If you have a choice, skip this hotel. The hotel is severely dated, think old Holiday Inn. The rooms are small. Shower is finky (had to call twice for service). The carpet, elevators are old as well. The room has amenities like iron, but there is no place to hang your shirt except squish it between wall and safe (we attached pic). There are plenty of better hotels around, including across the road that you can choose.

We are staying here for 2 nights, last night being 1. We booked a 2x queen bed room. Whilst the bedding was comfortable, the room is rather small if you hv anymore than 3 large suitcases.
The bathrooms are clean but super dated. I mean, a bath tub shower with curtain rails in the year 2020, is pretty miserable to be honest. The hot water is not hot enough if you're here in winter! Which sucks because all you want after a long day from a flight/Disney, IS a hot shower.
And a hotel that still charges for wifi is ridiculous too.
Also, the room air conditioning system is extremely noisy. Starts a blasting noise..Then stops then starts again.
We arrived about 8pm + last night and no porter service or even luggage trolleys to be seen or offered! Again, not impressed as my husband and I had to drag 4 large suitcases and 1 small one between us and we had 2 young kids tagging along. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Glad we are only here for 2 nights.

I've stayed here 3 times and this is my LAST time! The rooms become super hot at night due to them controlling the temperature. However, my main complaint is the maid coming by at 8am, knocking on my door to see if I'm checking out! I even had the do not disturb sign on! 2nd time this has happened! I had a 6hr drive and didn't need my sleep broken! They also need to upgrade the restaurant and the rooms. Time for me to find something better for next year

I'm going to start my review off based purely off of my experience from the time I got here from the time I checked out. First when I booked the room it didn't say I would be paying for parking, in my opinion it should be stated in a disclaimer somewhere noticeable that way I could make a decision on what I wanted to do. Next I would like to state that when I did Valet parking they only have one person working the stand and nobody opens your door. The finest part of the visit was the Bellhop he was courteous and polite. When I needed my car I had to stand around and wait or go to the front desk to get someone to get the Valet person to get my vehicle. Next I would like to state that any hotel that I have stayed at whether it be the Hilton or the motel 6 they all had microwaves in the room or on the same floor as the room I'm staying in. When I asked the front desk on why this was he just repeated the same thing he told me when I asked where it was, which is in my opinion disrespectful. Since I know that the hotel and it's mediocre service won't read this or respond I am leaving this review on yelp as well so that the people booking their room know the experience they are in for. Thank you for your accommodations of having a Disney rep in house as that was my only convenience while at my stay here at the Sheraton.

Rooms were not clean and were old for the price of a 4 star hotel. There are no shurtles of any kind at this hotel. No airport shuttles to the Orange County airport or Disney shuttles (it's walking distance so that I understand). Reason for the one star: we booked a regular single room with king size bed. However when we got there, we got a handicap accessible room with no tub. The lobby and guest rooms are not connected so you have to walk outside and then take an elevator (if it works) to get to your room. We called to see if we can change it because there was a stool and no tub. We were told that that was the kind of room we booked (it was not) and that they can only switch for another of the same kind but with a tub. The front desk was rude and not empathic. I would not stay here again. Better off going to the Marriot, at least there you would actually get good customer service.

We have arrived Saturday afternoon and greeted with absolutely solemnly positive welcome. The room is on the eleventh floor with a balcony love the view. I have lots of good things to about this place.

Rooms are clean, slightly older, but nice still. The pool area is good, club access is fantastic with complimentary breakfast and evening appies. Close to Disneyland, with a bus to and from for cheap. Overall would stay again.

We had a great visit. Only stayed one night with our dog. They were very friendly at check in and check out. The room was really nice with all the amenities we needed. There was a nice grassy pathway right off the room that we could walk the dog.

Don t stay here in the winter. The entire building has central air so the staff decides if you have the heat or AC in your room. All you can do is control the air flow. I just got back from Disneyland and wanted to take an afternoon nap but More

I don't know if it's because it's an older hotel, but the light at the entrance to my room took forever to turn on. The room was pretty small by comparison to other hotels I've been in, the outlets were loose, so things wouldn't stay plugged in, and the walls are apparently really thin as I could hear water running, people walking and taking all day and night. And To top it all off, guests are charged for parking. Seriously, I've never heard of that before. So even though you've already paid to stay at this hotel, you're now expected to pay $18/night.
The nicest thing about my room was the balcony that had a view of the Disneyland fireworks.
That said, all of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Especially at their bar! The staff here is the only reason this place gets 3 stars from me.

We will stay here again. This building. All I kept thinking was Oahu. I love architecture and this looked like a hotel on a beach in Oahu. Great staff, so clean.... I haven't stayed in a room this clean in awhile. 10 minute walk to the Magic Kingdom.

Room was very spacious and clean. Very nice king sized bed with loveseat. We had a small balcony over looking the pool which was nice. Really great location to Disney. The only thing I didn't like was the low quality toiletries. But that is a very minor thing and me being picky. Food at the restaurant was quite expensive so we did not eat here but nice that that is an option if you are exhausted from Disneyland! Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a nice place but the free amenities are very few; parking, Wi-Fi, I'm surprised the gym was free. But it was okay in a pinch and didn't have a trillion fees and charges like other places in it's price and star range.

