Since last night we had problems with the unit. Today we contacted customer service and left our information. Tom the owner personally called us back. He assured he would send a technician tonight even though they are not doing services today due to the upcoming hurricane. I explained our situation to him and he's very willing to work with us. Taking time to call us back speaks highly of this company.
