This company is fantastic. Not only do they do terrific work, but every employee I came into contact with was very professional and considerate--from the folks on the phone to the technician in my home. On the phone I spoke with Audrey and Maggie and they were very polite and communicative. My technician was Casey Moon who took the time to look over the project and explain every detail with me. He did clean work and was pleasantly friendly. I wish I had more bathtubs in my house for them to refinish! Don't hesitate to call them, they're great!

Clay refinished our cast iron bathtub and made it look brand new. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

The whole experience was great. From the on-site estimate. Then the whole process. The job was done in one day. Three days later we were using the tub/shower. The installer was very very professional. He was very polite and kept me informed of the job during the day. The cost was well in our budget and will be using them again and recommending them to all our friends.

These guys are a joke. I made an appointment and called them to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. They still showed up and now they want to charge me $50 to come give me an estimate. What kind of operation is this? Someone needs to start a competitive business against these guys to keep them honest.

The technician, Clay, is just awesome; very courteous and thorough. The work on bath-shower took only 3-ish hours, and the next day took only about 1 to 1-1/2. Excellent work, looks clean and new. And Clay kept and left the bathroom clean. Upon completion, I paid by phone with a credit card. Thank you.

I searched for bathtub refinishing and saw the best and most reviews were with this company. Everything from the quoting process, the explanation of everything, the coordinating of my schedule, the person that did the job, to final communication was very smooth, which was very refreshing. I literally could not be there any of the 3 days that it took from start to finish and was assured that most people give a key to their home to the installer to come and go as they need. It took a lot for me to trust and take the risk, but it worked out well. Installer communicated as he came and went and also sent me photos of his progress throughout the 3 days. He was also honest and saved me from paying a potential $250 that would have been needed to be paid if I had my tub refinished in the past. The installers cleanup was also very satisfactory. I would recommend them to friends/family and would use them again in the future if needed. I appreciate the great service Miracle Method!

The counter tops and bathtub look amazing. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they need to do a better job protecting surfaces surrounding the counters and tub. More tape and paper! They did clean off the overspray when we pointed it out.

Our bathroom was beyond an eyesore. The technician that came out was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and recommended additional suggestions that would improve the look. We went with Miracle Method for our tub/shower enclosure after having priced out one of the more-famous liner installation companies who advertise on TV. The Miracle Method came in at just over 1/3 the price of the famous liner company.

We're very happy with the look of our refinished tub and tile. The technician was meticulous about doing the job right, he took great care to grout and seal all of the tile before applying the coating, and the result is very attractive. Obviously it's too soon to comment on durability as the job is only 2 weeks old, but based on what I have seen so far I definitely recommend them.

After learning, plumbing costs to remove a tub would be too much, opted to refinish instead. So very impressed with the job done. Tub looks brand new! I want to start by saying that we are extremely pleased with the work Miracle Method did in our kitchen. It looks like a totally different room. My focus is on the technician, Clay, who completed the job. It is so refreshing to work with someone who is a true professional, loves his work, and takes pride in doing a great job. From the moment Clay arrived and greeted us, we knew the job would be completed properly and with perfection. He explained in detail the procedure and what we were to expect. Throughout the day, he gave updates on how the job was progressing and asked if we had any questions. He was extremely meticulous when preparing the area so that the floor, cabinets, and walls would not be damaged by any of the products used. After the job, he removed his materials and left the area spotless.
We are looking forward to now having our bathrooms done and will request that Clay do the job. Thanks Miracle Method for not only providing a great product, but having an employee that truly believes in what he does.

The technician is knowledgeable and courteous. They really did a good job on my counter tops. I was so highly impressed that I am calling back to get the bathroom tub done upstairs. I would highly recommend them. And the finished products really looks good. I would give it six thumbs up if i could.

This is the second time that we ve used Miracle Method. The first was to repair a chip in a tub. This time we had them refinish a 50-year white porcelain tub and the kitchen sink. Both were chipped, scratched, and had lost their luster. They look brand new! The cost (not to mention the mess) in replacing either would have been three times what we paid to have them resurfaced. The technician was prompt, explained the process, cleaned up after himself, and was done quickly. We would definitely recommend Miracle Method for repairs or remodeling.

Miracle Method did an excellent job refinishing my kitchen countertops. Maggie was excellent to work with showing my wife and I around the showroom and the technician (Clay) was also great to work with. Clay really takes great pride in his work and it definitely showed when he finished refinishing my kitchen countertops. I will be using them again for future projects and highly recommend them to everyone.

I'm an actual real life customer. Let's put it this way. They did what they said they could do it for exactly the price quoted.
We were in a pinch selling our house and they made our 1968 Vanity tops look BEAUTIFUL!! We almost replaced all our vanity's! Not anymore.

Entire process from estimate through completion was excellent. Mike explained in detail what need to be done to repair our fiberglass shower enclosure and to refinish our vanity countertop and what it would cost. Casey arrived on time to begin the work. He kept me informed as the work continued. When he finished, we had a "new" master bath. I could not have been more pleased with the process.

I had 2 bath tubs refinished. The technician (Emmanuel Gabor) was professional: arrived on time, knowledgeable, courteous. The job took two days total, and Emmanuel did a really good job in cleaning up. I was left with two, brand-new-looking bath tubs.

I hope these bath tubs will retain this clean, new look for the new five years (or more). If not, I'll be updating this review.

Honestly, customer service really wins here. From the scheduling which was seamless to the sales representative which came out to give me a quote. He was so knowledgeable, walked me through the process, advised me on how to stagger my renovation projects, and was very patient answering all of my questions.

Miracle Method sent me an email to prepare for the work which definitely helped. The technician came was was helpful, personable, and extremely professional. And the end result was so amazing. I couldn t believe it. I would definitely recommend to anyone. They turned my eh bathroom into something I can be really proud of.

