It was a really good hotel to stay on your Disney vacations, it's simple and quiet everyday cleaning... Just one thing for me it's seems and smell a like a really old building, other than that it's a really nice hotel for a good price!

The atmosphere is great. Loved the pool. The room was nice, but had a weird smell to me. My family said it did not bother them. Very nice and close to Disneyland. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I'm trying to decide if I would stay here again. I'm just not sure.

While the location is perfect, I cannot say the same for the hotel. The room itself was fairly clean. The bathroom was another story. There were stray hairs that were not mine on the door, wall, and in the shower. There was 1 hair on the shower wall that was there when I arrived and there when I left so I'm not sure what their procedure is for actually cleaning the bathroom. The shower faucet handle was installed backwards. The shower floor bounced and squeaked and it felt like I was going to fall through it. The staff was fairly pleasant but don't expect them to help you carry anything. Even when you have your luggage, a bookbag, another bag, & 2 boxes. Overall, I hope to not to have to stay there again.

This is a weird one to write, and if it didn t happen to me I d have a hard time believing it. My wife thought she heard some coughing outside our room while falling asleep but figured thin walls, whatever. The next morning, I was looking outside the sliding glass door into the enclosed (no gate, high fence) courtyard area and saw what I thought was a person under a blanket. Spoiler alert, it was. We understood why someone was seeking shelter since it was raining and didn t even say anything to the front desk until we were ready to leave for the day an hour or two later. When I told the front desk someone was sleeping on the chair outside of our room they seemed shocked and said they would take care of it right away. We were leaving for Disneyland for the day so I let them know they could ignore the no housekeeping tag since they would need to go through the room to remove the person.

Imagine our shock when the person was still there when we came back 7 hours later. Imagine our double shock when I told the front desk and they again said they would send someone, and yet twenty minutes later no one had shown up. I had to go back to the desk for the third time and have the front desk supervisor come with me in order to get them to do something about it. They were very shocked and had never had this happen before, but I don t entirely buy that.

They were nice enough to offer a room upgrade for our last remaining night which we took them up on even though it meant packing and moving everything. They asked if they could also give us some food credit and I said no, they asked if they could take some off the bill and I said yes. Shocker, I had to argue with them the next day to have about $40 removed. I gave them three stars instead of one because they sorta kinda tried to fix it on their third try.

To add insult to injury, I had read the reviews that said it was dated and didn t care, but the first room went a bit above that.
1) The sliding glass door didn t work, even for the front desk supervisor who attempted numerous times to open it
2) The phone didn t work (I found out after waiting twenty minutes when they didn t send someone)
3) The bathroom was so small and with an inward swinging door that made it all but impossible to get out of the shower/bathroom.

The second room was much nicer on the second floor, with a lot more room in the bathroom. I d suggest not accepting a first floor room, or if you have to make sure it is not near the ramp to the second floor as that is how the homeless person got in to our courtyard area.

With the relatively low price of the hotel room and being a short walk to Disney and the convention center I had somewhat low expectations of this hotel. The pics were nice online and the reviews were favorable. Neither lied. While the room was pretty basic it was clean and quiet. A fridge and microwave is always a bonus that don't even come with high end hotels most of the time. It looked like one of the wings of the hotel was closed for renovation and crews were working the entire time I was there but it was never a disruption as the buildings are separated and spread out throughout the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: location and price

Pros: location and price
Cons: no free wifi, TV in room is barely watchable, restaurant is not very good, older rooms

This is the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel in my entire life. I would not recommend staying here if it were the last hotel within a 100 mile radius of Disneyland. If I were forced to choose between having my flight cancelled at Christmas and forced to sleep on a bench at an airport on the night of Christmas Eve or staying here again I'd choose the former.

The walls and floors between rooms might as well be nonexistant because you can hear literally everything from everyone. If you end up on the 1st floor I hope you liked the movie Stomp because you are going to experience it live for the entire duration of your stay, incessantly.

Expect a surprise bill for parking and arbitrary generic fees. Yes folks, not only does this hotel charge you for parking and a daily fee they do not explain on top of your room rate, they conveniently fail to tell you this when you check in.

There might as well not be WiFi because it is slower than snails. The shower has no pressure or temperature control. Burn your skin off or swim in the Arctic are your only options. This experience was all-around awful and it would have been a better vacation sleeping in our car.

