I wanted to let Watson Realty know how very pleased we were with the professionalism and customer service we received from Kyle Wilson. We initially contacted him about selling our home and buying another in 2019, he worked relentlessly to help us for us to only change our mind. He was never rude or anything and assured us he understood, this impressed us so much that when we finally decided to proceed this May we contacted him. We listed our house, received an offer, passed inspection, and then had a slab leak. Kyle helped us through this whole process, when it was hard for us to miss work, he would go to our house and stay while the work was being done, I probably called and texted him an average of at least 5 times a day and he always answered and never seemed aggravated. He even met us on a Sunday afternoon and brought his trailer to help us clean out and move our garage to a storage unit. In the world we live in today, it is very refreshing to come across someone as dedicated, professional, and yet personal as Kyle. We feel like he is family, and can't wait to have him over to our new home he helped find for dinner.
