The Anaheim Hotel has very good access to the original entrance to Disney Land, (on the opposite side of Down town Disney, and still in use) and a beautiful pool. The rooms are also quite nice, and the Pizza Press kitchen makes a great pizza. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Room a bit old even though refurbished aircon wasn't the best had it on full blast. Light fixture were iffy (a bit of electrical problem). Shower faucet was loose seem it might fall off when turning it on. Hotel had a cool vibe flash back to the sixties theme. Great pool and jacuzzi. Landscape was beautiful plants were beautiful banana tree actually had huge Bananas
Once again the staff was great housekeeping was excellent.

Location is the only good thing about this place, the rest need tons of attention. They were not clear on the resort fee and parking fees. Rooms are horrible, shower was dirty and mouldy. So many better options for about the same price.

This place is a great family environment. During a time of LAME government shut downs, there is plenty of fun stuff to do here outside including an awesome pool with music, and an outdoor game area with corn hole. I had one minor issue there and the staff there was so pleasant to deal with. Robert at the front desk was super helpful and caring about our minor issue. We have stayed here multiple times this summer as it s just a fun place to go. Highly recommend!

I wish I had paid better attention to the reviews for The Anaheim Hotel. If I did I would not have stayed here. The Anaheim Hotel appears to be in endless renovation. There is no "front" to the hotel. To get to The Anaheim Hotel you have to drive to the backside of a pizza restaurant parking lot and walk in through the backdoor.

After finding the reception desk, my second indicator of how the stay would turn out was when I had to sign a sheet of paper informing me that my special rate was changing. Even though this in itself was not a big deal, I had a difficult time getting a straight answer of what I was going to pay for two rooms for two nights. The first desk clerk did not speak very clearly and the person who appeared to be the MOD immediately became defensive when I asked about my rate.

Although the rooms were spacious, they appeared dirty and ill equipped. In my room the first light switch didn't work and there were only two small lamps to light up the room. My room had a refrigerator but no outlet to plug it in. The one outlet on the wall already had a splitter to run the TV, cable-box and one lamp. As others have mentioned, the shower backed up and the toilet paper holder would fall apart. Everything felt dirty and worn-out.

On the plus side The Anaheim Hotel was within easy walking distance of the front entrance to the Disney resort and it did have a large swimming pool. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool because they gates were locked during the hours posted the pool as being open.

In conclusion, The Anaheim Hotel is close to Disneyland and has a large pool. The Anaheim Hotel also feels like you are paying a large amount of money to stay in a rundown dorm room where nobody has heard of customer service.

Location was close to Disney and the Anaheim Conference Center. The lobby was nice, as was the attached restaurant where we had breakfast every day. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. Our only complaint was the showers. The hot water and the water pressure was lost very quickly.

Hotel has a great location for Disneyland, but it is in need of some repairs. There are signs indicating that the facade will be upgraded and the rooms are soon to be renovated. Our room had a broken electric outlet where they had plugged a 3-port plug in to the working side, but it was loose and would come unplugged on its own. I'd stay again for the location, though maybe not if I brought younger kids.

The the hotel was located within a five minute walk of Disneyland and the rooms were large, comfortable and spotless. Unfortunately I happened to have a room where the hotwater, toilet, or internet didn't work. The hotel did give me a small refund for my inconvenience, though, which was appreciated.

The linens and towels were clean, the bathroom was clean. The hotel is old, but the particular room we stayed in didn't have the "old hotel smell". The things we found to be unacceptable, the carpets were in serious need of shampooing, they were filthy. We could not walk around in the room without shoes, or our feet literally turned black. The beds were hard, after just a short time lying down in bed, our shoulders and hips started to hurt. It felt like we were sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The rooms lack some upkeep, such as, rusty fixtures in the bathrooms, cracked tiles and mirror and furniture that looks like it came from a second hand store. We chose this place due to proximity to Disneyland, cost and walkability. Will only stay here again if it is a last resort.

