Clear and effective communication, excellent customer service by the Mechanics Supervisor. Recommendation, if you are an advisor in any industry you should know what you are going to communicate to the customer or at least communicate with the mechanic of the vehicle so that they can explain the necessary scope of work well and not call to want to sell you a service that not even if you want known. I understand that Alberic Service must have a training program for advisory personnel and it would be phenomenal and positive to increase their sales, because people who know at least the basics are going to challenge the information. In this way they deceive people who do not possess the basic knowledge.
