I got very good service and a quick assessment of the cause of my mechanical trouble. I brought it in at 3 PM and was able to pick my car up the next day at noon. I was pleased to fine everyone from the service manager to the office personnel were pleasant and efficient. I have started coming back to have regular oil changes at Karras Lincoln on a regular basis because of their friendly, competent service.
