We recently stayed here because we like to keep our points to the same hotel brands. Typically Sheraton visits are really nice. The hotel property itself was very nice, the bed was comfy, and the service was good.

I'm giving it 3 stars because while the room was clean, the carpet had multiple large stains on it and made the room feel a bit disgusting. This is not typical for a Sheraton or Starwood result so we were very disappointed with that.

I visited this hotel as a participant of a conference. It may look old but the service was fantastic. The staff was on hand ready to direct guests where their next session is located.

Great location in walking distance to Disneyland. Or $7 uber ride. Rooms are ok, I was concerned that there was someone complaining at the front desk every time I walked by. I thought I would be smart and had a large box of snacks delivered through Amazon to the hotel. The guest services charged me $10 as a storage fee even though the package came in after we where checked in and could have been brought up to the room. I called before ordering to see if people do that and the hotel said yes and made no mention of a room charge. People in the gift shop where very friendly. Would probably stay there again, but could do a better room. Also bathrooms are not cool.

Would stay here again. They over charged us at arrival but they did comp us for the mistake. We also checked out early due to the earthquakes that hit the area, the manager was very accommodating and only charged us for the time that we stayed. We have stayed at many properties around Disneyland, this one we would be happy to return to in the future. Had a nicer property than most in the area for the price!

We have used this hotel several times for holiday breaks to Disneyland. Rooms are excellent. We usually stay on club level to access the breakfast and afternoon snacks. Staff are always more than helpful. Location is very convenient for Disneyland... less than a 10 minute walk. Will stay here again.

Pool closes entirely too early considering that Disney closes about the same time. Room service was slow and not great, and they forgot half the stuff and had to go back down. Room had a weird buzzing in the middle of the night which likely woke me up that seemed to be coming from the fire alarm.

This hotel is older, but I really liked the vibe. The pool area is surrounded by landscaping instead of concrete like most of the other hotels in this area. The staff was awesome as well.

Cannot control air conditioning in guest rooms. It is set by hotel. Rooms are hot and not good for sleeping. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
On the positive, staff was friendly and helpful.

the rooms are definitely higher quality than most hotels; the beds are really clean, each room has a fridge, television, and a phone to order food and service from. theres a decent view of the city depending on what floor youre roomed in. also, theres a gym, laundromat, microwave, diner, and pool in the hotel, and lots of stores close by to get supploes from. disneyland is also within walking distance. makes it very convenient to stay at if youre vacationing at Disneyland.

Stayed 6 times in past years but the double rate this year forced us to change our holiday plans and stay elsewhere. We loved it at the Shetaton Park but cannot afford it now. My family is VERY sad!

Hated that I was not able to control my room temperature. Woke up one morning and it was 57 degrees in my room. Had to take the comforter from the other bed and sleep in sweats, in order to get warm. Thankfully there was a heat lamp in the bathroom, so that I was able to get some warmth.

Clean rooms, great service. Hotel is well kept including the pool area. There is no active lifeguard on duty so be sure to consider that for those who have people in their party who are not swimmers.

Parking was a nightmare. Took 45 minutes to get through the line just to the pay station. Luckily wasn't too expensive. However, there just weren't enough parking spots. We were told to follow the gold cart, which I never saw. Some people ended up double parking. I went for an expo and there were just too many people crammed in the room. I felt so claustrophobic. I don't think they planned very well for the amount of people who showed up at the expo. The only thing that was decent was the hotel restaurant.

Okay.

Walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Rooms are nice and appear recently upgraded and the hotel at large seems well maintained. Dog friendly but you are not supposed to leave them in the room unattended. If you do bring your dog, I would recommend using the kennel at Disneyland that way you can walk your dog throughout the day without having to leave the complex. Wish it had more amenities within the hotel but there is a CVS and several restaurants nearby.

Staff was friendly, overall the property seemed pretty well kept. Before we even checked in while parked in the front on the building, noticed a homeless guy have naked wondering by the lobby? The "view" of Disney was sadly minimal, but it is what it is. The property is within walking distance of the Disney parks. We'd stayed here again.

I am a former local of So.Cal. SKIP this Sheraton. Try Residence by Marriot or Anaheim Majestic Garden! I now have an eight-year-old daughter and we have been to Disneyland quite a few times. This was the absolute WORST hotel I ve ever experienced not only in California but anywhere, ever. They refuse to take cash for a deposit. It s like their afraid to trust their clients, I m even a Preferred guest and booked club service. They refused to honor my prepaid reservation...they have ridiculously high deposits, CC only. There was always someone arguing and complaining at the front desk which was not a good sign. The rooms are outdated...the buffet was overpriced ...and this review makes me look like a cheap snob which I am not! But I don t even write reviews! I simply could not feel right without warning others! Hyatt House...Anywhere else!

