Horrible service. Have to constantly call to check on status of vehicle while having repairs done. They will put you on hold for over 10 minutes on the phone trying to find out information they should already know when they're calling you on an update. They will try and charge you first for service instead of finding out if it is covered under warranty. They will not work on cars on saturdays so don't bother dropping car off on the weekend.
