I did not expect perfection, but the shower in our room was plumbed backwards, hot was cold and cold was hot as a result after midnight when we got back after a long day and wanted nothing more than a warm shower and were lucky to have had a shower rhat was barely warm enough to call Not cold. They had 2 soda machines on the premises and both ate my money, one when it dialed give some of my change back the change tray was broken and my change proceeded to fall into the actual machine and was never to be seen again. General maintenance items like these take only a little bit of paying attention to avoid them and I wish I could say my stay was better.

the place is a dirty and stuck in 1960's took 2 days to get my tv changed out from black and white.
i got charge 2x my original rate for 1 extending 1 extra night. there are plenty of places that are closer that are nicer than this place. beware of what you sign.

Walking distance from Disney California Adventures. Plenty of restaurants near by. The staff is very knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile to help us. Rooms are clean. Beds cozy. We are annual pass holder and this is #1 for us

The time should be 11 o'clock, but cleaning starts earlier than that, so I'm rushed by knocking. I want you to stop it.

There is a pizza shop directly from the hotel.
It was delicious!

Just stayed there for a week, very close to Disney, and friendly staff. After that, terrible expience.

Halfway through our trip our air conditioner cut out, and for 3 of those days it was over 100 outside. I called, the lady on the phone told me to come down to switch rooms, it wasn't terribly easy but better then roasting. When I got down there another guy told me to wait a bit and the tech would fix it. Long story short I got the run around for the remainder of the trip and bought a fan, and opened windows at night. My favorite part was calling and being told the air conditioner main unit is outside and it is having trouble working because it is so hot outside. Yeah, kind of the need for air conditioning is when it gets hot. Paying over 1500 for the week to want to avoid roasting in your bedroom is not ideal. Also on the day we left for an entire day to avoid the hot room, we came back at night time to find our door was left open by housekeeping with all of our valuables in it. Nothing was taken, but still not ideal.

Anyhow, after all of this, barely received a sorry or anything. I've never stayed at a legitimate hotel that in that heat wouldn't comp your room, do something extra, or move you to an equal or better room. Very poor customer service, and without guarantee of having a room less than 90 degrees at night I would never consider staying here again.

It's not a bad hotel, I would probably stay here again. Just one thing I would change is the wifi. It isn't free and I can only use one device one which I used to sign up for (I wish it disclosed that before I paid 10 bucks) other hotels around the area offer free wifi too which is a shame.

The room was extremely run down (cracks in the walls, mismatched lamp shades, damaged floor tiles in the bathroom) but I gave a couple extra stars because the staff was so nice and helpful.
If it wasn't for the incrediblely nice staff this place would have gotten only 1 star from me. The room I was staying in looked like it should have cost half of what we paid. I will not be staying here next time I visit the area because these rooms are in absolutely desperate need of renovation and repairs.

Awesome place with a great location to the Disneyland and California Adventures park. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the gates. The room was clean but the window and some of the bed fabric is that old hard to clean. The pizza place located at the hotel was delicious. Great choices and great prices. All in all I would stay at this location again.

It s a motel not a hotel! Our bathtub was blocked so we had someone come and declog it in the morning and when we came back from a long day at the park no one had cleaned it and they made a mess. The bathroom is so small 1 person can go in at a time.
Squeaky bed, creaky floor boards and window AC unit is right next to your head. Good luck trying to go to sleep with that thing on. This place is disgusting. We will never stay here again

Location is good because it's very close to DisneyLand. Everyone is nice, but rooms are a little small, and the shower is horrible, the plumbing is very odd and even when someone in the room next to you turns in faucet or flushes, your shower is affected. Very frustrating, and also painful - first time it happened, got burned because it went extremely hot without warning, and sprayed my sunburn. Also makes showers last at least 10 min longer as half the time you'll be standing back to let the temp change finish.

What a fabulous holiday we just had. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. A big mention to Candi and Alex for going out of their way to look after us. The room was clean and spacious and the pool was incredible. The bar and Pizza Press restaurant were brilliant. Once again many thanks for your attention to detail and making our holiday so enjoyable. We will be back!

