking. Huge pool but not heated at all. It was 90 degrees outside and the pool was freezing. The beds were good and the room was clean but there was no microwave, the fridge was tiny, and the bathroom needs to be updated really badly. The shower was a pain. We could hear the people in the room next to us like we were separated by a sheet. aaaand there was water dripping from the ceiling... Obviously its main appeal is the short walk to Disneyland.
