I have Alliance Security in my home. I hope the monitoring service is not like the customer service. I have been trying to contact them for 5 days in reference to an issue with my system. I have not gotten anyone to assist me. The only time I can immediately talk to anyone is when I need to make a payment. This is ridiculous. Even when I accept the option to receive a call back no one has called me back yet. I guess when I stop making payments someone will call me. Bad customer service.

Almost a week later, I finally got in touch with someone who was able to assist me, her name was Ms. Barbara, she was so helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She was concerned with my issues and did everything to resolve them. Thanks Ms. Barbara. I wish I would've gotten her extension.
