Why the hell does it say there's places for rent on hutch.house when it's not that's a big let down

I'm not going to lie, but when we first moved to one of their properties, it was horrible! I even had to get the city involved. With better communication and understanding, things have changed, Mr. Marvin Mast has been wonderful! I've rented with Golden Rule twice now and would most definitely rent through them again. April and her team are truly a cut above the rest. Unlike most real estate brokers and property managers who tend to make hallow promises, overkill their clients, and fail at providing solid customer service. I can say without any reservation, that Golden Rule is responsive, their employees are passionate, and the owner, April Strickland is the absolute consummate professional. I highly recommend.

Mice Mice and more mice! Plumbing isn t properly installed they don t fix anything!

Just had a wonderful experience with this property management company. I spoke with a super nice young lady named CJ. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Management (Benji) - is a wonderful person. They went the extra mile for my son who rents one of their houses. They have came out when requested and took care of any problems and went out of their way to do me a favor that had nothing to do with their landlord duties or responsibility. Thanks

Applied for a few different houses two weeks ago come to find out both places were rented that I really wanted but they called me personally and talked with me and are working with me as we speak!!! Very kind young woman whom I spoke with and apologized for all the confusion! Looking forward to working with them!

The worst rental company ever! I told them multiple times about mice and nothing has been done. Place is infested!

Me and my wife been renting from them. They appreciate their tenants and been a big help in getting us a house to rent from. I like Benji he s a cool guy.
