Do not waste your time and money with this company or service. The repair service doesn t support you as a customer when you need it the most. Several issues trying to get a technician to come over and fix the AC and the response from the agent in the call center is that they are going to fwd the call to a technician and she cannot tell me if they are calling me or not. Called multiple times to receive the same answer and the technician never called. Now waiting to see if they will call me first thing in the morning as she said. Unfortunately, she couldn t even give me a timeframe on when they will call me. This is not the first time that I encounter this issue and end up having to call another company and pay them to fix my AC. The most upsetting part is that almost a month ago they came and supposedly checked my AC and everything was fine according to them, even when I told them that I had a few concerns with the unit. I do not recommend this company.