Stayed here during a conference (nice easy walk to convention center) and was very happy with the room, especially the over sized balcony which was great for unwinding at the end of the day. I stayed in a room next to the elevators so the noise was excessive but I was expecting that and did not mind. Only ordered room service once for breakfast and was happy with the quality of food. I did appreciate the store in the lobby that carried a decent selection of beers and snacks. The pool and surroundings looked beautiful though I did not get a chance to use any other amenities.

We stayed 2 nights and had a room on the 3rd floor. The room was fine but the soundproofing in the hotel seems non-existent. We could hear whole conversations from other rooms, people showering, getting out of bed, all from inside our room.

Place is pretty good, in a good location when going to disneyland and such. However the elevators are a hit or miss, they seem to always take priority on the upper levels over anything below the 12th floor. They charge additional for wifi connections by the day, and the HDMI on the TVs are disabled so you cannot bring you're own media. This might seem small to most but they need to get with the times. People already pay to be in the rooms and shouldnt have to deal with such frustrating things such as not being able to connect to tv in 2018. The employees and food are why I give it 3 stars.

Great location. Right off the freeway, and minutes away from downtown Disney as well as restaurants, etc. Between the SD Sheraton by the harbor and this one here in Anaheim, I definitely liked the Anaheim room better. I liked how much more spacious it was as well as the bigger tub in the bathroom. One could totally take a nice warm bubble bath in it if one wanted to. Overall, great experience!

I have stayed at the Sheraton Park a couple of times over the last year. Although the property is older, it is well taken care of and offers lot of amenities for the money. I appreciate the fact that they have a full restaurant, lobby bar, and club lounge, as well as a cafe/convenient store on the premises. The pool, valet parking, and comfortable beds are also important. The downside is the temp in the rooms are centrally controlled, and I find it exceedingly difficult to sleep here in the summer. The elevators are very slow and at busy times there really aren't enough of them. The televions are too small and cumbersome to use. Mine kept freezing on a black screen, and when it was functioning, accessing the guide or changing channels was painfully slow.

Clean, SAFE, nice pool, decent service and it's in a great location especially if you're on vacation with your family/kids. I would've given it 5 stars however I was only there for a few hours visiting a friend. I will say though, he definitely made it very clear how nice it is there and how SAFE he felt staying there. You need a key to get in the front doors so all guests are required to check in. Even if someone is successful getting inside the front door, a key is required just to use the elevator

When I first arrived I wasnt very happy because the description on expedia is very misleading. I paid $30 extra to have a room at the top of the hotel with dca views but there is a hotel that was built next door that blocks the view. I wasnt happy with the room I received but I went down to the service desk and they switched me to a new room right away on a higher floor so i could get a tiny bit better view of California Adventure. So far no complaints and the employees were very polite abd helpful!!

I am staying at this hotel right now. It has been pooring rain outside and we ve been chilled to the bone. Normally I would come back to the room and turn on the heat to warm up but these rooms don t allow temp control. So we come back to the room and freeze some more. I can only warm myself and kid up by showering. This is ridiculous. I paid how much to freeze my *** off for 5 days? This is getting old.

This hotel is pretty nice. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, even going out of their way to make sure we were facing away from the Disneyland fireworks. They have a full shop for food and drinks and the rooms are nice.

Caution - They double book rooms

This EXACT hotel cancelled on me with 24 hours notice due to double booking rooms. I have an email confirmation and proof of payment of my stay at this EXACT hotel but the owner claims I am mistaken. Shame on them for poor booking management. I booked over a week ago and they waited till the day before to cancel.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am so disappointed. We got to the hotel at 11:00 and the lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all, she barely greeted us, not even a smile. She told us that there were no rooms ready, so we left our luggage and went to have lunch. We were aware that we were early. We came back about an hour later , and once again we were told that rooms were not ready. I asked how long is it going to be, and she just said I don't know. We decided to wait at the lobby, we waited for another half an hour to get a room. In the meantime three other people got rooms. When we finally got a room, it was dusty everywhere and it was way smaller. I will update my review if things get better, but so far I am not impressed.

I have had better stays at this hotel. This time I had to switch rooms at 3am because the AC randomly stopped working and the room was so hot. The staff did some seem to care at all. I was given a new room to switch to but no offered help. I was extremely upset with this stay.

The room was comfortable and clean however, the bathroom had several issues. The porcelain was worn off in the tub, the label for hot/cold in the shower was backwards and there were stains on the tile from paint, stain or something similar. In the bedroom there was a wet spot under the fire sprinkler.

Without the above issues, the hotel could have reached a four stars under this rating system.

Great staff. We had a horrible experience with the Four Points sheraton hotel in anaheim and they were very nice and accomodating. The only reason they didn t get five stars is because they cost alot more than surrounding hotels near Disneyland.

AMAZING hotel!!! So clean, nice, and overall one of my favorite hotel stays. Highly recommend. It's good to know you can walk THROUGH the Hilton parking garage to get to the Hilton hotel OR convocation center and convention center, which is where our meetings were primarily held, and a major shortcut. Once you know that shortcut, you'll really see how great of a location this hotel is. Not to mention it's a smaller place, great amenities, even closer to CVS and store essentials, and if you're here for business highly recommend over the Marriott or Hilton. Considering congested elevators alone you probably save the time staying here and get additional luxury Sheraton amenities! Also if you're staying here avoid the iHop across the street. I've never had such expensive pancakes LOL.
