Good hotel and very close to Disneyland which is nice. Right next door to an amazing pizza/breakfast place. There were a few small problems like the scale in the bathroom not working, but it didnt hinder the experience.

Pros-Moderately priced, rooms are a little dated but it's only one large block away from Disneyland about 5-10 minute walk (mostly spent waiting at crosswalks) can't beat the convenience. Only Con was the shower was a little cold even when turned all the way to hot.

*** HOTEL BROKEN INTO AND CAR STOLEN*** With a great location across from Disney it was anything near the happiest place on earth. Woke up to find our wallets, vehicle keys and jewelry missing. All taken while we slept and with no concern from any management. As the employees were notified of this horrific act they showed no concern and provided no assistance. They advised us that they had no surveillance cameras and unsure where their security was during the incident. The employees ignored what had happened and couldn't even assist with calling the police. I would recommend staying anywhere else with better security and make sure you find a place where at the very least the employees would show some sort of sympathy. When a supervisor was called and once again advised of this scary incident their reply was "Sorry, these things happen". I hope nobody has to experience this on their
vacation and I highly recommend spending the extra money for a known location with better security and CUSTOMER SERVICE

This hotel is nasty. We are in town for the Blizzcon convention and when we got in the room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was dirt all around the front door on the inside, the bathtub was dirty, the toilet paper roll left in the bathroom was already half used, and the towels are stained. The lobby looks fine, but beyond that this place is a clean persons nightmare. I would definitely advise going elsewhere.

I really liked this hotel. The pizza place right next to the lobby and the bar, are perfect after a long day at Disneyland.

Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of a microwave, but it's a little thing. The AC was nice, but room service kept turning it off during the day so when we got back, room felt musky and hot.

The pool and the gift shop looked nice, but we didn't use those facilities.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also they didn't mind at all if we kept it vehicle in the parking lot while we went to downtown Disney on the last day. That was really nice!

Don't be fooled by the newly renovated lobby. The rooms were not very nice, they were obviously older rooms that we're slapped with a fresh coat of paint as a bandage to a much larger problem. Bathroom was very drity and the tub in the had a very hard time draining. The room also had no AC unit just a very old swap cooler. We also had a very unplea experience with a maintenance worker who tried coming into our room even though we repeatedly shouted to "hold on". For a hotel with a resort fee I expect better.

I prefer motel rooms that are functional and clean, they are not my destination. So while attending a conference in Anaheim this is where we stayed, the hotel amenities are really nice and each room has a patio facing a nicely landscaped garden, My husband and daughter enjoyed a relaxing swim in the huge pool and later we enjoyed dinner in the onsite restaurant, the room was comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker and desk, also we had a roll away bed available.

Really neat hotel! It has kind of a modern motel feel, and I really enjoyed having a balcony to enjoy the nice weather. Cool little bar and pizza place as well attached that some colleagues said they really enjoyed. In a prime location if you're visiting Disneyland or attending an event at the conference center, as both are about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

I wish there was negative stars- I would have given (-)5*. Except for the location-thats is good. The rooms stick, carpet is sticky, old, not maintained, smells. The bathroom plumbing is miserable- clogged drains. Each day we had to call engineer & housekeeping to clear drain and clean shower tub after bath. No one paid attention to complaints. The room & bathroom looks like never been renovated since 15 years. I will never dare to go again, not recommend anyone.

Average hotel I've stayed at multiple times in the past. They are currently under new management & making a lot of changes, not very impressed so far but it will be interesting to see how it turns out when they are done.

We were able to check-in in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere of the hotel is vintage through and through. The rooms have been updated and is clean and large. Overall, this is a great hotel for walking distance to the Disneyland resort.

The rooms a lobby are nice and clean but the bed seemed a little worn out and uncomfortable. There is also very little sound isolation around the entrance to your room, so it's very easy to hear people outside your door.

This location is conveniently just a few minutes of walking away from Disneyland. It has a nice outdoor patio and lobby. The AC is REALLY loud though. There is a small fitness room and laundry room, but the washing machines and dryer don't look very clean. I had to call the front desk 5 times to bring up a microwave after waiting for more than an hour.

At the check desk it looks nice and clean... but when we got our room it was small, bathroom tub was not in good conditions paints was coming off. The door frame in the restroom is breaking down looks like termites plus I killed a cock roach in the bathroom.. not very happy staying in this hotel. Since its a block away from Disney they need a lot of upgrades..

