I appreciate the general cleanliness of the hotel, the proximity to the parks and the friendliness of the staff. Additionally, for the accommodations the price is competetive with other mid range chains in its proximity. Despite the hotel prices I really like the fact that the sundry shop more resembles a local market than a standard sundry shop. It even has a Starbucks that gives my wife the fix she needs to behave like a human being in the morning :) the 4 stars rather than 5 are for the following reasons: first the rooms and hallways feel somewhat run down and like they could use a remodel soon. Second I don't think I will ever give 5 stars to a hotel that charges for parking. Increase your room prices accordingly. I hate hidden fees that feel underhanded. It's just one more thing that adds to a trip budget that always exceeds my expectations anyway.

The hotel is beautiful on the surface, but a very few amenities are included unless you are a Bonvoy member. We were surprised to see that Wi-Fi was not included. There were also several occasions when strange, chemically smells came through our vents. They definitely do not have enough elevators for the tower portion of the building. We consistently had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator, and several elevators would pass us because they were too full for us to get on.
Also, the thermostat either automatically changes, or staff came in and changed it despite our "Do not disturb" sign, because there were times when we would come back and the room would be quite hot because the thermostat was higher than we had left it.

Not overly extravagant, but has everything you need with a great convenient store downstairs. Very walkable to Disney and a very comofrtable bed for worn out children. Outstanding desk staff. I was very happy with this hotel. Having a Mortons in the same parking lot is a BIG plus too. Only downsides were a very slow elevator (1 out of service) and the hotel restaurant was very meh. But, I would definitely stay again. There is even a Disney desk to help unprepared parents. Huge benefit.

I stayed there june 2012 with my wife and 2 kids from New Zealand and more than happy great service, great amenities, the kids loved the pool, close to disneyland and easy walk down the road and close to supermarkets etc, even the vending machines were cheap.I will be staying again this month may 2013.Go for it you will be pleased you stayed.

Let's see, the peeling bathtub that won't turn off all the way and has mold on the ceiling? Or was it being nickled and dimed to the breaking point when they told me they don't "loan" out luggage carts but they'd be "happy to send a man to help me" after I spent $25 a day in parking, $15 a day in internet, $19 for a movie rental, etc..., etc... etc... They act as if you're at a resort here with no options. Sorry to break it to you, this town has great transportation to Disney and loads of local shops and restaurants. Not the only game in town and I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

I found this hotel a little rundown. The rooms and the elevators have a odor. The kind you smell in older hotels. That's my only gripe.

They have a market in the lobby that I appreciated since you can grab food and drinks on the go. They also have a pie restaurant which I didn't try but it looked pretty busy.

You can't really adjust the temperature of your room here. It's a good location, but needs updating. Can't really recommend, but can say all but the lady at the front when I could not get out of the lot were very friendly and helpful.

I reserved a Club room with Disney view on New Year eve for my family. When we arrived, we had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes before we check in by Dennis. Anyhow, we checked in and I was told that elevator required us to use our key card to get up to 11th floor. However I forgot to use the key card in the elevator but it went up anyways. When we arrived 11th floor, I saw the sign on the wall, starwood preferred guest level. So I reserved a club room level but I received preferred guest room, and not only that I was deceived by front desk to believe that it was club room. Than we celebrated the new year with a great view of Disneyland and fireworks, and later went to bed. Around 3AM, I woke up because the room was very cold. When I checked the AC, I noticed the heater was broke. I called the front desk around 5:30AM, and, Salvador, the technician showed up around 8AM. He said the motor was broke, and he will get it fixed. I told him that I am checking out in couple hours, so he should not worry about it. On my way out, I discussed this issues with the front desk, and they offered me $30 off first, but after a while they raised it up to $50. I realized they are not going to do anything else so we checked out. Besides the view of Disneyland, it was a horrible experience for me and family. And there was no customer service. In addition club room breakfast was a joke, its boxed cereals with some pastries and drinks. I will not stay in any Sheraton Hotel anymore, cause their standards are way too low. If you are interested Disneyland view for fireworks, there are better located Hotels in the area.

Stayed here around New Year and managed to get a great deal! Nice rooms, clean and cozy environment and they even had guest laundary service!
24 hour front desk with very friendly and welcoming staff.

Only drawback is that parking is expensive even as a guest.

Nice hotel without free WiFi

Nice hotel without free WiFi
The room has two USB charger beside the bed lamp but both are only standard USB so it talk overnight to charge big screen smartphone or tablet

Great service from the staff. Very friendly and accomadated me for my 2 week stay. The internet was decent and food at the lounge was amazing. Parking was just a but pricey per day, but it is very close to other restaurants, bus stops and the theme parks, and downtown disney

You're going to love your stay. Extremely quiet and well maintained Hotel. The price is so affordable, I was shocked. The rooms are huge and have breathtaking views from the 10th floor. Morton's steakhouse was just steps away from the hotel which makes a lovely option for dining. Pool is open and sparkling. Plenty of shops within walking distance and still close to downtown Disney. The Sheraton hotel still gives you great service, plenty of amenities and affordable lodging away from home for a quick overnight stay-cation or mini vacation. The Sheraton hotel provides you with a safe place to escape and enjoy yourself during this time of year. As a writer/ published author (Love Sick- pages of a poetic heart :by SC AYALA)this was definitely a great place to start being inspired and relax.