Interesting enough, their quote was higher than a competitor but I was not impressed by the level of knowledge they demonstrated and felt that was probably a sign... Got it done right the first time.

Initially, the reason for contacting Miracle Method was to repair a crack in the tub. Ultimately, they refinished the entire tub. The results was amazing: better than a new tub. Start to finish Miracle Method was a great experience. In the front office Maggie responded to inquiries quickly (via telephone and email); Zach, who assessed the damage and proposed an estimate, was punctual and professional; and Clay, the technician who did the work, was efficient and meticulously paid attention to every detail, including and especially recaulking after refinishing. I am quite pleased.

Great experience from start to finish - all employees were a pleasure to work with, on time, and set my expectations well. Only reason I didn t score as 5 stars is I felt the sample I chose was a bit different than the final result, and only slightly. I still absolutely love the result! Also, I was warned that there would be a strong odor during installation. There was - I would not recommend sleeping anywhere near (even on the same floor) the work area for the first couple of nights.

Had my bath tub repaired and refinished by Miracle Method; the work was done exactly as described and scheduled, the technician was friendly and professional, and the overall finished product was exceptional!

Miracle Method did a great job in resurfacing my fiberglass shower pan, which had cracked due to a previous contractor's poor installation job. They were also able to provide some much needed support underneath the areas where the cracking had occurred, making it much more stable. My only complaint was the thin layer of fiberglass (?) dust that was left on ALL of my bathroom walls after they were done. I just felt like they should have cleaned that up, better. Otherwise, I was very happy with the results.

I had two tubs resurfaced and one tub had a sliding glass door added. the results are breathtaking. I highly recommend Miracle Method. My one recommendation is that the physical store in far north Marietta doesn't off a ton of assistance as the photos here on Google are basically what you get in the store.

Kitchen counters turned out very nice. However, there was minimal cost savings between using Miracle Method and if I would have gotten new granite countertops. So if you want granite...go with granite...I will next time!

This is the second time I ve used Miracle Method. The first time was to update my bright pink bathroom to a pretty white with grey flecks. It has held up well for the past 3 years. I just had then do a notch cut on my tub ,converting it to a 4 inch step over shower with 2 grab bars. They come on time, work efficiently, and do a great job.

We are extremely happy with the new look of our bathroom countertops, sinks and garden tub. It is so nice to be rid of that builder's grade marble that was so prevalent in homes built in the 80's and 90's. Our master bath looks beautiful and modern. We love it! I've been telling my neighbors, and anyone else who'll listen, about the amazing transformation.

We updated our master bathroom. The areas refinished were the shower floor and walls, master bath floor and baseboards, sinks (2) along with decking around sinks, and the decking around the tub. We also had the old gold trim shower door replaced with a new clear shower door.
Casey Moon was the refinisher and installer an did an outstanding job. Casey showed up daily on-time, cleaned up daily and really understands the process - absolutely professional in all he does.
You really need to go by showroom to see what Miracle-Method can do. The office staff of Kay and Maggie kept us informed along the entire process - no hidden charges, no surprises. Excellent group of people and company to work with.

We had our fiberglass shower pan refinished by Miracle Method after receiving outrageous quotes to replace the shower pan. Miracle Method revitalized my shower and it looks brand new! I've used them twice with excellent results both times. My first project was the backsplash in my kitchen 3 yrs ago and I still love it. I recently had the tile surround in my shower refinished and it looks amazing (as if I had it re-tiled). If you want cosmetic changes but don't think you can afford it, look into Miracle Method.

I had them re-surface an old cast iron sink for me. It was in reasonable condition to start with, couple chips and stains. It looks amazing now. Turnaround was right within the time frame they told me and cost was exactly as budgeted.

This is the 2nd time I've hired the folks at Miracle Method. The first time was in 2014, when I had two 30 year old fiberglass tubs redone at a rental property. Both went from ugly to gorgeous within a day. This time I finally had the time to have my own well used bathtub redone. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The entire process from initial contact, quote, job, and completion was professional and well organized. I definitely recommend this company and the product.

We are very pleased with the results and associated customer service we had for our two bathroom project. The project involved covering a shower (with pan), garden tub surround and tile flooring in one bathroom and repairing a tub, tile surround and with tile flooring resurfacing in the second bathroom.

My husband and I had tile in 2 of our bathrooms resurfaced in a house we inherited and remodeled. No one was living in the house after the resurfacing was done, multiple chips and cracks appeared. This was at no fault of our own. After sending pictures to the company's office, we were told it was our fault and would not be covered by the warranty. This made me livid and I left a bad review at first. Since then, the manager of the Marietta location came out and indeed found the the issue was with the bonding agent not completely adhering correctly. He is having the issue fixed under the warranty at no cost to us. I am very pleased that he responded and came out to look at the problem rather than just relying on the pictures we emailed. I am grateful the problem is being resolved!

I can't begin to adequately tell you how much I appreciate the work Miracle Method did for me. My Mom had become unable to step over the edge of the tub to take a shower. Maggie arranged for Casey to take a look and provide a quote. In spite of the Thanksgiving holiday, they were able to schedule a tub cut-down and installation of grab bars to make it not only possible but safe for her to take a shower before she was discharged from Rehab following hip replacement surgery on December 3rd. The job took about 6 hours and Casey was amazing! He did the work without creating a mess; vented all the fumes outside without letting the cold air inside and appeared to care about me and my issues. In fact, He saw me attempting to install a lock box on the front door and offered to help. It took him about 3 minutes to drill the holes and put in the screws with an electric drill (I was using a manual screwdriver). To top it all off, the price was very reasonable! Thank you, folks - you really came through for me in my time of need!
