On a recent trip to Al Serra Subaru in Grand Blanc, Michigan I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Beardsley, Subaru Service Advisor. He was very informative and prompt. I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated in a very short period of time enabling me to get on my way quickly. There was also a recall on my vehicle which Justin noted and I was able to get taken care of quickly.

Took that extra step to insure the issue was fixed.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. With a newborn at home and my wife recovering from c-section, I was hoping I wouldn t be gone more than an hour. They informed me there was a 2 hour wait for service but they could shuttle my oldest and I home so we didn t have to wait. Took over an hour for a shuttle to be ready. Turns out they never put me on the wait list. Won t be coming back next time I need service.

Told me they would hold a truck. I made an appointment, then they sold it out from under me. There are no reasons for this, it shows what kind of low character they operate under.

Worst decision, they screw you over. Already been through a few motors, a couple flywheels, bell housing, torque converter, and a rear main seal. They have trash mechanics with no experience. I advise you to buy from ANY another dealerships EXCEPT AL SERRA!

Our salesperson, Scott, was phenomenal in the way he treated us. No pressure, just the facts. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. If you are looking for a used vehicle, I highly recommend them.

Scott was excellent. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and went to the wrong part of the dealership. Scott said that it was fine, because I would get the same quality service there, I did it was excellent service. The car was done fast. I was missing some little part and Scott had them add it.He explained the part and why I needed it. It was a minimal charge and I appreciated him looking out for me. He was really great!

Always something here. I bought 3 cars from them and all my work done by them. Always an excuse. My car stall n they wanted me to verify this how they ask me to sit with someone til it happen. There like 3 good people here the rest are pos. I think I'm done with them.

I was at Al Serra's last week with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 2 recall issues. I walked out of there $308.10 less in my pocket. The Service agent, Deon, said that I needed 2 things done to my Jeep, having no idea what he was talking about, but he said I needed it, and since I LOVE my Jeep, I trusted him. When I got home, one of the things I got charged for was dealing with my 4 wheel drive -- well looking back on previous paper work, they did the same thing last summer. Now like I said I don't know anything about cars, and I sure hope they didn't screw me. But my Jeep is only 2 years old, and 1 more recall to go, when they get my part in -- it has to do with my battery. I just wish dealerships and mechanics were honest. I waited for my Jeep, and while I waited, Al Serra employees could not have been friendlier.

Bought a 2014 Ford escape from here on 7/24/20. When my husband took it for a test drive he thought it drove fine the couple of days before. When we picked it up on 7/24/20, we didn't even get it home because it was making an awful noise, so, my husband took it to belle tire & they said the shocks were bad & the back tires were very worn on the inside, didn't expect to have to put out over $1600 right from the start. Now, I know it was bought "As is" but, I thought it would at least be awhile before we had to make repairs, not the same day we got it.....

Well, al serra reached out to us today & I am glad to report that they are going to work with us on this vehicle, glad there are companies out there who listen to your concerns & are willing to help you out..

I cannot even begin to explain what a great experience I had at this dealership all the way around! Jennifer, my sales lady, she is outstanding! She took all of the stress right out of the deal bc they do not try to pressure sell here. They provide documentation to back up everything about their vehicles, so there is no "sales pitch" per se. I never once felt like I was being tricked or taken, and everything was explained to me in detail. Also, their cars are all priced way below Kelly Blue Book, so you do not have to haggle back and forth and play those annoying games! I was there on Saturday and it was so busy, people literally driving over from other States to get their hands on these vehicles! They are priced right to sell, and not only that but the condition of the vehicles blows all other dealers out of the water. I kept searching and searching for the car I wanted and I kept running into the usual car salesman scum that is out there, trying to take people and rip them off! Well not here at Al Serra, they have such a good reputation they do not have to play those games. They understand it's not on the one sale, it's about creating an easy and stress free experience for the customer that keeps you coming back, and also referring friends and family for years to come! Do yourself a favor and eliminate the stress of car buying by visiting Al Serra today!

I was waffling between the X4 and X5, wanting this from one model and that from the other. Then Cal pulls up with everything I was asking for in one car and more!

Just had another wonderful Al Serra experience while purchasing our new Cadillac Escalade ESV. Manager Scott McDaniel and salesman Ryan Burge could not have been more helpful. True professionals.

My overall experience with Anquan was superb. I looked at the same vehicle at another dealership prior to meeting with Anquan, however the service ultimately lead me to purchase the vehicle from Anquan. I appreciate Anquan s promptness arranging a test drive in such a short period of time as well as allowing for such a quick purchase.

Bob Johnson the man who helped us find our amazing Saturn bent over backwards to make sure we had a good reliable vehicle at a decent amazing price we are so Overjoyed to have had the opportunity to work with such a professional he went above and beyond any car salesman I have ever met to make sure that we were happy. They did the recalls but didn't hook my autostart back up. They did an oil change but didn't do their 12 point inspection. When I called all I got was an excuse.

