Very disappointed! Used this line for a band trip to transport kids. About an hour into the trip they had a problem with the bus and had to stop and go off track an hour and a half to get a replacement bus. Then once in Orlando the driver was an hour and a half late to pick children up at universal. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Bus uncomfortable and unreliable. Never use this bus line.

I took a trip with the band and chorus at my school and we went on the trip over spring break the buses were clean drivers were nice and the buses were on time at the school by 7:00 when they were supposed to be and our second driver after they switched the first time Mr. Gary was a great driver and he loved the horn on the bus but over all I give them a 5 star
The only reason I m giving them 1 star is because there isn t an option for zero. Worst bus company I ve ever seen. If you use American Coach Lines your itinerary will not run on time, the buses will be in bad condition, and your drivers won t know where they re going and will most likely have road rage and a bad attitude. Your trip will be better if you use someone else.
This company needs to get their act together!
They left us on the curb waiting countless times for 20 minutes. And when we got on for the 6 hour drive and the bus stayed 90 degrees the whole time!

I would never ride with this bus company. Bus are not kept up at all. There are buses with a million miles and believe me they look like it and run like it. I worked there I know first hand they don't care about there staff or the customers. You're risking your life riding with this company.
Sanctuary parkway shuttle service is always soooooooooooo late. How you late for the first the stop of the date?
This was a great bus ride no problems at all would definitely recommend it never breaks down made my trip five times better the drivers were nice too I guess wish I could give more than 5 stars
I have ridden American Coach charter buses to New York in 2011, 2012, 2015 and 2016. These buses had mechanical issues on 3 of the four trips. We were delayed for hours and they initially replaced the 2016 bus with one without air-conditioning for a couple of hours. Mind you, we had the very young and elderly (some with health issues) having to ride in 90 degree heat. I was willing to ignore the mechanical issues at first, but when the third breakdown happened I contacted the Norcross office four times beginning in July. We are almost in September. The manager of that office still has not returned my call. What aggravates me so much is that I have done about $40,000 worth of business with them during these tours and the Norcross office manager has ignored my request. I cannot use them again.
TERRIBLE!!! Gave 1 Star because there was no zero. Bus was late picking us up at school to start the trip. Stopped in Atlanta to switch buses because no defroster. The staff changed our luggage and band uniforms to the new bus. We started the 1st day at Universal 2hours behind schedule! Met at buses to leave at 10:0 NO BUS. Got back to room hour or so late. Parade time next day. My grandson didn t have a uniform(still on 1st bus?) so he couldn t match. I spent a lot of money so my 3 grandkids could march together. The oldest was her last parade! ACL ruined that. Haven t answered me about uniform but they owe me. Most
They are in bed with the dot Doctor. The doctor is in bed with a sleep apnea company, the minute you walk in the door they recommend a $600 test and a $1800.00 sleep apnea machine and all three try to justify it by saying, "well your going to make a lot of money."
This company was used for a school field trip to tennessee. I wish i had read the recent reviews. I would not have let my child travel with this company. They were hours late for the pickup causing the kids to miss their event. As well the bus broke down on the way back in the middle of night. There are many reviews related to poor maintenance of the buses.
American Coach Lines Inc. are my favorite bus company that travels to many places : Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama and much more. I saw this motor coach by the CNN Center in Downtown Atlanta all year round and also used as a shuttle bus. Thanks!
Awful experience. Inexperienced drivers make for a very uncomfortable ride. It was 96 in Disney and they didn't turn on t he bus to cool off until 20 minutes before departure. The buses were easily over 100 degrees inside when we arrived with a bus full of sweaty kids. The buses were old and run down. The restrooms were his awful.
200 people to NYC, 5 hours late. Didn't get to see half of our planned sights. Bus had a flat and instead of fixing or getting a replacement the 9 hours we were at hotel, we had to stand on other bus for hours. Got a rental bus, driver backed up on interstate to get back to missed exit. Finally got replacement bus and the bathroom odor was so bad we had people throwing up. Took 5 extra hours to get home because drivers did not fuel correctly and was unable to drive the speed limit. This bus line cost our group and extra $800 to keep dinner reservations and we did not get to see Empire State Building. No communication and very incompetent company. Only good thing of bus line was Mr.James our driver, very kind and courteous driver.
The Operators are professional, but the buses are not dependable at all, break downs and fires.
About a month ago my school's music groups went on a school field trip to tennessee. we arrived at school at 5:30 and the busses were sopposed to be here at 5:45, and then we would leave at 6:15. The busses were 5 hours late picking us up! causing us to miss our performance the first day. then, halfway through the trip, the toilet on our bus stopped working and whenever someone would open the bathroom door, the back of the bus would smell like fish. it was so unsanitary.. and then on the way back home, we had to pull over at a gas station because the orchestra bus broke down. and they didnt get home till 3:30 in the morning. they treated our luggage awful. they threw the instruments under the bus like it was nothing causing one of my friends violin bow to snap in half.. and lots of luggage was misplaced. this was not the best bus company. this bus company threw off our entire schedule. i do not recommend using this bus company for school trips.
Used this company for a school field trip. 10 miles into the trip one of the busses broke down. The company first stated they didn't have a replacement. Hours later when a new bus was brought over it also had maintenance issues. Nothing like being broken down on the side of the highway for hours with 100 fifth graders. They couldn't get food or drink. The company did nothing for these kids at all
We booked a couple of buses from American Coach Lines of Atlanta for our wedding on 11/19/16 to shuttle our guests from the hotel in Cartersville to the venue in Cedartown. They were on time and the drivers were very friendly and professional. The buses were also well maintained. I definitely recommend this company!
The buses are always breaking down, high labor turn over - revolving door, understaffed, low pay "you will make alot of money" is a lie, little to no time off, and dont take care of employees...all about collecting a customer check

School trip to Savannah Ga from Canton Ga. NO AIR on the bus for first 1 1/2 days. Second part of day 2 we got another bus. Third day coming home from Savannah the second bus they put us on broke down in Macon. VERY UNSATISFIED. I thought the buses were supposed to be maintained. .. Never again will I use this bus service I will drive first ..
I have use American Coach for several trips and have not been disappointed yet, professional sales staff, clean buses and great experienced drivers!
Breakdown on the first day. The driver seemed to do all he could do. Dispatch and their management dropped the ball. Rather than provide solutions we were expected to wait 6-7 hours for a repairman to arrive, go get a part, and then return. : ( Immediately sending a different unit would have been 5 hours. Dispatch was not customer friendly at all. I will be calling on Monday. Most unfortunate experience on the first day of a an 8-day trip.
This organization definitely has customer service it s top priority. Met with the team that handles all matters of a tours. They sure made me feel appreciated and valued.
Riding on their bus was the worst motor coach travel experience I ve ever had! Diamond Ultimate Events & Travel contracted them for a day trip to NOLA and I wish they hadn t! ACL of Atlanta and it s employees had NO regard for cleanliness, as all 4 buses were filthy & old. They had NO regard for punctuality and respecting the passengers time, as there was a TWO HOUR delay each way! And they had no regard for correcting valid customer concerns. Moving forward, I will never ride on another ACL of Atlanta bus!
5th grade field trip, I'm disgusted and disappointed. This bus line ruined these kids experience.
