5 stars for guy the technician. he did a great job setting us up and didnt leave until everything was working properly. i would definitely recommend him.
now when it comes to getting service after the fact forget it. I had 3 appointments no call no show and not even a call later to reschedule. I had to call them and its been 2 months now and still no one. hopefully one day they'll come. 0 stars if I could
