Jason Donaldson took a great care of us meeting and exceeding all of our expectations. Previously shopping at other oakland county dealerships we were quite amazed with Jason's help and experience at AlSerra. Jason reached out to schedule a good time for us, had a vehicle ready warmed up on a very cold day and found us a vehicle we were looking for. Overall Jason went above and beyond to what we had experienced at other dealership with not very motivated sales people (our current lease was not due till August) so many other sales people were not inclined to spend much time with us showing us cars etc. Jason treated us with respect and as a result we purchased the car from AlSerra!