The room we got "upgraded" to had a few major issues. Door was near impossible to open, sinks were installed crooked, thermostat didn't have temp control, shower was all cracked and rickety, shower valve didn't have. Hot setting and worked opposite. Beds weren't all that comfy and fridge didn't work that great either. Stayed in 221

Not a good experience at all, I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this one is one of the worst I ever stayed in. 10 days here, not one day did I enjoy staying here. The rooms are older and smell a bit weird. Somewhat a moldy smell. Also the shower was one of the worst, first room I didn t have hot water. Second room the shower head had no pressure... after staying about a week I noticed when I close my front door to the room. I can push it open without the key. NOT SAFE! I will never stay here again.
Only good thing is the hotel bar which has happy hour 9pm-11pm...

Couldn't even get stable WiFi in the lobby. The bathrooms seemed unclean and the blankets never smelled clean. If you just need a place to sleep and that's it, maybe this is the place for you but if you want anything more if suggest somewhere else.

Its ok.

Extremely close walk to the Disneyland entrance. The room is average at best, and the pillows are not very comfortable. The building has had recent renovations, but you can still tell it's an older hotel.

I stayed there for disney land and it was very close which was nice for the price. The rooms were nice as well as the staff. The only down side would probably be the lack of a breakfast buffet .

The front looks nice but the where the rooms are looking like you just landed in Compton. Stairs to the room were sketchy. Water damage to the ceiling and walls. Beds were hard as the ground.you also have to pay $10 to park even if you are a guest. Wast old breakfast was included but that was a lie that was another $10 all around bad place

It is basic. No frills but gets the job done, sort of. Would have liked to see more outlets for electronics. A degree indicator on the thermostat and some room service numbers on the phone itself - it was a pain just to find how to ring the front desk.

Shower would randomly going scaulding hot and hurt soo bad. Smoke detector would go off from the steam and the door handle to the patio fell off when we tried to open the door. Won't go back

Very old hotel, in desperate need of upgrades. Overall maintenance is lacking, but OK. Need to work on customer service, as the front desk staff were having an argument as I was checking in. Paying one of the highest room rates on Harbor Blvd., and receiving the least amenities, such as no WiFi, and no free breakfast doesn't entice me to want to return to this hotel. The smell of vomit around the garbage bins was a nice touch as I returned to our room in the evening. Definitely will never return to this establishment. But I guess it was a place to put my head down at night.

This hotel is perfectly located when you're planning a Disneyland vacation! It's almost directly across the street from the walking entrance to the parks. While it's a bit of an older hotel, it's well taken care of. The staff is very courteous and always makes sure to say hi when they see you. The room is just that, a room. It gets the job done. Nothing fancy. The beds are very comfortable and the shower/bathroom are standard with standard amenities. The price range is great for a family on a budget. If you need someplace to stay without the frills and cost of a more expensive hotel, The Anaheim is the one for you!

Room was clean, staff nice, and it's really close to Disneyland (if that's why you're looking for a hotel). There's a fair amount of places to eat at around the hotel as well. I'm not sure if this was just my room, but the one thing I would add is a refrigerator to each room as mine didn't have one.

Had no concern for customer relations. Was looking for a box of our packets that was shipped to the hotel for a convention. We asked repeatedly as to whether the promotional materials had arrived. They lost the box and finally found it after the convention! Their response when asked to please send it, "Sorry, it is just a convenience that we accept shipments. Our policy doesn't allow us to pay for shipping it to you!" I can understand if they had not lost it but they took no responsibility. This is at best a 2.5 star hotel and we paid over $200 a night at that time. Normally the hotel price is around $75 - 85. Seems that an extra $115 per night in TWO rooms for 3 nights each that we rented, would have more than covered their trouble to send it back at their expense.

I love it when its across the Disney land park and its easy to cross from here and the rooms are spacey and neat and the pool outside was huge and there are places nearby this hotel a CVS & Walgreens pharmacies and a McDonald's and a IHOP and dennys diner

Proximity to Disneyland is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Our room was falling apart and missing a hairdryer which the front desk decided to grill us on before providing a replacement. Our 'firework view' room was mostly obscured by the rest of the hotel which was a nice touch. The window AC unit also did quite a poor job cooling down our room

Carpet wasn't clean, you could see under the furniture they hadn't vacuumed it for a while. The the tub was clogged. .. The smell after turning on the A/C was awful. We used the hotel only for sleep, but the experience wasn't what we saw in the pictures.