Odd hotel, horrible parking because the open parking to anyone for $20. Walking to disneyland is really close, however not being able to park near your room stinks! Dont let the nice lobby fool you, the rooms remind you of ghetto housing. Hallways are out doors and trashy looking. Large pool, tiny hot tub. The beds are decent, pillows are small but are great! Lobby does not have an outbox for you to mail something. Thank goodness Disney takes care of you due to several post office dropboxes IN the park that get checked daily! Overall, if you dont mind treking your stuff in and out to your car, not horrible...

They are doing room renovations so I can't ry comment on how those rooms look since ours was the older set up. The tub was a little banged up but I know they're redoing the bathrooms on most rooms so it wasn't a big deal. The BEST thing was our patio. Stay on the first floor and ask for a room with a patio. The patio was so huge that it was easily bigger than the "yard" of some condos have. Staff was nice and prompt with requests.

Definitely not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but reasonable. The pool is amazing and the service was decent. The only bad part was the people in the lobby trying to sell you on the resort and cruises.

The hotel was clean and close enough to the front gate of Disneyland to walk to the park, which was nice when we needed to take a break and head back to the hotel. We did have a bit of trouble with room service, though, where no one in either of the restaurants was answering the phone. We had to reach out to the front desk and it was pretty frustrating.

The front is a new building with a feeling of cleanliness. The staff also have a good sense of answer by answering questions.
The room was a spacious twin. It was a room on the second floor, but there is a slope, so you can carry your luggage without the elevator.

Swimming pool is 8 am-10pm Free for people staying. It was a visit in early February, but some people are swimming. Is it a heated pool?

The water around the room is poor, but it's a good price range. There is a problem with drainage.

Beautiful place for everyone to relax. Nice size pool area, a place for the children to play. It's a five minute walk across the street to Disneyland. We had a problem with the air conditioner and some one came within five minutes. We were happy campers. :)

The hotel it's been in renovation which is good. But don't expect super nice rooms. I think the price it's very good according to what you're receiving. The most important thing is that you're very close to the Disneyland parks entrance

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE RE-INSPECTED BY HIGHER MANAGEMENT/PROFESSIONAL INSPECTOR. Booked a 2 connecting room hotel. Rooms have the essentials. Arrived at 1030 am, rooms were not ready. Put a RUSH clean on the two rooms for 1-2 pm. Bell hopper accidentally banged luggages against furniture. Family member found a large sized rip DAMAGE shortly thereafter that wasn't previously there. Upon arrival, rooms were NOT CLEAN. Had to call in room service to clean the carpets. Had to call in pre existing damages to prevent full $100 deposit. The sink had few multiple occasions of large sized SPIDERS in them. Next, the room WATER pressure was LOW. Additionally, the plug in bathroom alongside the water control handle for the shower broke and merely flooded the bathroom. Tried to stick my hand inside the drain to open up the water flow only to have it reseal when I let it go. Health and safety hazard. Additionally, breakfast is not complimentary. Poor experience with facility and will not choose or reccomend in the future.

Our first morning here I walked on to our patio to take our surroundings in, suddenly water came pouring down from the roof above me soaking my clothes and dog. There were men doing something on the roof and with no warning from the front desk. The air conditioner barely blew and never reached the temperature it was set at. Even the TV didn't work 100% fuzzy picture and sound was inconsistent when you would change channels. For as much as you pay it would have been nice for a microwave and real coffee pot in the room. Sadly, to end the trip the last morning there was no hot water, so I guess I was glad then the air conditioner wasn't working because it was freezing cold when I was done. The only positive was the ten minute walk to Disneyland. Will not be recommending, will not be back too many choices for same price.

Was visiting a friend who was staying at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and were great for a small family who was spending 90% of their day out of the room and at Disneyland park. I will definitely be recommending this as a good option for people who dont want to stay on Disney property.

Our room was old, it did not have a microwave or coffee machine, being that we paid for a room with these needs. They got us a microwave and discovered that there were no connectors for Him, we had to ask for an extension that went through the room. The cleaning service was done at 3 in the afternoon. Very ugly hotel.

The room was fairly clean, however the entire property feels dated, navigation is confusing and poorly marked on the property and walkways, and the outer room door was poorly sealed letting in a visible amount of light into the room. Not a bad place to stay on a budget, and the location is obviously ideal, however it could use some updates such as nightstand electrical outlets to make things easier to live with.

Rooms are outdated, the wifi was slow and had many times you couldn't connect. The beds were comfortable, the Ac/Heater worked alright. The pool and hot tube were good, the fitness center was small but was useful. The in hotel gift shop and pizzeria were both great. It was a short walk to the park from here which is nice. Just be aware that there is a parking fee and a room deposit that at least for us was never mentioned until we were there to check in, and things had been paid before arriving.

