Not a very huge one, but the 8 year olds birthday party was fun and exhaustive. Nicely organized and safe.

A place where you can have fun and exercise at the same time! Went with friends/family/coworkers and every time was great!

Good for the kids.. and if adults like this sort of thing ... however didn't like the bump coming out from the car park ruined my front bumper even though I went really slow

This is a great place and a lot of fun. Would def recommend.

However, it is often overrun by teens who are way too boistrous and the adolescents who form the staff are incapable of handling them.

In addition, allegedly, you can save money by booking 12 hours in advance, with the early bird option. Except, actually you can't, because there's no way of booking 12 hours in advance by phone or internet.

Weird.

Great fun for kids and grown ups. Had my sons birthday here and it was as much fun for me as it was for him. loved it

Smaller, busier, stricter in terms of jumping restrictions, and more expensive than "Gravity Force" in Camberley. It's nice that there is a decent enough trampoline park in the big town of Guildford anyways...

We had my 6 year old's birthday party here. Staff were all friendly and looked after the children well.

Absolutely Rubbish Place.They dont allowed to play under 5year. My little girl were crying to jump there. Absolutely Disappointing Place. Dont recommend.

Been here 4 times in the last few months! Friendly staff and great day out.

Checking in was a bit painful and they definitely need to get/open roof outlets to get the heat out! But otherwise, a fantastic bit of exercise (I burned 480 calories in the hour) that just feels like fun!

It's a shame we had such a bad experience today! We have been many times and had some lovely times, but arrived today and the staff on reception were really rude!

It was overly great but I wish the trampolines were bigger and bouncier

This place a bit of a crazy side, lots of teenagers and even some adults jamps around, not best place for toddlers at all, and not forget about loud music.

Great for children it'll keep them away from their video games and make them exercise.

Well, I managed to damage by back pretty early on bad enough that I went to A&E, and the triage nurse rolled his eyes as if to suggest AirHop 'casualties' are a common occurrence. That aside, it was great fun for the rest of the young adults that I went with. Obviously take care not to flatten the swarm of youngsters there, but certainly don't feel like you shouldn't go because your too old!

Went to the airfit evening exercise class.
Was fantastic fun, great variety of exercises and really got my heart rate going!
Definitely tested my pelvic floor.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would recommend and go again.

Great place with lots of attractions , the DodgeBall court with the targets is great fun!

I booked my daughters birthday party here back in June. I received an email with details of the party and an email clearly saying if there's any dietary requirements to call and they will arrange an alternative. I phoned with plenty of notice to tell them there was a child who could not eat gluten. When it came to the party they said they acknowledged I called them but hadn't actually requested an alternative and directed me to the cafe where the options for a gluten free lunch were very limited. Then told I had to wait in a 10 minute queue, missing my daughters party! Emailed a complaint asking for a reply and received nothing. Would never book here again. Terrible customer service.

Sadly one person for the past 2 years has ruined our fun.
We didn't expect to see this guy here again, must be a regular!
He completely takes over the dodge ball.( not manned by staff)
He is a grown man that seems to get complete pleasure at throwing balls with all his adult strength and anger at kids.
This year he really hurt my daughter and she was bruised on her leg from the force of his throw.
I witnessed 2 other children cry and limp!
Even my 13 year old with his bday friends didn't want to go in the dodge ball and neither would I.
Why on earth is this allowed to happen!
Kids can't kick a ball but he is allowed to intentionally hurt people.
Interesting that when I mentioned this behaviour to one of my friends they had encountered him at there visit and said they wouldn't return as he ruined there experience so goodness knows how many others!
We have done air hop for the past 4 years for my son birthday, will defiantly consider going some where else next year for his bday if something doesn't change!
His behaviour is more dangerous than the rules you apply!
Please address before someone gets hurt and why should other people not be allowed to use this part of air hop coz of one person!

Very busy on weekends, recommend week days after school. Lovely coffee and very friendly staff

Very good services and polite staff. also my daughter forgot her mobile phone and the people who work their they keep it and give it back when we ask.

absolute RUBBISH. they won't answer the phone, their emails and is just a messy company. went to check the website and the notes were UNCLEAR as to what we were supposed to do. on top of that, it won't send the emails for the waivers! NEVER booking here again.

Quit small compared to other arenas I've visited but still fun freidly and safe

A really cool place both for children and grown ups. It's spacious, really clean and well managed with safety at the forefront. Ideal for Birthday Parties. Grown ups can sit upstairs at the cafe and read a book while sipping a lovely coffee. Will go back and I would highly recommend it. Thumbs up!

OH MY LAWD THIS PLACE IS SO GREAT. Top tip - avoid school holidays unless you actually like being surrounded by kids (and possibly smashed in the face with a dodgeball). Came here for a work bonding session, 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Have to book a place so it doesn't get too busy. Easy enough to get your own trampoline.

Had my daughters 8th birthday party here. The kids had a great time and Callum and the staff were excellent. Great experience.

Really liked the idea of getting different trampolines and all the staff was really nice and friendly .....but a bit crowded but I guess it's on the weekends mainly