Love it

Know what you're getting into and it's great. You don't get the ritz and glamour of a Disney Hotel or other 4+ star hotels in the area. What you get is clean rooms, friendly staff, unbeatable prices and a good room. Yes the hotel is outdated but, that really isn't a big deal when you just need to for rest/sleep and most your day is spent in Disney. I've stayed here 4-5 times in the last couple years and never had any problems. My only real complaint is you have to pay for Wifi.

The room was great and the pizza press is great. I wish they told us at check in that we get a discount at pizza press because I didn't realize that until after I bought a pizza. It also takes a while to shower because there is no water pressure and most of the water comes out of the faucet, not the shower head. Other than that, the room is great!

This review is solely based on my experience with parking on their lot. I parked there as an alternative to parking at Disneyland. It was nice to be able to get in and out much faster for the same price as the Disneyland parking lot. Only downfall is that you have to walk to the entrance. There's no option for a shuttle but it's only about a block or so away from the entrance.

Up front lobby and bar is beautiful rooms have some issues run down we moved 3 times during a week stay because they were painting up stairs and the funes were so bad in our room . Moved us into a smaller room adjusted the rate Staff is amazing and very helpful if we were at another hotel it would be 5 stars all the way.

Staff did comp our parking and do some adjustments since we missed our breakfast at the park since we got done moving at 2am with staff help

Again nice staff not sure we would stay there again

Looks like an old apartment complex turned into hotel rooms. They are very small and cleaned very poorly! There is no elevator and no microwaves in the rooms. It is very close to Disneyland (about a 10 minute walk). We will not be staying here again.

Had to add one star to be able to say something about this place!. This place is by far the most dilapidated place i have ever stayed! The pictures they have posted online about their rooms and facility are a lie! None of the rooms actually look like that, also if you are looking for a "wheelchair accessible" room this is definitely not the place you want to stay, their so called accessible bathroom is definitely not safe for you or your loved one. The room we stayed in was leaking water like crazy. The rooms are run down and smell like mold. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Last thing when i shared my thoughts to the management about how i felt the room was far from being ADA compliant and not safe, she got an attitude and stated the room was fully compliant. Total bull @#$*. After the one night we switched hotels and was totally worth it.

Cold ac, fresh ice, good location, plenty ofnparking, loads of food options around. Dated rooms with crt televisions and a giant 2986 satellite dish in the front. Could use a paint job but lovely locale.

Ugly, dirty, 1950s without renovation. Unfriendly service. They will not bring you or borrow a corkscrew. They think The guests willl steal their corkscrew. Worn old towels. Rooms stinking with chemicals. Corridors stinking of cigarettes. Needs to be torn down and give place to a new hotel. The location is great. That is the only good thing about it

This hotel is on the older side, but has been renovated recently and is pretty nice. The attached restaurant is perfect after a day at Disneyland and fairly reasonable, all things considered. It's not the cheapest place, but not as crazy expensive as some of the area hotels. It's also the perfect distance from the park.

This is a really old hotel. Baseboards and molding are rotting. The shower vacillates from really hot to really cold constantly (shower handle is also broken). The toilets are the really tiny ones that were made by someone who forgot that males need more room in the front.

I would only recommend this hotel to people who can't get into one of the decent hotels in the area. This place is the trailer park version of hotels.

Edit: I can confirm what others have said about this place being infested with bugs. Also, ac units sound like a bad power steering unit in a car (or a cat being strangled).

250 a night for a 30 dollar value.

Edit 2:

The rooms are all connected to each other by doors with giant cracks and no weather stripping, so the neighbors hot boxing next door might as well be smoking their weed in our room. So much for no smoking, lol.

Cute lobby and great location to all Disney parks. Updated rooms look okay for price, but older property. Outdoor pool area is great and relaxing. Pizza Press right next door is convenient.