They will give you lip service but do nothing about it.

Great Hotel with close proximity to Disneyland. The club room has great breakfast and evening snacks with 2 happy hour drinks included. The pool is great for a break from the park with a hot tub to chill in. Large connect four and chess game at the pool adds fun for the kids. The rooms are small but all you need for a sleep between park days. The rooms facing the park give an amazing view of the fireworks if you make it home before they start. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.

Our service was good and the room was fine, but the photos online are a bit deceiving, and this is by far NOT a 4 star hotel as it states everywhere online. It is a 3 star hotel at best, but our room and the dated/used interiors of the hotel made it look more like a 2 star. It is very close to Disneyland and we could walk to the disney parking lot each day to catch the bus for free to the parks so that was great. We will be staying at a true 4 star hotel next time, and this hotel was not that.

Alexis at the front desk was great; very helpful! Overall grounds very clean and fitness center very well put together. Room nice, just somewhat worn, but for the most part clean 99.0%. Room door handle struggled to return to level and had to be helped to fully latch. Apparent bathroom ceiling mold in need of treatment and cleaning. TV would not stay tuned, technician was a little grumpy and "reset" it and left saying it would work now, but it continued to struggle. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool, although not very good for younger kids as it is very deep. It is a older hotel but renovations appear to be underway. Only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland in a good area.

The hotel is beautiful! The pool is on the fifth floor, but it's outside ! It's an amazing clean and prestine envorinment, parking is expensive as expected, but otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel for a family vacation to disneyland!...

Amazing hotel for a family vacation to disneyland! All the staff were super accommodating and kind, our room was exceptionally clean.

They have a program called the max program for kids on the spectrum and we were very excited to take advantage- we were shocked at the amenities available for our high needs kids and our vacation was greatly improved because of the supports for our kids.

They also have a fun scavenger hunt around the hotel and a little mini golf course which is fun for your little kids.

They gave us a few extras as this was our honeymoon which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
They also accepted packages prior to arrival for a small fee and if you are traveling from our of country you'll understand the excitement of not wasting precious vacation time shopping.

Club level had decent snacks although we only managed to attend 1 time in the evening during our stay, my husband had nice coffee each morning from there.

The only downside to this hotel is that there was no microwave. For us it didn't impact our stay but for some it might.

Thanks for making our family moon so wonderful!

Really I have two things that I am bummed by with this hotel. First, the lack of free Wi-Fi. It currently costs $9.99 for 24 hours of Wi-Fi (for 3 devices). The second things that really bugs me is the lack of a 24 hour fitness center. When I checked in the receptionist said that the fitness center was open 24 hours. Upon further inspection in the information book provided in the room it turns out it is only open from 5:00 am until 11:00 pm. Other than these things the rooms are clean and the facilities are nicely appointed.

I arrived 7/21/2019 at night after long drive and I went to the front to get my room, I booked a room with balcony. The room I got was not clean, there was rice on the ground all around the room, I called the guest service and room service few times and no one picked the phone, I went down all the way to the front again, they gave me different room, I went to the room and it was smell vey bad, I called the guest service and room service again, no answer at all, I went down all the way again to the front, the front desk guy his name Irving said this is last time we change the room, that s all we have tonight, I went to the room, the room was without balcony, I just stayed for the night, Sheraton should has clean rooms and better costumer service. In the morning I told the front that my room doesn t has balcony and I booked one with balcony, she said there is small balcony in your room, she is talking about 1 feet opening next to the window, I told her this is not a balcony, the balcony is the same room next door which has more space and chairs to sit, she replied yah but your room consider has balcony, she was very rude. I was expecting better service from Sheraton, my last time going there. I don t recommend at all.

Love it

Our 10 day trip was booked through itravel 2000 once we received our confirmation we checked the reviews.....and were a little worried. What a wonderful surprise the staff here are so friendly and helpful couldn't ask for better. While the hotel is dated it is clean and has everything you need. Nice cafe, and gift shop with a coffee bar serving Starbucks very efficient and pleasant. Great location only a 15 minute walk to the gates Disney. We would recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel ... If you want to spend a quiet night do not stay in this place, they gave the same room number to someone else and tried to enter my room.

The Head of Reception did nothing about it, when I reported the incident.

From the worst experiences of my life, I would never return.

Great Rooms with the BEST customer service of any resort in the Anaheim (Disneyland) area. Tim French, Concierge, goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasantly perfect stay.

Excellent banquet & ballrooms for meetings, seminars, company parties, or wedding receptions.

I appreciate that they flipped this room placing the king bed across from the window. The sleeper sofa is a nice benefit and the adjoining room would make this a fab family suite. It has nice charging stations for electronics and I was able to turn the air conditioning sufficiently low for quality sleep. Loved the squishy pillows.