Went to the pizza press. Pizza is great and for $10 you get an entire pizza fully customizable with no additional charge for extra ingredients. Place is also open to 1am so if you are on your way back from the parks to your hotel great stop for some late night food. The service here is pretty bad though. The line takes froever. There were maybe 8-10 people in line and this took about 20mins just to start playing our order. Also the employees here are very in attentive. The cashier had some friends show up and decided to talk to them about a whole lot of nothing when. They group was behind us and we just wanted to pay. Finally after we paid didn't even acknowledge us or say thanks, just slid the pizzas across and continued chatting.

Quiet, clean, and cozy. Best pillows, bed, and blankets I've enjoyed at a hotel! So close to the parks it's not too far to walk after a 13-mile day! Remarkably courteous staff. Plus the lounge has great coffee.

Hotel looks very nice from the outside and the lobby is super updated n nice, but as soon as you walk out to the rooms you will notice it's an old apartment complex they converted into a hotel. Beds were semi comfy, staff was nice, only bad I have is waking up the first morning to find a cockroach and a black beetle. And the second complaint is that the showers are pretty narrow. Don't think I'll be staying here again just because of the bug problem.

Good outdoor pool wish it were open til 1030 pm .loved the pizza press restaurant. Not impressed with gift shop..No elevators no microwave in rooms and small room size. Bathroom was tiny hard to accommodate kids in tub .. the lobby and pool updated but the rooms lack. The closet door kept falling off track and mirror cracked. Electrical connections in room were little sketchy. Location is by Disney entrance so that was a plus. Probably wouldn t recommend or stay here again.

If you want a five star hotel cough up another $200 and stay somewhere else. If you are looking for a good deal within walking distance to Disneyland then stay here and don't complain that everything is not brand new. Me and my family have stayed here numerous times saving hugely on our Disneyland trips and have never experienced a problem. Yes, the rooms are old and if I wanted to be critical I could find numerous things to complain about but bottom line is it's clean enough to meet my wife's standards and that's good enough for me.

Proximity to Disneyland is great. Being able to walk to and from the park in 7 minute trips is a big deal. The room we had was spacious, had a fridge/safe/etc., but something should really be done about the fluctuating water temperature in the shower. It can nearly burn your skin at times and it happens so suddenly. Make sure you shower at off times to avoid this!

Very basic hotel. If you're just looking for a place to crash after Disneyland, it's passable, but not great. Our room could have been cleaner, and it really felt like an old, old motel.

Service at the bar in the Lobby was also horrible -- took 15 minutes to get a drink, as the bartender took 5 minutes to pour a beer for each of the 3 people in front of us.

The toilet would continuously get plugged and there is apparently only one plunger for the hotel. The toilet ran all the time. The tub wouldn't drain. The air conditioner didn't work very well either. It is relatively close to Disneyland which is nice.

Worste hotel I have ever stayed at! Rooms are out dated, beds are like little cement pillars. Pillows are either hard as a rock or provide no support. TV channels are a joke, and the rooms are tiny little cramped spaces. By far the worst hotel on california and I advise you to stay away!!!!!!!!

Has the feel of a place that was once ok but has fallen in disrepair. It's new management has obviously been trying to fix it but the patches aren't ever trying to match. There is also a awkward parking lot. Outer edges are for non vallet parking. All spaces require parking passes that are sold to guests and non guests. The result is a crowded lot with no assurances you'll get a spot if you have a room.

Everything was good, except there's no good air ventilation in the bathroom. Need to update that. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning room daily. Provided an extra bed sheet without being asked. We came back from Disneyland and an extra clean sheet was folded on the bed. Clean hotel.

Horrible experience ever!! This hotel is full of bedbugs!! My family was bitten and the manager had very poor manners to deal with the problem! Didn't get anything solved waste of money and got to keep the bedbugs!!!!

I have been coming to this hotel almost annually since 2005. The pool is huge and includes a hot tub, nice lounge chairs, decent towels, palm trees, and a view of the Disneyland Fireworks at night. They are redoing the rooms (2017), and they are spacious and clean and include a microwave, TV, and fridge. I always ask for a ground floor room with a patio (not always available); it's a great way to dry out your swimsuits. The walk to the park entrance is 2 long blocks, but it's technically located "across the street" from Disneyland (the back side of Guardians of the Galaxy ride is directly in front of the hotel). There's also an on-site coin-op laundramat. We usually eat all our meals in the park, but I highly recommend Mimi's down the street (past the DL entrance), and there's a Denny's nearby as well. I give the hotel 5 stars for affordability, large rooms, great pool, and proximity to Disneyland.