The hotel is a great value. It is close to the park entrance, close enough to walk, and across the street from California Adventure. The hotel seems pretty dated, but it has always been clean and comfortable. I would say that the bargain rates are more than worth it.

Great hotel near Disneyland...like a 10 minute walk away. The service from the staff was professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and the pool is great. Love the bar and pizza place as well. A great value for your family.

The room was sufficient, its a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Loved the private patio and nice common areas on property. Great location right across the street from Disneyland.

Price is usually better than most in the area. Our room smelled very musty and strong cleaning smell persisted during our entire stay. We fronted Disney way and had quite a bit of road noise. Pool is huge but pretty cold, still fun. Plenty of parking. There are definitely better hotels in the area and even cheaper but better and cheaper together may be a hard find.

Note: they are under new management and have added a$10/night for parking for your first vehice (they did not post this when I purchased my stay on their website). I have stayed at this hotel before and very much enjoyed my stay. It is a 3 star hotel with no breakfast, good if you don't mind basic because you are going to be spending all your time at the park. I like the location right next to the Disneyland being about to walk into the park. If they keep the parking charge I will now be looking for other hotels because for $10/night I can upgrade to a nicer hotel.

Ok, so it s not an actual 5 star hotel but I m giving it 5 starts for these reasons: It s clean. It s comfortable. The rooms are nice. Beds are super comfortable. It s affordable. The staff are so accommodating. ITS TWO BLOCKS FROM THE DISNEYLAND/CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE ENTRANCE!
Located just 2 walking blocks from Disneyland this hotel has a lot of pluses including upgraded rooms when available, pool, jacuzzi, large lobby with a bar (if you like bars) mini fridge in most rooms (ask) and coffee maker, all the amenities of a successful hotel. I m sure you can find stuff to pick at about this place but it is our go to hotel whenever we go to Disneyland.
Ask for a discount! They have many! AAA, Disneyland Annual Pass-holders etc.
Book on their site for best discounts and deals!

Had to cancel my stay a week in advance for personal reasons. They have failed to return the $150+ first night s stay charge for over TWO WEEKS and have stopped responding to my emails. Stay away from this hotel.

Met all expectations, air conditioning was great and the pool area was nice. Great atmosphere and less than 5 minutes walk from Disneyland. This aspect was handy if you had a pass that allows you to re enter Disney, go back to room to relax, swim and head back over to Disney after some pizza from the pizza shop that is right next to the hotel.

Great location close to the park entrance. Lobby and outside have been updated to a cute mid century modern look. Rooms have not been updated and are a little worse for wear. Spacious rooms and each has it's own balcony or patio. Pool seemed nice though I didn't go in. Try not to get a room by the ice machine because the most popular times for getting ice, according to my research, is all the time.

The room was good it is across from Disneyland so there is noise all night from those coming and going lights on in the halls. The pool being inside echos horribly. Very nice continental breakfast

Please do not believe the photographs! This place ...

Please do not believe the photographs! This place is under new management and is under construction. The hotel is very large and sprawling, far more reminiscent of an apartment complex than a hotel in many ways. Our room was very sparsely decorated and extremely old fashioned, but generally clean. The room's microwave had the grounding prong missing from the plug. There are very few outlets, and none near the bed. Old CRT TV, so don't plan on using Chromecast.

I was generally very disappointed because the experience in no way matched what they advertised. If you're just looking for a low price and a place to sleep, this could work for you, but I can't imagine spending any time there.

Its more like a motel rather than a hotel, it took me 25 minutes just to find the hotel and when I found it it was just a parking lot with no lit up signs at all! When I got my key cards and went into my room and in there was this musty smell. I turned on the TV with the remote but I couldnt change the channel using the remote it made no sense that I could turn on the TV but not change the channel. WiFi was an issue as well because I signed in and for the first 2 minutes it was fine but after it just stopped. A disappointment.

Staff was nice, room was clean & descent but the shower needs upgrading like water pressure, tub felt like was coming apart & water temperature wasn't consistent would go from really cold to really hot while taking a shower and water doesn't drain right away.
