Just a little bit past a comfortable walk to the park with strollers, but doable! Standard hotel, but rooms are showing their age.

We had a excellent experience at the Sheraton. Staff was friendly and helpful, but most important our room was clean. My husband lost his iPad, it fell out of the car when we arrived. A staff member found it and turned It in. Honesty is so appreciated and I will stay here again! Thank you to the employee who did the right thing, we are grateful!
This is not the Sheraton brand that I am used to. If this hotel were anywhere that competition was actually an issue, I think it would have died long ago. Because it is in a customer rich environment, it has become sloppy and complacent. I would NOT recommend staying here.
DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED ! MY FIRST TIME BEING IN THIS HOTEL AND CAME TIRED WITH FAMILY FROM DISNEYLAND AND ONCE I ENTERED THE ROOM I SAW COCKROACHES ALL IN THE BATHROOM UNDER THE TOILET , BAD SERVICE ! I WOULD'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR... NOW THE CHOICES THEY GAVE US WAS TO JUST GO BACK HOME SO I GUESS HERE WE GO 3 HOURS IN THE ROAD..
15mins walking distance to disneyland, good place to charge up ur legs
Everything is going great, excellent accommodations, timely and helpful staff. Great job, Sheraton.
Location location & location. They serve good breakfast
I went for an annual dinner fundraiser, the wait staff was exceptional!
Perfect place. But a little upset the state of the room compared to other sheratons and relative to the price. $ 800 for a couple of nights in this hotel is not worth it. In the same hotel in San Diego is 10 times better!
The hotel itself is very nice, with nice amenities to include the great pool, convenience store, starbucks coffee, and more. Our only complaint is checkin. They charged double on incidental fees, which put it close to whole cost of stay. Will stay again for ease of getting around and the pool area.
Room was very dirty and outdated. Expected a lot better considering proximity to Disneyland and the convention center.
Horrible customer service. Rooms are shabby and dirty. I would not recommend to stay here at all. Dnt let the pictures fool you.
This hotel really qualifies as a two to three star property. My personal experience on the club level was subpar. Lights in the club were out when we arrived, and staff was more concerned with cleaning up than providing service. Television in my room did not work. Manager was not able to send anyone to fix problem, in a reasonable amount of time. I received no apology or compensation for inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel...but if you have to stay at the Sheraton just have very low expectations of the property.
Great place to stay. Comfortable beds. Great service, and walking distance to Disneyland.
Pleasant for a stay at Disney. I'd recommend the conciegere level, the provided meals make up the difference and the service is lovely. It's a long Hotel and you can expect to do a lot of walking from the front to your room. The rooms are standard pleasant, nothing special and although there are good views you can get stuck with a bad one quite easily. Specify if you want a view.
I found the bed quite comfortable and the shower adequate.
I only had breakfast, but the food and service were good.
Very well. Although the hotel already needs a renovation.
I was at Sheraton Park Hotel for a wedding, so I only have input on the event room and outdoor area. That being said, the venue is beautiful and the service we had during the reception was top notch!
The service and staff are pretty great. The only thing that bothered me is that first floor patios don't have a guard rail, and water pools when it rains.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for Disneyland, and the experience was superb. It s only a 15 minute walk to the park which is a major plus. There s a restaurant and a small shop at the hotel s first floor if you ever need food, drinks, or home needs; it s all just an elevator away (literally) if you re staying above the first floor. Also, if you re a Bonvoy member and book your stay via either the app or the hotel s website, you get free wi-fi during your entire stay. Overall, our room was really nice the bed was spacious and extremely comfortable. A shout out to the housekeepers that keep it clean, refilled our coffee maker supplies, water, and towels. And a shout out to the front desk employees which were nice and helpful. We definitely will come back next year.
Five stars for:
Great location
Clean rooms
Friendly and professional staff
I only give three stars because this location does not give complimentary Wi-Fi for the rooms like other Sheraton locations.
Pretty disappointing when customers pay premium price for what should be included.
The internal lobby decoration was very interesting.
Decent location. Short walk to Disneyland. Air Conditioning is terrible; turns into heater at night with no control by guest. Room got horribly hot. Maid service didn't even clean our room while we were out.
