Had the BEST experience here. I went to 3 stores before finally ending up here to get my bf some good workout shoes. The African American man that helped up was so knowledgeable and listened to exactly what we needed and gave us good recommendations. Highly recommended

I am traveling and forgot to pack hat and gloves....Went in this afternoon to buy some thinking that shopping local is always a good thing. I was first told that while they had hats, there were no gloves. I expressed surprise, and I was told that spring season is here (it is March 11 and will be a low of 25 tommorrow). So then another employee points out a box of gloves that were indeed there, and I said (in a joking matter) "it looks like you spoke too soon,", and the guy who said there were no gloves looked at me and said "no I didn't". Ok...so at this point I become agitated and told him there was no reason to argue about it, upon which he said I would be better off "...going to North Face"! So I did, found and purchased said hat and gloves. I guess The Georgetown Running Company has so much business they are ok with turning new customers away....
The man who helped me (Matt) was extremely helpful and knowledgable about running. He explained the mechanics of my running and was very patient in answering all my questions. He was also interested in getting to know my running lifestyle so he could better base his assessment off that, and in general was very easy to talk to.
Nice running shoe store, very close to my school. Their staff is friendly, helpful. If you drive, you know parking can always be a bit tricky so you will need to be patient with that.
Friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the PureCadence 4 here, though it was a simple choice given I've been running on the Brooks PureCadence series since it came out.
One of the only running shoe stores in DC that runs storewide discounts. Very good customer service but cramped space and limited selection of womens clothing.
I arrived just before 6 pm, an hour before closing, to a "be back in 20 mins" sign. I waited 30 mins checking periodically for no one to arrive and decided not to waste anymore time, so I left.
Had absolutely exceptional service there. Julian helped my me and my wife find the perfect running shoes yesterday. He was patient as my wife went running in and out if the store with different pairs of shoes. To him it wasn't about the sale, but rather watching someone enjoy running as he does! Thanks again for your help. We are definitely coming back when we're in town!
I've never been happier with a running store in the DC area. Great shoes, experienced staff, everything I need for making my running experience greater.
Small store without a lot to offer. Parking is tough, to say the least (it is Georgetown). Associates were helpful and offered good suggestions, but they had to have good ideas because the shoes/sizes I wanted weren't in stock.
Went there for a pair or running shoes. They had a running machine with a camera attached to it so I assumed they were professionals. Ended up with a pair of expensive shoes and shoe soles. After 1 month of running with those I had two injuries (left and right ankle sprains). One severe where I had to go to the hospital. Sorry but I cant recommend this place.
