I was awkwardly approached and felt out of place when pulling up to the dealer. I have had my vehicle for a little over a year now and every single time it feels like I am interrupting an employees day by being there. I accidentally left an iPod in my car while it was being serviced, and within 1 mile of driving off the lot I noticed it was gone. When I returned to the dealer the man that I had my car serviced through mentioned that they take no notes of what is left inside the vehicle. Basically trying to assume no responsibility. Some of whom I'd assume was management scrambled around a bit and lady by the name of Ashley finally came up and said that she would call me if it turned up and that if it didn't they would reimburse me for it. After trying to call Ashley twice and the phone just kept ringing I gave up knowing she wasn't going to call. But now I keep seeing you email on my feedback and here it is. Treat your customers like gold. Even the ones you rarely see because they still have given you business and might give you business in the future. I would still like to hear back from Ashley on the matter since she didn't ever return my call.
