The worst customer service I've ever known!
Even if the person I spoke to on the phone was friendly, the time needed to resolve a problem is very long.
It's been a week since I expected the lifecooler to activate my pack without knowing why, because I bought it so I can use it whenever I want.
Even with all the elements (invoice), this situation lasts! There is not even a courtesy email explaining that it will take time if that is the problem.
I am extremely disappointed .. I used to buy Odyssey, I wanted to try the Lifecooler to change .. Never again!
I've done several purchases in Lifecooler and I can say that all experiments were a success from my summer holidays, a few lunches and dinners through the purchase of tickets for shows in all got a great discount and good memories to remember. I recommend!
Company focused exclusively on the sale of products, bad customer support, I had to call 29 times until I atendessem the phone and find a solution (which did not come to find). I sent an email 3 weeks ago and still await reply. I do not recommend nor will I buy again. If you offer me return (this will be left as they have a policy not directed to the customer / end consumer
