Purchased a new 2015 Sportage and received a great trade in value for my previous car. Ian from the KIA division was a great salesperson and walked me through each step and when they didn't have the car in the color I wanted, the dealership picked one up from Indianapolis, IN.

Once it arrived I was notified and it was detailed out. When I came to pick it up, Ian walked me through all the new features.
