Was a very comfortable hotel. And easy access to Disney. My only two issues were EXTREMELY minor. The first (and I expected this) was that the mini-market in the lobby was a bit more expensive than walking 5 minutes to CVS or Walgreen's, but I expected this as you are paying for the convenience. The second was times. The various amenities it was posted closed at 11 pm. We timed our laundry so we were there at 10:50 pm. The door was already locked and we had to get security to open it. Again, not a huge deal, but not ideal. Post the correct lock times (ie: 10:45 pm) or lock at the correct time.

Great motel and staff! Staff helped get us a room facing the Disneyland fireworks. Only crappy part was paying for parking and wifi!!!! I get it they can charge for these things but does that mean they should....? I don't know I'm not a business owner but it is annoying when 75 percent of other motels have these for free. Any hoot it's a great motel in a good location!!

I've stayed at Sheraton Park hotel on the 19/12/17 booked for 7 nights and stayed only for 10 hours .. could not stand the room. The room is old and dark most of the furniture is old with A lot of scratchs, carpet is very old and smelly. You can t control your room temperature which is awful. The room seemed fairly clean but I did find napkins on the trash pin and empty water bottle like someone used this room before!!! The bathroom is very small with the washing sink outside and the shower tub was scratched with almost a whole in it. Elevators were very slow as well.

What's more, The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel Is close to Disneyland and the convention.

The hotel was really nice. I was very close to the convention center, but not too close to where you could hear noise from it. The rooms themselves are nice, without being super showy. While it is on the pricy side, it is well worth the good location, mice beds, and neat apperence. The only complaint I have is the water pressure, as it was really low for my tastes.

The rooms and the grounds are beautiful. The location is perfectly located near the convention center, ihop, and just a short walk from Disneyland. We had an issue with our air conditioning, but the staff patiently and graciously moved us to another room after attempting to remedy the situation. The Rooms are very clean, spacious, and even feel luxurious with balcony views of the nightly Disney fireworks in the skyline. This is the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Anaheim for either work or pleasure. I really appreciate that they went out of their way to make us feel validated, comfortable, and welcomed.

Don't expect anything extraordinary there. Being a 75 Plat, I paid for a club level room, got a club level room with a smaller balcony than other club level rooms have. Not status recognition checking in and checking out. Got charged for everything, parking and etc.

Excellent accommodations! The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean.and in good working order. The hotel gift shop had everything you could possibly want or need. All the staff were very friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely want to serve.

My family and I come here all the time. We are Starwood preferred guests so we use points a lot. We always get a room where we can see the fireworks. The concierge lounge is awesome. They serve both hot and cold food and beverages are free even alcohol during happy hour! The pool is nice and rooms are clean.

Walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) to Disneyland. Need to pay for parking, facility itself is very clean and family friendly. A pretty standard Sheraton experience.

You also need to pay for Wi-Fi as well. Has access to swimming pool, gym, a small convenience shop (and it sells Disney souvenir) as well as coin laundry machines.