The hotel was blocks away from Disneyland, about a ten minute walk. For those not wanting to walk there is a shuttle outside the entrance on the hotel property. The shuttle is not free but it is convenient. The hotel has a restaurant located downstairs, a Starbucks, a gift shop and fitness room, laundry facilities (change machine and soap machine in the room) and a pool and hot tub. The pool was great (Key entry only) and food and drinks can be purchased right at the pool. The rooms were clean, the service including the housekeeping staff were friendly and very welcoming. I needed extra coffee in my room and housekeeping brought it right up. My room was cleaned daily and normally picky it met my expectations. The staff at Molly's restaurant downstairs were super nice, fast and the food was a good value. We ate breakfast there and free orange juice refills and coffee.
What didn't I like? I did not like that parking was extra (rented a car only for the night based on that and the fact that we were close enough to Disney) and didn't like that wifi was extra because many of the hotels offer this with the room.. Great hotel, thank you for a wonderful stay
It was a very disappointing experience .....the staff was kind n helpful but the breakfast and the premises was a big disappointment....not what we expected and were looking forward to sheraton being a 4 star!!!
This hotel was sooo wonderful & relaxing! Me & my family had a nice little vacation & stayed in this hotel on the 10th floor & it was just amazing. Everything we needed. The view was stunning! So refreshing to just look out & enjoy the view, feeling at peace. Our room was nice & the pool was lots of fun! It was such a nice time there! The pool also has a bar right next to it, so some margaritas by the pool on a hot day was everything! Lol Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice & quiet hotel to relax at! :)
I have stayed at multiple Sheratons and this is the worst Sheraton by far. You are unable to control the temperature in the room. I woke up at 4am to a room at 85 degrees. When I called the front desk I was told that it's cold outside with no resolution to the problem. The rooms were extremely small. The only positive is the location. This was a disappointing experience.
Worse hotel ever. I had to get my room keys exchanged twice and parking pass exchanged 3 times and you have no control of the a/c so are room was hot... the thing good about this hotel was the staff.
I took a class here. Parking is $8. But if you leave you have to pay another $8. Parkiing can be hard to find. If you exit do not leave out the front. The back is better. The Disney and conventions tend to make foot traffic crazy and it takes forever to get out.
Beds very comfortable but the hotel feels like a motel
Used reserved parking for the day. It was easy and convenient.
I did not actually go in the hotel itself, but instead went to the event section. The area was very small, but it was very well organized and overall I had quite the positive time
Nice hotel, unfortunately a lot of stuff was upsold instead of free like continental breakfast
Took a star off because the heating system only got the room up to 66F on what was a cold weekend in Anaheim. Complained both days but the system is apparently too old to do better than that. Going to have to stay somewhere warmer for my January trip.
Location was great, right by Disney. Club level amenities were great with drinks and snacks throughout the day, rooms were nice but felt a bit cramped and stuffy even for November time of the year.
Everything was great. Room was updated and very nice to say in. Hotel staff was very friendly.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The single room was clean and just right for me. The grounds were well kept and parking was plentiful. The best part was the hotel staff. They were very helpful and delightful to be around. Although I cannot remember all their names, Luis, Naz and Raul were great. PS: It was nearly impassable to read the staff's name tags.
Safe did not work, dirty carpet, promised Disneyland view actually is a construction cluttering the landscape
Rooms are clean and well done, has an actual balcony you can go out on, was able to watch the Disneyland fireworks from our window. Service at the front desk is very nice. Slightly later check-in time than I was expecting, so look it up beforehand.
Over All is good, except the shower drainage is very slow flood 4-5" right away.
Great location conviently located next to the Anaheim Convention Center. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is great for relaxing and has free WiFi. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
Although the hotel is in decent shape their is a horrible flaw with this property. Don't expect your room to get cooler then 75 degrees!!! Huge issue on what might be one of the hottest days of the year. Also management onsite is prepared to tell you it's all because they run on a centralized control system.
We've been in our room for 4 hours and the room has only reached 76 degrees and management is ok with that. So if you have an issue with temperatures at almost 80 degrees...DON'T STAY HERE!!!!