Anaheim plaza hotel and suites is my favorite hotel in California it is very close to disney land and is merged with mi casita grill, an all you can eat breakfast buffet and and restaurant. The rooms are nice and come with a mini fridge, a microwave, a tv and a safe for keeping personal belongings safe.

This hotel is classy and in the middle of a facelift, so far the work looks great, especially the landscaping. The best part is the location. There's a.crosswalk directly into the park!

The Anaheim Hotel is improving. Rooms are older and feel dated, especially the walkways, stairs and infrastructure. The main hotel building has been recently upgraded and has a Pizza Press (individual custom built pizzas), a new lobby area, and a new bar area. Bar food is amazing, and the drinks are served up strong. Once the rooms are refreshed, this is one of the best value options around Disneyland.

Recommended by a friend and walking distance to the entrance of Disneyland. This hotel lacks customer service, the clerks behind the desk acted like drones and were not super helpful. We did upgrade our room but not sure what we upgraded too because we were in the very back corner of the property. The pool hours are short and made it hard to use if you are going to Disneyland for the day. The exterior is outdated. The room was cleaned daily by staff and I was impressed by that (so I tipped them accordingly), water pressure horrible for showers. Televisions are very outdated. Did have a microwave and mini-fridge. The restaurant had horrible ratings so we did not eat there. $5.00 do a load of laundry. ($2.50 wash, $2.50 dry). When I go again, I personally will look at other properties close by as these seem to look better cosmetically and probably provide better customer service.

I've been coming to this hotel since i was 18. At that time i selected it from all others because it was the least expensive, and more than 20 years later that is still the case. I've always loved how it is unlike other hotels in regards to the space...everything is spread out over a large campus instead of being a single building. In the past, the low price you paid was evident in the rooms but it wasn't bad enough to deter me from staying because of the low price and the fact that you really aren't at the hotel much since you are in the Disneyland parks. Within the past 3 years, however, they have spent some money greatly improving the lobby, rooms, and grounds (the pool was always nice). They've changed the onsite restaurant to a pizza place which looks nice, although i haven't eaten there. I stopped in, however, and they look to have a nice breakfast available and some grab and go items. I'm surprised that the price is still the best on the Disneyland strip. The door to my room took a little effort to open and there are scales in the bathroom for some unknown reason, but other than that i think this is a wonderful place to stay. It isn't a "5 star" hotel, but it is definitely 5 google stars for what you get for the price. I will continue staying here each time i visit Disneyland and am happier staying since the renovations.

Just came back from our stay. Hotel was nice. Conveniently located across the street from Disneys main entrance. Pizza Press has a great breakfast! We stayed in the double king room. Our kids thought it was cool to have their own king. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Only negative thing I could say was that you pay daily for parking if you bring a car. Maybe this is normal in California? I didnt see anything on the website about parking. But all in all it's a great place to stay!!!

Booked the room in August and paid a little extra for the room with a view. We got there and from the outside and in the lobby, it looked real nice and clean. The staff at the desk was nice and I had no problems checking in. It would have been nice if they didn't charge for parking. I mean, we're already paying a lot for the room. Anyways, we get to the room, and we try to open it and the light turns green on the lock, turn the handle, and the door won't open. Did it a few more times, and finally got in. Room was different than what I had seen in the pictures, seems they had recently remodeled. It was small, but ok enough since we weren't planning on being in there all the time. It was kind of strange that they had the AC unit in the corner of the room and they had actually cut the curtain so it wouldn't block it. I turned it down to get colder and it just never got the room cooler. We left the room that night and came back later and still had trouble getting into the room. Got in finally but I went down to the lobby to let the staff know. I was told someone would be coming to check on it. No one ever did that night. The next morning, we realized that the tub wasn't draining. So, when we were leaving for the day, I went to the desk and told them about both issues. They said they would fix it before we got back. Came back later that day, tried to open the door again. Couldn't get in at all this time. Called the desk, they sent facilities, and he said we had to open the door by moving the handle up, even though he did say it should open both ways. The door frame looked like it had been busted and temporarily repaired. We checked out the bath tub and there was a long black hair (none of us have black hair). So it either came from someone or the tub wasn't cleaned. Those were the bigger problems. Other stuff like if we used a glass, housekeeping would take it and not replace it, and I also realized on the last day that the room didn't come with a microwave like it said it did. So overall, decent hotel, but I probably won't stay here again.
