Staff is friendly enough. Room could have been cleanser, and it had a smell to it (I said cleaner gf said cat pee). Plumbing is noisy. There is also an emergency station fire/amulance nearby and can be noisy. But noise come with the area.
Does have a very nice swimming pool and hot tub area.
First time here, only went to bar. Looked nice and clean. Bartender was awesome!
Booked due to a 3 1/2 star rating but that is waaay off. From the start it was sub par, there was no parking for guest so the valet was very pushy and insisted we valet park. Once we circled the whole property 3 times we finally were shown 15 min check-in parking. Once we checked in we went to our room the whole property is run down and has a musty smell. We got to our room and the room had an unbearable mold smell. We went to the front desk and told them of the issues,to their credit the handled it very well, gave us upgraded rooms. Unfortunately they were not much better. We stayed but will never go back. For $129 a night I expect much better.
Really nice rooms, no bed bugs what so ever. Disney is right next to it so nice view at fireworks and many other restauraunts too!

Great hotel for the price. Close enough to Disney walk. Beds were comfortable, no frills room. Staff was super nice. Pizza place next door is pretty good too. Would recommend if visiting Anaheim.
Perfect spot, right across from Disneyland. A 5 minute walk each day. The bar and pizza restaurant are huge bonuses!

I love how close the walk to Disneyland is. The rooms are nice depending which side you stay. Leo is amazing he s very nice and helpful. The desk supervisor Robert is very rude he has an attitude and just very unprofessional.
A hotel of good quality and an accessible price very close to the Disney park that you can walk and you save the parking.
Very easy walk to the Disney resort, kids loved the pool, very well priced and clean rooms. Will definitely stay there from now on! Only suggestion is that Disney Jr. would be a great addition to the channel line up for the kids to watch at night.

Location and cost seemed ideal for our trip to Disneyland. I took my brother to Disneyland for his birthday this weekend for his first visit to Disneyland. Needless to say, it was definitely a weekend of firsts... We stayed overnight Thursday and when we woke up and started to get ready for our day, my sister stepped on a big "bug" and jumped back. She then pointed out another similar "bug" crawling closer to the bathroom door. We immediately identified the two insects as cockroaches, both over an inch long! Unfortunately, the one near the bathroom made it under the door and my little brother came out screaming and crying. I felt so bad because there was nothing I could do but smash and kill the roaches. I called the front desk around 7am and they told me I had to speak with the manager who wasn't scheduled to be in until 8am. In the meantime, we shook out all of the clothes in our bags and loaded all of our stuff in the car because there was NO WAY I was going to put all of us through another event like that. I called back again around 8:45am and the manager still wasn't in. Since we had plans to go to the park, we stuck to them and I was able to get ahold of the manager around noon. The best they could do was move us to a different room and discount me $23.25 for the first of three nights we stayed there and move us to a room upstairs that had a slightly bigger vanity. Will I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY NOT! The remaining 2 nights we stayed were not enjoyable as we were all afraid of waking up to roaches on or near us.
The NONSMOKING room we arrived in reeked of cigarettes. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened, we didn't take our shoes off the entire time we were in the room. The furniture had disgusting stains on it and there was mold on the curtains. The bathroom had leftover water marks around the sink like it hadn't been cleaned from the last guest. The sheets and towels smelled of bad chemicals. I contimplated sleeping in my car instead of the room because of how filthy it was. I would never ever recommend anyone staying here. I'm not even sure how they are still open. After we arrived I went online and looked at reviews and was not at all surprised to find other guests had the same horrible expeience. By far the WORST hotel ezperience ever.
There was so much noise overnight that I didn't get any sleep.
Really clean rooms. Safe for children and great for families. Customer service is excellent. Also, so close to Disneyland you can see the fireworks from the hotel grounds.

4 stars. The staff were amazing and helpful. At check in the employee was helpful with all my questions and let me get checked in early so I only need to pick up room keys later on. During our stay the housekeeper was so friendly. At check out. We needed extra time for parking and the employees allowed us to stay parked 2 extra hours, which saved us $20. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning. It was on the floor against the bed, we had to literally pull open our curtains and use hair elastics to keep the vent uncovered so air could flow thru the room. It was hot and uncomfortable a few times. Otherwise, it was a close walk to Disney and my family had a good time.

Just a couple of minutes minor inconsistencies, but overall the Anaheim Hotel was found to be clean, comfortable and very quiet. If given the opportunity to be in the area again, I would definitely looking at the Anaheim for my stay. As for the inconveniences, the TV didn't work the second evening, but was replaced for our next evening. The other item, the sink in our room is plumbed backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. Like I said, these are minor inconveniences.
The rooms aren't luxurious but I like this place. It is reasonably priced and is a very convenient short walk from the Disneyland resort as well as convenience stores down the block. The staff is very friendly; especially the young man who checked me in. He was very professional and helped me out with various questions and requests I had during my stay. He also was genuinely interested in how my day was going whenever I passed through the lobby. I highly recommend this place.

So we decided to spend Christmas at happiest place on earth Disneyland. Our choice of hotels were many but unfortunately we chose The Anaheim resort and I use that word loosely. We arrived at 2:30 which is a little early for check in but we flew in so we had to wait a bit not a problem so finally 4 o clock are rooms were still not ready . So another patron of this establishment proceeds to check in and he s given a room immediately. So I decided to ask the front desk was our rooms ready yet he said no so wondering why the other patron was given a room immediately I asked why he was given his room so quickly the front desk clerk said sarcastically and I quote he paid more than I end quote ! I can name this person but I won t I informed the Manager who s was standing 10 feet away and nothing was done I just spent 2k on our rooms and that s the treatment we received now I ask what you have done I m my situation? We continued on our vacation at this establishment trying to blow off how we were treated at check in I gave two stars never staying here again thanks for the terrible service Ivan
Hotel is really close to Disney parks. Parking isn't the greatest, but better than others in the area. Overall pretty happy with the stay.

