Friendly service, many Indonesian employees. If you're late for breakfast, the food runs out, you can ask the employee directly langsung

This hotel is a worst place in Makkah, bad service, I had 3 rooms with my family toilet bad smell and water leaking I asked to change the room, not happened, I asked to clean the room not happened
My advise do not book here, pay little more and enjoy other real five star hotels

Hotel is fairly good and I would recommend booking by booking because it is much cheaper than hotel reservations as the rooms are small

Loved the hotel, very close to the haram 7 minuite walk, people are good and the buffet food was dilicious.

Hotel is close to the campus after about 10 minutes walking distance

It is characterized by proximity to the Haram .. I did not answer only to see if you are the target of the Grand Mosque

4 star, close to holy kaaba , around 400 meters, 24 hours restaurants nearby and pharmacy, reasonable price, big lobby.

I have my wedding party done there. It's a memorial place with luxurious facilities. Fits who looks for high quality with somehow acceptable price.

Not so happy from hotel. As we were 4 to stay there, quad room are so small and conjusted. We ere 10 minutes far away from king abdul aziz gate. We have to take taxi some time in case of rush, one day an arabic taxi driver scammed us. He promised us to leave us near king abdul aziz gate in 15 SR but when we reached there he said i need 15 SR / Head even he asked for wheel chair and in actual he charged us 85 SR for 2 minutes drive. Arabic Taxi drivers are scammers only pakistani drivers are good. Rest hotel reception is good and overall embience is fine.

The hotel is more than wonderful and you feel the elegance and luxury ... It is only handicapped that the cars allocated to transport guests to and from the Haram al-Makki few or it is not available after the prayer times directly
