I made an appointment to have my car serviced. After arriving to my appointment I was told they were not accepting anymore cars for the evening due to their schedule being booked and they were running behind. I called and made a complaint because that s unacceptable to a customer who had an appointment scheduled. I was told when I come back they would make an exception and get my vehicle right in for servicing due to the inconvenience of me commuting from Ohio. I took my car back yesterday and was told the same exact thing and turned away again. I explained to the al Serra employee my discontent with this inconsistency and inconvenience again and stated I don t want to bring my vehicle back if I m going to be turned away and not assisted. The employee responded that s fine as he raised the garage door and proceeded to ask me to remove my vehicle from their garage. I have been a customer at al Serra for over 5 years and I ve never received such disrespect and treatment until now. I am completely disappointed and have no plans of purchasing or receiving any further services from their dealership again.
