Nice and clean hotel in makka. But service is not good. Rooms are also small. Bathrooms are small. No breakfast from hotel if you are staying individually or without tours.

I stayed there for 5 days, i hardly saw any house keeping guys. I had to literally go and call them on the 3rd day to clean up our room and thats it, no sign of them after that. It is 17 minutes walk from Haram and we had to cross busy streets without signal. So we had to jaywalk. Except the lifts nothing was good. We had breakfast but that was not up to thr standard. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

It was our second experience with this hotel, but we didn t satisfied about it this time.
I mean a year can change a lot for real.

A hotel not according to the old reputation I entered 15 years ago was a masterpiece and now it's not ok and the rooms are narrow and the mattresses are not changing and not clean now

A sophisticated place of its advantages parking spaces at an excellent price for guests is a distance from the campus and there are no buses

Five star hotel, rooms are comfortable and quite luxurious, the distance from the harom is being ... the lifts are almost not waiting .. The spacious and comfortable lobby, there is also a prayer room on the 1st floor

Reception always not available in the disk, they sit in the back room you need to shout out to have their attention. They are ignorant and not cooperative at all.
Elevators are sufficient.
No free breakfast served.

Very good service. Around 20 minutes walking distance to Masjidil Haram (only when it is crowded and carrying baby stroller)

Okay hotel, a bit far but walkable distance from Haram for healthy individuals. Breakfast was below average.

We were booking it because the attitudes of the guests are free .. It became an additional payment for the positions .. is originally Mu Hotel wonderful and has lost the advantage which was characterized by the regret

One of the best hotel near makkah haram - Ajyad road.

Hotel Shuhada Baka is actually unique and the most important thing is that you are parking for the car and this is itself an accomplishment in Makkah

I've never experienced anything close to the level of luxury as I did here. Simply amazing, a true 5 star hotel.
