I have been fortunate to be apart of the Mike Ferry Organization for several years. Honestly this is the best job I have ever had. I was there for a year in a half and it was a great experience for me and my family. Sabrina and Mike Ferry do their best at making it the best job you have ever had. The sales manager is cool and he tries to make the commission structure good enough where EVERYONE CAN MAKE MONEY! He also provides a wonderful system that has changed peoples real estate career and their lofe. The con's of this company is favortisim and negativity. There's another employer that has been there for a very long time and he feels since he has been there he runs the sales floor and he NEVER gets put in his place. He sits on a high horse and brags about what he has but in reality he goes through things like everyone else. He TALKS about EVERYONE in the building and on the sales floor. He tells the administrators business (she's nice but very direct) and then goes in the office with the manager and her and talk about everyone and their production but he is making easily $10,000 a month. (Because he always steals his team members tickets, being the team leader)There's no real supervision for the sales floor coming from the CEOS. Out of the whole company the sales floor doesn't get bothered at all!! And I believe that's the problem, when MF and SF come in the building that's when everyone acts right. I am young and had problems with my attendance and they worked with me beyyyooonndd and were very understanding. The company needs to get rid of the bullying and negativity on the sales floor coming from that individual and the HR is so nice to everyone she doesn't want to take the right steps to fixing the problem because everyone denies what's going on. It has been explained to her thousands of times why people deny everything and that's because you feel intimidated and bullied when you go back on the floor. Sabrina and Mike should check with the whole sales floor and they will get the real truth.. Thanks for the opportunity MFO.

I highly recommend Mike Ferry for only two group of Realtors, the new licensees and the not new licensees, if you're new in Real Estate don't let yourself making the mistake that I did not joining couching 10 years ago, and if you are not new in Real Estate is time to get under coaching! I've been involved in sales since forever, I though I knew it all, I thought I had it all taking care as far as my business, and I though I was great selling 10/15 transactions every year...until I saw Mike Ferry, and everything changed...first year under coaching closed 57 transactions, made a lot of money for the very first time, now I'm running my business as a business, I'm learning how to get the next level, they teach me all the how's to...the skills, the scripts, the objections, the different clients styles, the importance of delegation, the time management, how to train an assistant, how to manage my money....everything!

When I left new construction in 2009 I immediately...

When I left new construction in 2009 I immediately starting working with investors who were rehabbing houses. I would find them properties and buy them to rehab and advise them on the resale value. I made a very good living during the recession listing these rehabbed properties. In 2011 I realized all of my eggs were in this one basket, and knew that I had to learn how to work with traditional sellers. It was at this time that one of my investor clients, a former MFO coach, insisted I check out the MFO. Up until this point I never had to prospect for a traditional/seller listing. I was already used to door knocking on pre-forclosures for my investor clients. But I needed to learn new scripts for traditional sellers. And that is when I found the Mike Ferry System. I liked it that Mike promoted door knocking for working with FSBO's and expireds. I was drawn to his system of actively looking for listings versus the more passive, traditional methods of open houses and farming. I went to my first 1:1 retreat in Feb of 2011 and immediately signed up for 1:1 coaching. Once I got my hands on the script I realized these were the identical scripts I had learned in my very early days of real estate at Coldwell Banker. And these were the same scripts that I had tweaked for door knocking pre-forclosures. Because I am very coachable I have been able to increase my production year after year 20 to 25%. What I find in the MF system that I did not find with other trainers is that Mike has a system for everything from start to finish. And that system is learn-able, teachable and duplicatable. Thank you Mike for simply not teaching us to get better at what we like doing, but teaching us what actually works.

I can honestly say that MFO was one of the best jobs I have ever had. I was a sales rep there for 1 year and 3 months. I had the chance to be surrounded by success, make good money, have a great schedule, and meanwhile learn how to think bigger. I have the manager Mike D to thank for that. The best manager I've ever had. He went out of his way to make sure that the sales floor ran smoothly but he also looked out for us and he always wanted to see us become a stronger sales team. My time at mike ferry taught me a lot about myself and the crazy, chaotic, yet lucrative real estate industry. I learned, I grew and as I approach my next career I will continue to take what mike D, and MFO have taught me so I can become a master sales professional. Whoever is reading this go into this job ready to learn and you'll make good money and also have a great time doing it. Unless your a wimp lol but if your strong and eager to learn, grow, have weekends off, paid vacations, etc. you'll be ok. Thanks MFO, I'll be seeing you all soon enough.

I went to my first Mike Ferry event shortly after I got into real estate. I've been going since 2017, and making more money and selling at high volumes as a result. It took me 2 years to double my income.

I have been in Premier Coaching for about 15 years and have enjoyed the benefits of the coaching, training and seminars. Prior to that, I was attending Mike Ferry Seminars. The coaching and seminars have improved my business and service to my clients 100%.
I never stop learning great new ideas from coaching and how to implement them into my business. My associations other Mike Ferry Premier Coaching clients throughout the country and outside the USA have been excellent. I network, roleplay and mastermind with them, and have also developed life-long friendships. There is no doubt in my mind that Mike Ferry is the leading expert in real estate sales training. Mike, his coaches, and his organization have given me what it takes to build a strong, customer oriented business for over 28 years.

I got an interview with the organization. The sales manager never showed up for it - he was "on a call." He never followed up with me, never returned my calls. It displays a lack of integrity.