My online check in confirmation was for 1pm, we arrived at the hotel only to find out our room was not ready until 4pm. We had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. Check out time is 11am. That's not a 24hours stay

Customer service was not at all knowledgable about accounts. I was told 4 different things regarding the refund of the security deposit and still do not have a clear answer. They really need to communicate within their team what the process is as there is apparently not a clear one!

We like this hotel because it is very close to Disneyland and it has a nice pool. Rooms are good size. Some of the rooms have been updated and they are still updating others that do need it.
Staff is great but there are roaches in my room, they offered us another room and sent a guy in to spray the roaches, I see the same guy in another room spraying for roaches so no point in changing rooms. All about location here.
The hotel is nice the beds are soft they have a pool there is some walking especially if you are on the second floor it is hard if you have back pain just like my grandma there is a very big piano and I like to play a piano so that is good and they have a bar tender They give you a map so you can see everything on the hotel once you have the map you will find everything you need and they will circle the room you are staying in and a complaint I have is the TV is not good it is like an old TV,the air conditioner works great my mom and I love our bed cold,the sheet for the bed are not great they make my mom and I ich so for the car ride maybe pack a blanket big and soft enough for you to lay on,the walk to Disneyland isn't far it is really close,when you are bored and have nothing to do if you walk down towards were Disneyland is you find lots of restaurants and places you can relax eat and well do mostly what ever you want there they even have a icecream store but at of all that enjoy your stay at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suities enjoy your stay

The hotel was nice had a nice big pool. But the room was small but they gave us a roll away.
Excellent location if you are heading to Disneyland, just a quick walk across the street. Retro layout that has been updated over the years. Pizzaria within the property and easy access to pharmacy, convenience stores and some restaurants. Comfortable overall.
Here is the bottom line, we paid $89 a night for a room at Anaheim Plaza Hotel and suites. At that price, you simply can't beat that deal. Yes it's a old hotel but a legit 10 min door to door Disneyland walk. People who complain about this hotel should spend more money to book a hotel to their standards.
Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and the lobby/shared areas really nice. The rooms were a little dated and tired but very clean. I wish they'd reno the rooms to match the retro vibe that they've gone for in the public spaces. The beds/pillows weren't very comfortable, I found the bed hard and the pillows lumpy but perhaps that's a matter of personal preference. AC in our room worked well and no creepy critters as some reviews said. WiFi worked good too. Another downside: We were excited about having a balcony but never ended up using it as the patio furniture was just this small metal garden set that was horribly uncomfortable to sit on for even a minute. Not what we had expected at all as the patio furniture in the photos looks a lot nicer. This was disappointing. The BEST part of this hotel is the pool - it is incredible. Great space, perfect temperature and it's huge! The second best feature is that it's only a 5m walk to park gates which is great for anyone but especially if you were travelling with small kids. The downside to being so close to the park? The room rates reflect the proximity to the park and not the room itself. I'd definitely still return if I could get it at a good price and would recommend it if you got it on sale. I don't feel it's worth the regular higher rates and would rather walk a little further.
Photos are deceptive. Our room was Very dated, smelly and lacked ventilation. The day after we checked out, we all started scratching our heads and all of us had head lice!

The rooms are absolutely filthy, I do not believe they attempted to clean before we arrived. The bathroom is moldy and rusty, the bath tub is disgusting (I laid towels down and wore sandals to shower in it), the shower knob was broken, the shower head was also broken, the TV had a high pitched ringing sound every time you turned it on, rooms are very small and outdated, very stuffy, door does not close right, the bed and pillows feel like they're made from styrofoam, the rooms are just all around awful. The the lobby is very nice and up to date with great staff, but the rooms need some serious renovating. The location is great about a 5 minute walk to Disneyland. It is right next to many stores and restaurants. You'd think a hotel right next to Disneyland would provide better rooms. I will never stay here again. This hotel deserves 0 stars.
The hotel was close to the Disney parks and the beds were fine. My bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well. There was a used washcloth on the floor and a few pieces of trash. The hairdryer was broken but they brought a replacement quickly.
The water pressure in the shower is low. Especially in the morning.

Average hotel, but an extra star for location to Disneyland. 5-10 minute walk to the security line at the opposite entrance from Downtown Disney. Friendly staff, fast check in, and accommodated early check in. Room was okay for overnight; nothing fancy, but comfortable for 3 of us visiting the park for one day. Only issue was water temperature while taking a shower: very sensitive if water is being used somewhere else so be careful if showering children, would recommend a bath instead.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The customer service was great, the hotel has an amazing pool, laundry room, fitness center, it s about a 5 minute walk from the entrance to Disneyland. Only complaints are that the WiFi doesn t work, there s no conditioner in the shower, and the lobby has a very strong perfume smell. Also, the pizza press wasn t good (my dad had to wait 40 minutes for his pizza, while people that had ordered after him got there s right away, and the pizza wasn t very good).
Rooms are half renovated. Bathroom is quite disappointing. It wasn't comfortable. Also got a price surge which was surprising. I'd never stay here again.
