We needed to replace the a/c in our condo so I researched and called around. I only wanted the best and most were good. The difference was Anthony from All Year. Courteous, professional and customer oriented. I felt comfortable with this company but told him I was comparing services. He dispatched a technician rather than a salesperson to access what was best for us as I requested. Several conversations after the technician's analysis and we agreed on product and price. The installation was scheduled for the very next morning. The installer called and arrived on time. Steven and Jack (his assistant) were incredible. Personable, skilled and courteous they worked expertly and tirelessly assuring me that they were not leaving until the installation was perfectly completed. They took extreme care not to damage anything in the condo and cleaned everything up before shaking hands and leaving. I called Anthony back to thank him for a great product and truly exceptional experience. We could not be happier in our now chilly Delray Beach condo and will recommend them without hesitation to any and everyone desiring their product and services. It's YOUR money and comfort.