It's now day three of our stay. Management switched rooms to the "cool" side of the building and gave us a fan. Our room has NOT drop below 73 degrees our entire time so far. Management has informed us the temperature is centrally controlled and this is an optimum temperature. Really?!
Beds were great, clean room, but the shower was so very weak, might have been my worst ever. Even though I was on the club floor, didn't try it out, since there was no time. Good location if you're going to Disneyland.
Great location, nice staff. Only issues were no microwave in rooms, showers did not drain properly, mini fridges didn't stay cold
What can you say, Disneyland convention hotel. At least there is a Starbucks take-out inside which serves ok coffee not too expensive. Avoid the restaurant cafe.
Stopped on the way through Anaheim for an Angels Game. Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Solid rooms, everything was clean and I felt like I was at home in bed!
Dated rooms, no in-room HVAC, and small rooms make for a pretty poor stay in Anaheim. Do yourself a favor and look for other properties in this area.
I really like this hotel, friendly staff. Nice lobby
Great place and a great location. Just wish that the pool wasn't so deep. Most of it isn't good for small children. The restaurant isn't that great either.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life and I have stayed in more than 50 hotels in my 20 years traveling. The service is terrible, the first day we were given a room being bonvoy members with the constant noise of the water pipes up when we asked for change at 2 in the morning they yelled at us and hung up the
Phone . Care to leave your stuff out cleaning Mrs. grabbed one of my debit card and use a portal to buy things are very rude and very unfriendly dishonest with guests
Near to disneyland and also you can buy ticket disneyland at hotel
Great for meeting. Plan to arrive a bit early for parking.
You can watch the Disney fireworks from your room each night.
It was my first time staying in a Sheraton in October. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff great and room was impeccably cleaned. However upon checking in I was told that I would receive my Marriott Bonvoy elite nights for the 5 night stay. I understood I would not receive points as my company paid for the room. Upon checking out I was told the same thing. When time went by I did not receive the 5 elite nights and when I called to inquire they were quite rude. Now the calendar year is almost over and I m going to be 4 nights shy of Titanium status. To say that I am mad is an understatement. I was willing to overlook the disorganization of the front desk during my stay but this and their subsequent rudeness has me rethinking Sheratons altogether.
Excellent hotel that met all of my needs. I would highly recommended it for Disneyland vacations. It's approximately a 10-15 minute walk away. A Restaurant, fitness center, and pool with a Jacuzzi are a part of the hotel.
It would be five stars if they hadn't been painting the walls and epoxying the bath tubs in the room across from mine. The smell gave me daily migraines.
Parking was relatively easy.. food was good and wait staff were great.
It was a nice hotel, nice staff, BUT, my new iPad got stolen from our locked room on the second day. It was in the safe, but we forgot to lock it. I know, that was not very smart....but, if the cleaning person did not open the room to clean it and "do other things" it would still be there. I spent the rest of my time there, my vacation, dealing with that and ultimately nothing was done about it. It left a bad taste in my mouth So, my best advice- make sure to lock your safe good and tight!!!!!
The hotel is a little older but has a lot of great things. The staff is super friendly and the hotel has a great pool and fitness center. The grounds are really pretty. If you are on the disney side on the higher floors you can see the fireworks each night.
Everything was great. 4 stars because there are no microwaves available and the pillows are huge but lumpy.
I was here for our family vacation in April. We booked through the disney website. I chose this hotel because it was close to the park, and it said that it had free parking. When we got there, even thought it still said on the disney website that it had free parking, we had to pay for parking. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. I do not think I will be back to this hotel because of the parking fee. As of September it still said that the parking was free.
Interaction with staff was awesome, friendly and helpful.
Clean, close to tbe park, more catered for the adult crowd but dedinittly have ameneties no matter your age. My wife and I enjoy staying there.
The location was great! About a 10 minute walk to Disneyland and only have to cross 2 crosswalks. The property overall was very nice but the rooms are showing their age (e.g. The finish was peeling off our tub). For the price we paid, I was disappointed but nothing was so terrible that I'd urge people to avoid this hotel. If there is a comparable rate at a different hotel, I'd take it in a heartbeat.
Was here for a wedding reception, it was a nice little space, lots of parking lots
Very good location, but the service and attention leaves to be desired
