I have stayed at this property many times over the...

I have stayed at this property many times over the last decade. This stay will be my last. Recently, this hotel decided that you may not control the temperature of the room on your own. This is the only Starwood/Marriott property I have ever stayed at where you can not adjust the temperature in your own room. We had to open our door and listen to the busy LA area traffic all light to get any air, and this was during the fires, so we also were breathing in moderate air quality. I am surprised this chain of hotels wouldn t have more of a concern for the health of their guests. They even recently put a nice gold plated sign over the AC unit telling you that your attempts at controling the temperature in the room on your own are useless. This is a shame because we are platinum members who have stayed at this hotel on dozens of occasions. There are too many other hotels in the area where you can be much more comfortable to have to deal with that. Very disappointed.

The first night my family and I stayed at the Sher...

The first night my family and I stayed at the Sheraton made the the prospect of spending further nights there an absolute nightmare. Let's start with basic amenities. We didn't realize our car would be an extra guest. They charged OVER $20/day for parking at the hotel you are paying to stay at. A detail we didn't find out until check in mind you. Next, unless you are a member of their club, you are CHARGED FOR WIFI. It's 2018 and wifi is ubiquitous, I have stayed at several hotels and never had to pay for wifi. It's absurd nickel-and-diming. But what was so bad about the first night? The beds are so stiff they can only be described as painful. My whole family spent the night tossing and turning, eventually resorting to sleeping on top of pillows cause at least they had some give. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the constant coughing of the people in the next room. And to top it all off the night was pierced by the wailings, moanings, and knockings of the hotel's own employees WHO HAD GONE ON STRIKE! That was the last straw. We went down to speak to the front desk. Not only were they wholly unsympathetic, but they were downright insulting. About their workers causing a racket, "There's nothing we can do.", and about the abysmal beds, "Everyone loves our beds." I don't know who "everyone" is but we certainly weren't included, and given how pompous it all seemed we doubt we're the only ones. Suffice to say we will NEVER be staying at a Sheraton again, and that recommendation will go out to everyone we know.

Standard Sheraton and mostly fine except that you cannot control the HVAC in your own room. It is all centrally controlled. I woke up at 4 in the morning very very hot and couldn't do anything about it.

Me and my dad flew down from kelowna bc Canada and we stayed here. We arrived from the John Wayne airport and had the best shuttle. Check in was fast and easy and we even got upgraded!!! The pool was amazing and food was the best. And the rooms were clean and great! Easy walking distance from Disney land and also not a far ride from the Honda center Where we saw the canucks play for cheap, it's near a lot of cool resterants! I'll defanitly stay here on our next California Trip!! Great job sheraton

Awful experience. Had no problem with my card at the previous hotel as I had been on the road for two weeks prior and was almost denied my room over a $50 incidental hold. Arrived around 8pm and the on duty manager refused to work with me to assist and just told me I was "welcome to cancel my reservation" which was prepaid by my employer mind you. Anyone able to assist was on the east coast. Now I see a $5 charge for receiving a package that no one mentioned while I was staying there so I could obtain a receipt for expense purposes and I was purposely avoiding spending any money in this unpleasant hotel.

Had a great time at this hotel during our time at Disneyland. It's about a 10-15 minute walk away or a $6 uber ride from the front gates of Disneyland. The store within the hotel has great gifts, liquor and a Starbucks. The rooms were great; floor to ceiling windows, and a lot of room. The room service was great for the room; however, we did find hair in the shower and the sink was never cleaned properly. Didnt get a chance to check out the pool, but it looked nice.

The rooms are so HOT! , they actually have fans on stand by, they actually sent a security guard up to our room to say the only thing that they can do is switch rooms , but they are at 100% full capacity! We have had to sleep with no blankets at night and covered in our own sweat! NEVER will I stay here AGAIN !!

Old Rooms Horrible Air Conditioning that you can not control the temperature of your own room. Small towels Bad wifi service (they charge you). And as several hotels around this area with the famous parking charge.

The rooms are old. You can not control the AC temperature in your room. Size of the towels not good. Bad WiFi service (and charges for WiFi). And like many hotels around parking charges.

I m not coming back to this hotel! Sheraton in the park hotel. I m giving below 1 star. The frontdesk, below 1 star, the bed sheet is dirty, the pillows has bad smell, thermostat for A/C is not functioning well, water leaked in the bathroom sink.
The cleaning services doing their job but the hotel properties are old and needed to be change. The beds skirt, blankets, pillows are nasty. My husband and my son got really bad allergy. I will find a way to upload the pictures I took during our stay. My husband got rashes. The room has a foul smell and I ask the front desk if they have another room, their answer is oh sorry we are fully booked but you can tell they do have a lot of empty rooms available.
This is the worst hotel I ve ever been. I am not expecting hotel that I m not comfortable as I encounter to this place.
I don t usually do reviews but this hotel Sheraton in the park hotel @ 1855 S harbor Lane, Anaheim was my worst experience I ve ever have. I need to do this to warn everyone.
I will upload pictures to prove.. i was tortured to this place and my first time to be home happy. I usually sad when my vacay over, leaving the place. But, this..feels so happy to finally get out to this place. I read 1 of the reviewer that they can be able to cancel their reservation because of the earthquake. I should do the same... tsk tsk. All this are management, owners fault. Stay away to this hotel people!!!!!