For my second time ever buying a car spending $21,500 I am not very happy at all from start to finish My sales guy Mr newhart was very pushy and persuasive trying to get my to buy just anything leaving OUT very important parts of the deal, such as he was applying for auto pay , trying to pursue me to take another car with WAY more miles saying that it would be covered bumper to bumper if I take it NOT mentioning the fact I would have to pay for that warranty. Thank God I called myom and she talked me out of it and into the better car with less miles. So I take that car like I mentioned before he signed me up for auto pay without my permission then I found out during signing and he was like if I don't allow it my interest rate would go up. Well my decision might have been different if I KNEW all the key details for the situation. Then I buy the car letting go of the fact of how he handled the situation in the first place, then I get my car on that Friday and there is a nasty scratch on the back that wasn't there when we agreed on the car, the manager did the right thing and had me bring my car in a week later to have it fixed when I dropped my car off it was in beautiful shape nice and clean when I got it back there is white marks of who knows what all over my driver door window floor mat ECT. I'm not even going to bother trying anymore with this place all I can say to Amy future buyers DO NOT GO HERE. They are scam artist and aren't very considerate of your hard earned money.

The service technicians lied and tried to get me to spend hundreds of dollars that were very unnecessary. They told me my oil pan was leaking and it wasn't they told me I had a split in my tire and I didn't they said I needed a new key when I had just purchased one from them and had it programed by them. They said they would look at my vehicle for $62.50 and when I went to pick the vehicle up after I would not agree to the repairs they wanted to charge me $138.00. I took my vehicle to another GM dealership and they said my oil pan had a few rusty bolts nothing major that my vehicle was well taken care of. I am 80 years old and I feel as though this dealership tried to take advantage of me AGAIN.

I was looking for a vehicle with a decent price and better gas mileage than what I was driving at the time, I took an interest in a Kia Optima and I was put into contact with Cruz. He was awesome, very down to earth no high pressure and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. The price was great the gas is great (I am saving $40 a week in gas) He made sure I knew how to use the confusing remote start and even sat in the back seat of the car to show me there was enough room for my son Thank you Cruz!

Cadillac Service was the worse experience of my life. I have never been treated with such little respect by a dealership. Accountability is not a top priority and neither is customer satisfaction. I would recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Sierra from TJ at the Buick-GMC store and had a great experience. It took us awhile to make a decision and TJ was very patient and was on top of all of our requests for pricing and payments on different vehicles. We finally decided on the Sierra and we love it and are very happy with our decision! TJ was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we really enjoyed working with him.

Jason did a great job and helped make the process smooth. The process took a long time because they were busy and I felt a little like I was placed on the back burner in favor of other customers, but overall we are pleased.

The dishonest servicemen. Because there are so few GM dealers around after the bankruptcy. There has been few dealers to turn to; and this one is no better. On every occasion I've left this place feeling so very taken advantage of. It seems that they are so used to taking advantage of customers that it's become second nature.
My mother in law spent upwards of $500 dollars be cause her battery terminal was loose. Instead of tightening it these guys replaced her PCM harness as well as replacing her new battery. The excuse was that the battery had already been recycled. So here is the charge for replacing her new battery to boot. An added $125. Total $625 to tighten her battery terminal. Wow, I feel sullied.

I brought my car in 3 times with a tier leak i got the tire insurance they wouldn't fix the tier so i had to take it to bell tier where they found a leak so I brought a tire from them that wasn't the only problem i keeped asking them to check my breaks because I kept feeling grinding they said my breaks were fine twice i took it to bell tier they said my breaks were so bad I could have been killed so my family won't go back to thir service department and I recommend you don't either they keep trying to erase my reviews

They were advertising a car I was looking for so I called them. The ad was just placed today, yet they do not have the car. Ok, so I asked to leave a deposit and I will pick the car up when it comes in. I was told I had to drive to the dealership to leave a deposit because they have to go over my options with me.

Seems like they are just trying to get people in the door and when they don't have what they advertised they try to tell you something else. It's 1 1/2 hours of driving for me to waste my time.

Most dealers will bring the car and paperwork to me at my house, much less make me drive 1 1/2hr to leave a deposit and 'discuss my options'

Terrible tactics, would recommend avoiding. Dishonest dealer.

Joe Abbott was wonderful as I was shopping for a new car during the Stay At Home order. My lease was up and I had to do it then. I m a MSU student and this is my second year here I needed a reliable car to travel from my appointment that is off campus, to campus, and also to get back and forth to Flint when needed due to my parents health. Hudy was a man of his word and now I drive a nicer and newer car than the majority of my Friends with the privilege to be able to visit home when needed.The car is everything I needed and for an extremely low monthly rate also.
