I wanted to let Watson Realty know how very pleased we were with the professionalism and customer service we received from Kyle Wilson. We initially contacted him about selling our home and buying another in 2019, he worked relentlessly to help us for us to only change our mind. He was never rude or anything and assured us he understood, this impressed us so much that when we finally decided to proceed this May we contacted him. We listed our house, received an offer, passed inspection, and then had a slab leak. Kyle helped us through this whole process, when it was hard for us to miss work, he would go to our house and stay while the work was being done, I probably called and texted him an average of at least 5 times a day and he always answered and never seemed aggravated. He even met us on a Sunday afternoon and brought his trailer to help us clean out and move our garage to a storage unit. In the world we live in today, it is very refreshing to come across someone as dedicated, professional, and yet personal as Kyle. We feel like he is family, and can't wait to have him over to our new home he helped find for dinner.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Janda Brock and Donna Latorre!! My husband and I just sold our house in Gainesville and they went above and beyond in helping us sell it. From a crazy busy open house the first weekend it was on the market to going through 8 offers by the end of that same weekend, they gave it their all! Jonathan went above and beyond in EVERY area to answer all my questions, calm my fears or doubts, show us more houses than he needed to, etc. He never once acted annoyed with me, but graciously and joyfully gave us all the time we needed to make this decision. He also has done this for so long, that he was an expert in areas like taxes, legal jargon, Utilities, etc. we will never use anyone else!!

After contacting several Watson realitors, who said there will list my property for $800 to $1000 but play games and never sent a listing agreement, I got lane manis to send me one she up from the $1500 we talk about to $2000 I was stuck at point, then she refused to even ask seller to sign a "a positive net to seller" or gurretee net seller minable about" I do know about imply laws but still all banks have buyers for forclose property pay one, then some how it came about I was supposed pay for the survey, where every property I bought the I had to pay the survey, Even worse she was the buyer agent as well seller agent and new or kind of new the buyer. I happy this hard peace land did sell and got $300 for it but very manipulative and I would avoid on another real estate transaction.

Pamela Gretter did an excellent job listing and selling a unique property that was in need of significant renovation/repair. She went the extra mile representing an out-of-town seller. Highly recommended.
