Staff helpful, Close to disneyland, decor extremely dated. What with disneyland hardly changing anything in the 30 years since i was last there and the hotel decor, i thought i was in a time warp.

The hotel is under renovations, so there is lots of dust. However the completed rooms are very nice.

Great spacious rooms, very clean and breakfast was included for my stay. 24 hour gym and the pool closes at midnight.

Convenient location to Disneyland, rooms could use some updating especially the bathrooms but overall not a bad hotel for the price.

Its a pretty close walk to Disney land, and not too expensive either

Unfortunately hotel was not as Good as it was the year before we went for Christmas and wanted to book a Christmas dinner but they took so long in sorting the menu out a day before Christmas we decided just to have a buffet in our room

Room was basic but met our needs. The patio was huge! Big bed, friendly staff.

Nice lobby, nice room. Has a really nice pizza place attached to it. Within walking distance of to Disneyland. Would stay there again.

BEDBUGS!!!!!!!! If I could leave a negative star review, I would. While the exterior has been updated, and the "executive queen" room is large - stay here at your own risk. We arrived and check in was easy. It is across the street almost from downtown Disney, so the location was the appeal. However, around 1245am we awoke to finding ourselves covered in bed bugs. In fact, we took three bed bugs to the front office with us. The night manager said she was sorry, and would "good faith" refund us our money or try to find another hotel for us. Per her, they had never had a bed bug complaint. However, when we went back to our room to collect our electronics, both beds were covered in these bugs. We had to leave all of our belongings for fear the bugs were in our clothes/suitcases/shoes since everything had been near the beds. When we returned the next day to speak to the day manager, Stephen, he again stated he would give us a "good faith" refund on our week that we had paid for. This was the first night of our vacation. He said the claim would have to go through insurance, however, neither the hotel nor the insurance company has reached out to us. I filed a complaint with the department of health, who then turned it over to the department of environmental services. They said the room was infested, and they shut the room down until they approved of the action taken. This means that this hotel has poor housekeeping, poor bug management, and, what's worse, they lack the decency to even follow up. I felt bad because my child was involved, we lost our clothes, luggage, shoes, stuffed animals, and backpacks, but I would feel worse if I found out this happened to anyone else. Do not stay here!

We had a nice, clean hotel and hotel room. We were very close to the Disneyland parks (5 minute walk). The hotel has excellent customer service.

Budget hotel with amazing proximity to Disneyland. We used this to have midday naps for the kids and get full value from our tickets. Although it's not fancy, it's a great option to have a bed to sleep and really enjoy your Disney visit.

I thought this was a great hotel. It is clean, nice balcony area to watch Disneyland fireworks, comfortable beds, has a gift/convenience shop, close to restaurants, and the best part is how close to Disneyland it is. I thought it was perfect for my family and I.

Pizza Press was a great late night stop after the Dodgers game before bed. It's the perfect place to bring kids late at night. They have beer and Disney cast members outside of their natural habitat. The parking lot is in a bit of shambles. The pizza was quite good and was served up fast. I had one with pulled pork. I like pigs. Charlotte was a pig. She had a web. The press theme of Pizza Press was also quite nice, harkening back to the days when people read stuff on paper instead of phones. I long for the day when I'll eat pizza off of an iPad, not paper. Good visit.

It's not fancy, but the price is good and it's right across the street from the Tower of Terror. It's nice not having to park or wait for a shuttle to Disneyland.

Great location! Staff is always welcoming, from Leo, greeting you once u arrive to Sabrina the bartender. Jasmine at the front desk. Everyone there is wonderful!

I mainly went for The Pizza Press, but I did visit the lobby to use the restroom. I also noticed that the bar had a very nice tap selection.

They do not have an iron or ironing board available. Very inconvenient after traveling

Nice pool. Very close to DISNEYLAND but the Hotel charges their guests $15 to park in the parking lot.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but you can't beat the price and the staff is friendly. Plus the walk to the front gate at Disneyland is super convenient!

Alot of bad reviews. I don't know why. The hotel is VERY OLD but its nice. Its super close to Disneyland. The rooms were clean but like I said....just old and outdated. Other than that if you want a decent room thats right across the street from disney then you won't be upset.

The location is outstanding, you're right across the street from Disneyland. The rooms are pretty much average in every way, but who cares you don't stay next to Disneyland to hang out in the hotel. The ice machine was broken, that's the only negative I can think of.

Well besides the two 8 year olds debating politics and religion in the hot tub (no parents in sight) it's a great place. You can't beat the price for the location and the pool which make up for the rooms.

We only stayed for one night.The room where we stayed was clean.
The pool was great. I like how there was towels next to the pool. The staff was nice and professional.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Disney ... very comfortable rooms, excellent option to visit Disney

The room was decent , and pool was nice but the phone in our room didn't work, roomservice was unavailable, and I lost my wii u gamepad here , when I asked the staff about it they were rude and unhelpful and said they didn't find anything

Went for dinner at Pizza Press. Lots of construction going on out front.

We didn't spend much time inside of the hotel room itself, because of the close proximity to Disneyland, but when we got back at night the beds were fairly comfortable and clean.