The Mike Ferry Organization has totally changed my real estate career. When I started with the MFO in 1997, I was closing 50 deals a year and the last 3 years I closed 150 deals each year. The MFO system works for anyone who follows the system. The coaches I have had over the years have been great. Staying in coaching for the past 20 years has caused my sales and income to increase. The coaches as well as Mike Ferry have always believed in me and what I could sell more than my own believe in myself. Having a coach to give advice, bring you up when you are down, help you in a crisis situation, and the list goes on and on. Fortunately for me, I found Mike Ferry and the coaches they have provided for me. Plus the retreats and programs MFO offer help recharge my batteries and put me back on track. Because of the Mike Ferry and his system, my husband and I were able to pay for all of out children's' college tuition, take amazing trips and have an amazing life! Thank you!

If you are a complainer, victim, winer, lazy, too ...

If you are a complainer, victim, winer, lazy, too egotistical, or likewise, you will probably not make it with the Mike Ferry Sales System. You will probably say things like the negative reviews I have read.

However, if you are eager to learn, hungry for success in real estate, willing to be coached, a good listener, and ready to make a big commitment in yourself! - there is no better place.

I have been in Premier Coaching for 3 years now. It has been a journey, it has been a struggle, I am still learning and practicing daily. I don't do everything they say, sometimes it seems impossible, nonetheless I am striving to do more! I have seen in my own life more success than ever before. I have become friends with and surrounded myself with some of the most successful people in the country.

This is not a quick fix, this is a lifestyle. It is the lifestyle of a Great Listing Agent. That may sound a little cheesy but believe me, its a serious thing!

When I made the commitment to join Premier Coaching I had been in the business 5 months. I did not have the money, I was scared, I did not want to join because of the money. But guess what, I joined anyways because I knew it was the right thing to do. In my opinion, if you are not willing to invest in yourself when you're down, especially when you're down, you won't make it in this business, not the way Mike wants you to.

In my first year, my production I went from 5 deals up to joining, to 28 deals for the year and $8.1M closed... Pretty solid increase, for me anyways. I'm in my 5th year. I have sold over 150 homes over the last 4 years, almost $50M in total sales. This year my goal is to sell 89 homes. Check NAR stats if you want to know the national averages.

Mike is an incredible teacher and mentor. He is hands on, he and his wife Sabrina really put a lot into making the company great, and it is.

The biggest lie I was ever told in life. MFO does not care at all about its employees and that is a fact. Don't become an appointment setter because they will fire you after the Holidays. You will be lucky if you last the 90 day period. Mike D., is or was a low life sales manager who only gets kicks out of embarassing and harassing his sales reps. Mike Ferry doesn't even spend time with his employees. I remember at their Holiday dinner at Lawry's steakhouse that he wouldn't even get close to his employees so good luck trying to introduce yourself to him. His wife is the only one that gave a damn. MFO is honestly a joke. They live in a "Wolf of Wall Street" dream world and they provide no actual statistics of agents and their success after using their products (which are way overpriced.) The scripts are useless. In order to truly succeed at MFO, throw that script in the trash can and go off your gut to land a sale. Do not follow that script because it will lead you to failure. In my time at MFO, using the script, I only landed one sale and no, it's not because of my lack in skill. It's that cheeseball script they believe will land them hundreds of sales a day. I am truly embrassed to say I even put effort into that company. I am embarrassed to say I showed up every single day to work for a company that treats it's employees like livestock. They chew you up and then spit you out leaving you looking foolish. It doesn't matter how hard you work, they do not care. If you give a damn about your professional career, stay far, far, far away from The Mike Ferry Organization. Also, they lie on Indeed about how much they pay their employees. For example, I applied for a sales representative job at $14 per hour. During my interview they told me it was false that they advertised $14 an hour and offered me $12 an hour. I still have the photos of the same application I submitted that shows they offer $14 per hour. It's all lies and reptiles in the Mike Ferry Organization.

Mike and Sabrina, Thank you for all the ideas and the conviction of your RE system. When I eventually started implementing what you teach I am making serious money. And the money is great and all but the job satisfaction is for me invaluable. It is so much more fun to work and have clients who are happy.
Sometimes Mike you have been tough on me. I always took it to mean that you could see that I could do better. You were right ,I could, and I did. I will do even better. You challenged me the other day in front of a lot of people. You said why are you stuck at 60 deals you should be doing 150!!!. I am going to get there. It is exciting to think about that. Keep challenging me please. I make more money when you do!!!
I feel very sorry for the agents who don't do what you teach or have never heard of you or your system. Please let me know what else I can do to help you guys help other agents who are dying professionally.
I am profoundly grateful to you all for the great teaching that you provide!!!!

Real estate salespeople don't even know what they don't know... until you attend a Mike Ferry event. They give you the how's and why's, the scripts. It is up to you to implement. Ron Cronin is soooo goooood! Entertaining and FUNNY! Look for him as the presenter in your next workshop.

I am in the MFO coaching and it is a joke. I have been conned and scammed but since they have a "contract" you can not get out. The only customer service they have is Bad. I would be better off getting a coach from Inda or China and not spend $250 an hour for a wanna be coach.
The MFO and the coaches are only in it to get your money and it is obvious since they can not offer real winning stats of before coaching and after. T
The MFO will assign anybody they want as your coach and change them whenever they want. The only commitment they have to you is to collect your money because everything is on their terms. This service will not raise your game and once you realize they are waste of money they will not let you out. How many of you make $250/hr well they do and they are not going to get you their. Call your family or anybody else and you will get more. I have been a division 1 national champ in college sports, successful in the business for 15 years and working with the MFO is one of my biggest regrets. They are good at selling but what they sell is snake oil. It is not hard to see that Mike Ferry lacks depth and is a con - everybody who gets to know him either becomes a con or leaves him. Ask how many wives he has had and why his son is a competitor of his. Not signs of a winner but more of a cheap crook. The well is poisoned and the rest of the MFO is like the leader - a rip off artist after your money.