First review for a fun story lol. The hotel itself was convenient for how close it was to Disneyland but other than that it wasn't that great. The lounge in the lobby was decent, the pizza place was full of very friendly people and somewhat okay food. The downside of this place is the small bathroom, all the linens felt really starchy, the air conditioning sucked. Our air conditioning vent was broken so we had to stuff a bag in it to keep it propped up to point into the room and pull back the curtains otherwise it would block the airflow. Also, there is no microwave but does have a fridge. There's also a safe and ours worked perfectly.

We felt really disappointed and annoyed with one person in particular that worked at the hotel. I believe she was the morning/day manager but I'm not sure because she did not wear a name tag everytime we saw her. We asked her a question about complementary water and she got VERY defensive and started arguing with us for absolutely no reason. We were just confused about a sign we saw in our room and were told on the phone something different than what she said. She kept raising her voice saying how the sign was for members only and we just said okay we didn't know we just knew what we were told. She kept saying members only to us. It was really a frustrating experience. The rest of the staff was fine, I don't know why she was so uppity but she needs to fix her attitude. It really put a damper on our mood everytime we came through the lobby. I refused to talk to her again after that encounter.

Upon entering the hotel room, it is obvious that this is "well loved" hotel with a face lift. Some of the features are older (tub, tile) but we'll maintained. The hotel does not go overboard providing freebees, but the staff was very accommodating when we asked for more towels. Super short walk to Disneyland! A great gets-the-job-done hotel.

The lobby see looks good, clean and new. Outside it also looks pretty and you can see it is well maintained. The fourth was fine. You can see they made renovations, but the buildings look old. But the bed was comfortable and clean.

Great place to stay . Great check in , rooms, pool, spa and bar. Bartender I believe JoJo? , great poolside service. My family and grand child and friends enjoyed food and drink never leaving the pool area. We all felt this service took the hotel to the next leavel. We will all be back again. My son and wife have already rebooked for July. Also great convient store on property along with pizza press great pizza . The breakfast is better than the popular local establishments. Easily walking distance to Disneyland.

Walking distance to Disneyland Parks. Very pleased with room accommodations. Had all optional amenities. Balcony view for fireworks show. Restaurant menu could improve. Not a 5 -star hotel, but for the price and distance to the parks, very good.

It's super close to the park. They have a huge parking lot, unlike most of the hotels around it. The daily parking fee is also much cheaper than surrounding hotels, and they allow you to leave your car there longer on check out day. The rooms are a little run down, nothing fancy, but it's just a room to sleep in anyway.

From the moment I stepped in to the lobby, I loved it. It's right across the street from Disneyland and the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. They also offer discounted Disneyland tickets to their guests. I totally recommend this hotel and the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because of they don't have enough electrical outlets. Other than that, I will definitely stay here every time I come to Disneyland!!!!

Convenient location. Lobby and gym are nice, rooms need some work, very basic, old and worn out, our shower tub had a give and squeek that felt like it would break any second. They appear to be renovating the hotel, the lobby area looks new, hopefully they will do the rooms next, they need it, until then, this is basic accommodations, nothing more.

If you're in need of parking for an event, DON'T come here. They price gouged during the CDA California Dental Convention! We paid $40 when we returned to our car later that evening, the sign read $25! As a result, our boss had said (not in these words, but ssid)We were lying about the cost for our parking @They get 5 stars for taking advantage of folks in need.

It was a nice, quaint hotel with all the basic necessities that you'd need. It's very close to the entrance of the Disney parks, so if you are willing to walk, this hotel is in a great location. In regards to the staff, I didn't have too much contact with them, but every time I did they were nice and considerate. The only complaint I have that isn't directly correlated to the service of the hotel is the quality of the coffee they provide you in your room. I took one sip and now I refuse to touch it with a ten foot pole.

I love the location of this hotel, close enough to Disneyland that you can walk to and from the park several times a day! All of the fancy restaurants and the Garden Walk are close by too! The pool is amazing, it's hard to find a pool with a 12 fit deep end these days, and the Anaheim Plaza Inn is the only place around Disneyland with one! The rooms are clean, and nice. There is no free WiFi, the only weakness of this fine establishment.

On our second to last day all of our keys stopped working and when I went to the desk clerk to get it fixed I was treated like a child who lies. They seemed to think I was trying to break into someone's room. Not very impressed with the customer service.