Nice clean rooms. Check in isn't until 4, later than most hotels. Half of the elevators were out of order, which was an inconvenience during busy times. About 20 minute walk from Disneyland. Close to 7/11, CVS, Walgreens, IHOP, Subway. Gift Shop is nice. $10 USD/day for wifi. $3/day for shuttle to and from Disneyland.

No control over the temp in your room. And they were drilling holes in a room next to us all day long noisy as heck.. & 20 a day for parking.. No free breakfast.. Horrible we have stayed at cheaper hotels with way better service even the ice machine was broken save ur money stay at la Quinta inn.

Bathroom was kinda gross. Hair in the tub and sink. Room was otherwise okay, good location and reasonable rates. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL- always a hello, offer to help with luggage even when it was obvious they were busy.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, but the heating and air conditioning are terrible. Apparently you can't adjust the air in the rooms, only the fan speed. I went during December when the nights are cold and the days are warm and they had the heater on in the hotel, so that means that all the rooms in the hotel have the heater on. I came back in the middle of the day to find my room at 84 degrees! it was intolerable! My family couldn't sleep at night due to the fact the room was hovering between 74-75 degrees. The only thing the staff said we could do is open a window. Well, that's great, but the city is so loud, we were dealing with sirens and city noise all night! This was truly the worst 3 nights I've ever had in a hotel. Not to mention I couldn't even go back during the day due to how hot the room was.

The hotel is beautiful. Decorated entirely in Disney park theme. Reception staff is friendly. They extended our stay from 11 am to 1 pm without additional charges. We informed about late vacate while taking up the room.
The room cleaning staff is available 24/7.
Whenever we leave the room, they just come in and clean up the place.
Reasons for less rating is that everything comes with a price tag. Parking isn't free, whereas you can easily find free parking in other small hotels, inns and motels in Anaheim.
Except 1 small water bottle per day and coffee packets nothing is complementary.
No breakfast, no wifi etc.
Moreover the restaurant charges delivery fee for room delivery apart from beimg overly expensive.

Services were good, only thing which was disturbing is the fact the everything was pricy.

Room and service are very nice. Free water in the rooms is a plus but no included breakfast means your taking a bit extra on every morning. Location is great next to the convention center. We did have trouble getting in touch regarding room change info but they were very helpful once we got there.

Like anywhere in Los Angeles very expensive to eat for a family of three it was costing us about $66 for breakfast and roughly the same for evening meals and $199 for a day ticket to Disney

Search BEDBUGS under the reviews section of this hotel or any hotel for that matter. I was shocked to learn this has been an ongoing problem.
They do a horrible job at taking care of their guests who suffer from staying here.

Location is good, as its a short walk to Disneyland (15 minutes max). The rooms are pretty standard, nothing fancy but I have no complaints about them. The service was standard as well, and I couldn't complain about it.

Stayed here for just one night for a convention. The room was really nice and clean. Appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. Hotel is a really short walk to the convention center. My only beef is that the parking can get expensive at $21/day.

Horrible customer service. Long story short they made a mistake on there end and lied and cost us money and they did nothing to make up for it. While that was bad enough the lady at the front desk was very rude and not helpful. Tony was very nice but really did nothing to make up for there mistake. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!!!!

About 15 minutes walk to Disney.
The bed cushions are replaced and I have a good night's sleep. (SIMMONS)
There is a lot of food in the surrounding area, so don't worry.

Postscript
I came to play in Anaheim and used it at repeat.

Today is the day of my life to the end of the shift. It was 45 years ago when I came to plant my roots,
I showed it to you at the shop, and I thank you for taking pictures with me.

About 10 minutes walk to Disneyland. Next to it are major hotel chains such as Hilton and Marriott. It is built like a resort hotel and has a large pool. Convenient because there are convenience stores and Tonari drug stores at once. Since it faces the main street, there was no problem even if I went out at night. The land is open until midnight.

This place is awful. Will never stay again. We placed our room service card on the door and it was still there in the morning. You need to keep that receipt paper to buzz yourself out of the parking lot. Walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in rooms across the hall.

I was excited to stay at this hotel. But that changed the moment we got into our room. As I was getting ready to lay in the bed I pulled down the covers and found a sock under the sheets. There was makeup on top part of sheet, like dark foundation, which I do not wear. I called the front desk and requested a new room but they just sent up housekeeping. The shower had hairs and smelled like mildew. The mattress cover had holes, at first we thought it was a bug and got scared. It was not a fun experience. They only changed the sheets on one bed and we did not trust using the other bed so my son and I had to share a bed.
Will not be staying here again!

the location is great, close enough to disney to walk. the room is nice, though could be cleaner behind the bathroom door. the people behind the desk are only ok. i had some questions about getting to Disney and she seemed annoyed that she had to answer me.

Much larger than you think. Servers buildings make this place expansive. It's about 3 minutes (without crossing any major roads) from the convention center which is the real draw.

The breakfast buffet is not good.

Very close to the convention center and there's a big parking lot. The room was big but don't bother with the TVs. They have that cheesy hotel software that's just horrible. The monochrome green is brutal and sucks the air out of any program it overlays. The staff and service was great.