This day and age, it's ridiculous to charge $10 for internet. It's worse to charge for parking. Especially $21 per day. Had I known either of these things up front, I'd stay elsewhere. I will say the room was clean and the bed is decent. The elevator takes easily 5 minutes, so keep that in mind. I just can't get over the nickel and diming here.

Nice room with view of the pool. The pool courtyard area is a nice place to relax or meet up with friends. The pool is a good size with towel service. Conveniently located about a mile away from Disneyland. Very friendly staff. Gym on smaller size but has all the equipment you need.

Great Anaheim area hotel, didn't seem as old as some of hotels around. The pool area was great and the staff very good. We got bottled water and free Wi-Fi everyday. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a patio that we could sit on.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever had. So bad that the hotel provided ear plugs in the room. I told the front desk and they just said we have high school kids staying and said sorry.i would not recommend staying here. The highway is right next to the hotel.

Room wasn t cleaned for a new guest (gross) and the a/c is centrally controlled for you can t adjust for your own comfort. Our room never got below 74 degrees. The property is clean and has all the makings of a nice stay but it just didn t do the trick.

Walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Reasonable rates. Nice pool area. Rooms are clean and maintained. Elevators really slow. Room decor is straight forward, and comfortable. Coffee maker, safe and refrigerator in the room.

Stopped by for drinks after leaving Wondercon at the nearby convention center. Nice place and friendly staff. Bathroom was well maintained. Drinks were fine. I live nearby, otherwise I'd probably think about staying here for convention center events.

My grand daughters and I stayed from this past Sunday to Tuesday and we had a wonderful time. I had a special request that the staff was able to accommodate for me. I was quite pleased. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Although the staff were very friendly, on our last night there we made a disgusting discovery they have yet to contact us about . This is unacceptable and not even at motel 6 have i seen this . This caused an even greater problem for us for our daughter has eczema. See the picture and think about whether you want to sleep under those sheets or not . They were on both our beds and i know for a fact if it is the stuffing or cotton and the receptionist use it as an excuse it should in no way be dirty and look like that.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the convention center, shopping areas, restaurants and even Disneyland. The staff is great...but so is the staff at all the decent hotels around Disneyland. This hotel is way more chill though. The Hilton next door is much more chaotic and sometimes you have to deal with loud music and just masses of people there. If you want an easier time with an event or less hectic stay, choose this Sheraton. Plus parking and valet and are easier to access.

It is a surprise that this Sheraton has improved a lot. After the bad experience two years ago, I come back to this Sheraton to give it one last try. Surprisingly, the hotel receptionist welcome us with a nice smile and help us to get our room swiftly. Also, they finally offer free Wi-Fi in room, unlike before you either pay a ridiculous high price or go to the lobby for slow WIFI. Good job Sheraton for improvement.

Used when going to California Disney.

Used when going to California Disney.

[Access to DISNEY]
It's about 10 minutes on foot. Access by bus called ART is also possible

room
There is a bathtub and STARBUCKS COFFEE is provided free of charge.
One bottle of mineral water is also provided daily.
It looks a little old, but it was comfortable to use.
If you select a room on the Disneyland side, you can see Disney from the balcony. Fireworks were set off at 21:30, but I could see them from the room on the 9th floor.

Wifi
I didn't use it because it was charged, but it is available.

breakfast
There is a restaurant called PARK55 Cafe, and I ate only one meal here. It wasn't that expensive, and there was also Buffe.

[Other]
CVS Pharmacy and SEVEN-ELEVEN are about a minute or two on foot from the hotel, and you can procure beverages, light foods (sandwiches), and sweets.
Disney tickets can also be purchased at the hotel.
There is a good selection of souvenir shops on the 1st floor, such as STARBUCKS COFFEE and ice cream.

I think this hotel is recommended for those who go to DISNEY.

I've stayed at both the Garden Grove and Anaheim Sheraton's for various work, business, and training trips and this is my favorite. The location is cool and very close to a bunch of nice restaurants and shopping (and Disney). Only downsides are parking (which isn't the most convenient) and the hotel could use a little updating. But, otherwise, I shoot to stay here when I'm in town.