I recommend it for families/groups of people who are going to the park/convention center nearby.

Amazing hotel. We had a park view room we could see the guardians ride. Only bad thing was the shower the water pressure was godawful

The rates are great and it's within reasonably walking distance to Disneyland. It's not a 4 star hotel but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are relatively big. Good place to just sleep before your next day

The shower is fixed and extremely weak, and the drainage is weak, but other than that, it is recommended, and the location of 5 minutes walk to Disneyland is also attractive. Because it was close to the park at night, there was traffic and it was safe. Visit in October 2019

If I could rate less than a 1 I would. If you are looking for an overpriced room where you are able to find dried blood on the comforter....leftover grapes in the corner of the room....no hot water and a rude front desk staff this is the place for you. When I spoke with the manager regarding our concerns she stated that cleanliness was their number 1 priority. Words are just that....words. How about acting upon what you state? Also, for my inconvenience, she told me they would credit my account $40.00. They failed to do this as well. We bring a large group to Disney every year to perform and the convenience of this hotel across the street has been a bonus but I would rather stay down the street and pay for a hotel where they take care of customer needs instead of the standard....we are sorry. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this one folks.

I love the remodel and I love the little sweet that we had with the outdoor patio and room was gorgeous very high class love to be remodel

First the positives- very close to Disneyland, so it s great to come back to take a break during the day. It s easy walking distance, you don t need to rely on a shuttle. The lobby and all the common areas are beautiful, the landscape and pool are fantastic. However, the rooms themselves don t look anything like the website photos, unfortunately. Our double queen was very small, some repairs have been made over the years, but the workmanship was shoddy and cheap looking. Half painted light fixtures, old broken sliding closet doors that aren t functional and the bathroom is sketchy at best. Towels were old and thread-bare, pillows also were old and lumpy. The mid mod style is charming but serious updates and remodeling is desperately needed. If you just want a cheap place to crash at night and don t care much about quality, this is the motel for you. Housekeeping and the staff were always polite and friendly, laundry facilities and a small workout space was available, also.

Great front desk service, bathrooms could use an upgrade, and it would have been nice if the cleaning crew would have left small face towels as we were there for 3 nights, however when I made my request it wasn't long before they delivered.

Walking distance to Disneyland. Very friendly staff. Very nice pool. The bar and pizza place have a good vibe with good food and drinks. Rooms are spacious. Nicely remodeled but you can tell they were remodeled. A/C and heater can only be turned on or off. Can't adjust temp. But good place to stay for the price. Better than some other nearby hotels we have stayed at. Planning on staying here again.

Great location with very good prices for where they are situated. Very nice clean rooms, and willing to accommodate whenever it is possible. It is our preferred place to stay when we visit Disneyland.

New ownership too many sweeping changes, but they have security in the parking lot which in Disneyland is wise.

Disney park is across the road very convenient. The rooms were so dirty though. My friends had a spider in their room which is alright but there was blood smeared on my toilet when we got there it was covered with a towel. Discusting.

I booked a stay here the middle of June for the 4th of July. I selected the room with a park view and two queen beds. I paid extra for the free cancellation which lasted until 6 pm the night before. July 3rd I called the front desk to ensure that our room was still available. The person on the phone said, "No problem. I see you booked the park view with two queen beds.There are a few still left actually." My friend and I get there on the 4th of July at 3:00. Check in isn't until 4:00, but we ask if we can check in early. The front desk says, "They are cleaning your room now. We will call you when it is ready." So we walk around and wait for a call. Finally, we go up to the front desk again and ask if our room is almost ready. The guy at the front desk says, "There are no rooms with a park view. They are all taken." So unprofessional! I will never stay here! We had to book a room last minute down the street.

Fairly close to Disneyland and a few restaurants in the area (meaning to spend less $$$ in the morning if you're a breakfast/ early meal person). Very clean. The staff is kind yet there's a valet here which is a bit unnecessary. Pros: very clean, close to Disneyland & restaurants Cons: a valet service (not needed)

The beds were comfortable, however the air conditioning did not work well. They are in the middle of renovations, just hope the room we stayed in had not been renovated yet. The painters did not prepare the surfaces and painted all of the door hardware and some of the tile grout. Ice makers don't work, had to get ice from the restaurant.

Had dinner at pizza press (restaurant at hotel). Good experience overall but patio could use improvements. Feels like you're sitting in a parking lot.

Great service.. But the place is run down and old. Nappy carpets, worn out mattresses, terrible buffet and every electrical outlet in my room was worn out. Probably not coming back

Really close to Disney and the convention center and I loved the pool side service but for the price... the rooms could use some upgrading, the shower was incredibly confusing, hard to turn on an off, sink and shower kept getting clogged and the WiFi is AWFUL. it's also a T-Mobile dead zone so if you have T-Mobile good luck using your phone at all here. Another kinda odd thing is it said our room had 2 queen beds but I'm almost positive they are fulls on the plus side there's a nice big TV and bed is pretty comfy. I don't know if I'd stay here again purely for the fact that I can barely use my phone.
