After trying to negotiate with Winterhaven Honda and not getting the expected results I was pleasantly surprised by the great treatment I received at Miracle Toyota. They first explain their unique warranty which is 10 years/250,000 miles among other advantages. Though at the end they tried to charge me for it. But the negotiation was fair and I'm confident I received a great deal! Gary is an excellent salesman and really tries to please the customers. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I would recommend Miracle Toyota. I have nothing but positive experiences with having our two cars serviced there. The service advisor Adam does a great job with getting our cars in and out. Master Technician Paul Rodney has been working on both of our vehicles, and has always provided outstanding and professional service. Today we had a very serious brake problem on our Toyota Sienna that had to be repaired. Paul made his assessment of the vehicle. He took time to explaining what was wrong with the vehicle and how it would be repaired. I have never been disappointed with the repairs and services. These two gentlemen are always very professional in providing good customers service. I will continue to do business with Miracle Toyota.

Well we drove up and we went to walk into the location in the ass they stop the seventh and how have we have the pointman your restroom IOU three restaurants that I've never walked into a car dealership and not look at cars before so if I do see the restroom I probably would have just stop at a convenience store that was just on the road. No I wanted us to my wife started talking to Chuckie Dee know that was really interesting name to go by but I never would question a proud Italian American gentleman from any nickname he was so in touch with. We laid out what our situation was and what our needs were at Chuckie D took the information and showed us a few cars nothing that we had and usually gone in there to look at but it was ended up being well a really good experience. We went in with the pre-disposition that we weren't going enough to buy a new car we went in looking for a late model used vehicle that was on the website. After being informed that no we could get into a new car we were pleasantly surprised at the acceptable down and monthly payments that we were able to work out Chuckie D worked tirelessly for us and was able to work out a payment that was only slightly higher than what we initially wanted to do and we drove away in our first new car. Some might think this is not a big deal my wife and I have been married for 22 years and have only ever owned used vehicles not to say that our vehicles were bad or trash or weren't acceptable but we have never had the opportunity to drive away in a vehicle that has less than 10 miles on it and it's all because of that you get Acacian and hard work that check ED and the staff at miracle Toyota. Thank you for your hard work we look forward to getting our next vehicle from miracle Toyota.

Alex valez is an outstanding employee with Toyota. I just purchased a venza and he was very attentive. He called and answered my questions in an accurate way. He called when he said he would. He is polite, knowlegeable, and follows up with details. My husband will request. Alex when he needs a car.i beliebe he should be promoted and get a raise. I was most impressed.

Worked with David Z for a few weeks trying to find a Highlander with the configuration that fit our needs. We were fortunate as David located the exact vehicle and He and Justin made arrangements to do a dealer trade. The Highlander arrived and a couple of days later we completed the paperwork and had the vehicle we wanted. Thanks to David who kept in contact with us during the entire process. Also big thanks to Justin and to finance associate Brian. Brian made the final part of the process quick and efficient. Great team of folks at Miracle.

I am very disapointed with Dave the manager of the service department.The door check on my 2004 sienna broke. Being over 5 yrs and 100,000 mi it"s out of warranty.Corporate said it was up to the manager of miracle toyota service dept. to pay or help me pay for it. It cost me$475.00 Not my fault it broke after warranty was up. It was a factory recall at one time. I called Dave Several times, his reply was: i will get back to you. Well after two months i give up.Because of Dave i will take my business elsewhere and that's too bad. I stopped in at service dept. and called several times only to be ignored by Dave. Everyone else was very nice and helpful. all i wanted was a Yes or No.
It was his call and Toyota certainly has more $ than me.

Had a beautiful experience when buying my 2015 Toyota Highlander. The salesman Miguel Santiago was not only polite, well mannered, very informative and got us a great deal in our trade in when another dealership low balled us on our trade in. If i had to give him an overall score i would give him a 10 for excellence. I would gladly reccomend Miracle Toyota to friends and family. Make sure to ask for Miguel Santiago.

I wont be bothering to return there with my next car. shame because I highly trust Toyota and location-wise they were ideal. There was mixed emotions concerning the sales rep communication with others and the relationship amongs staff during certain points of the deal. Overall it wasn t to bad. I did walkout with a vehicle that I was satisfied with and that s the most important part, customer satisfaction. However, the sales rep needs to work a little on keeping a control of his frustrations with others and especially with his co-workers more civil and more about the business aspect. Overall 4 stars for satisfaction.

The finance guy was amazing. But everyone else was bad. The salesman was combative and pushy. He also took me blantantly lies and then doubled down on the lies. The management team did not respect my time. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. I was preapproved with a bank and they played a lot of games. They made an error that costed my an extra 30 minutes. After I was already to go. Process took two hours. Definitely not the 1 hour they advertise. Avoid!!!!!!!

These are the best cars on planet earth. The staff all seemed to treat each other like family. No pressure at all and the goal always seemed to be to make quests comfortable. My sense was they always seemed to focus on doing the right thing. Not a typical car dealership. Just a more family oriented vibe. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience!!! The dealers would not listen to husband about what he wanted, they kept trying to get him in a car we could not afford nor wanted. The service guy Greg Southand kept running around, not giving the answer to any of our questions. He was not around most the time we needed him. When we called to check on service we were put on hold for almost and hour and were transferred several times. The day we were told we could pick up we waited till 3pm for them to call and tell us to pick up, we ended up calling and they had find the papers on his desk! No one was going to call us! Never going there again!

They took their time to explain everything to me, and review ALL my options. I purchase my truck in there, experience not bad.
On the regular 40k miles; tire was rotated one just left side, the other one never touched.
Brake fluid not filled up. Honestly I don t know if the oil was changed for a synthetic or not.
I have to do a brake inspection in other dealer.
Also I ask for a 4wd inspection, actually doesn t engage, not was posible on the regular visit it s supposed have to back.
That s the second time that was happens, on 30k service was same thing.
The start it s for the advisor, he was so gently and friendly.

Our experience was TERRIBLE!!! My family and I are in town on vacation and the car alarm for our Highlander goes off for no apparent reason. After research, we discovered that the issue happens often with 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 models. The fix for this is to replace the hood latch.

We made an appointment for first thing in the morning requsting the replacement of our hood latch. When we arrived, the service department seemed very disorganized and no one even went over what we wanted for at least 10 minutes. My husband stated the issue we were having and what he wanted done to fix it. After waiting over an hour and a half, Ron told us our battery was a little low and that they were still trying to recreate the issue, NOTHING had been done to fix our car.

Now, our car is not fixed and our two small children who are waiting with us are upset about missing time at Legoland.

I've always thought that the customer was important to Toyota. This was not the case for the Miracle Toyota service department. I personally feel the worst part was not that they didn't do what we asked, but that no one cared that we were upset. For anyone reading this, I would seriously consider taking your business elsewhere.

I wish there was a way to give stars in the negative numbers. I have been lied to when I bought my car, and the deceit continues! I tried to take my car in for an oil change and check my AC fan. They wanted $119.00 dollars just to diagnose the fan noise it was making. I have every extended warranty out there since the finance guy, when I first got my car lied to me about what those warranties actually covered. I finally had it and walked out! I will never return! The service guy said this was standard practice to charge to diagnose. He said they would do the same anywhere else I would take it. He was so wrong! I immediately took it to Johnnie's Automotive Repair. They did NOT charge me to diagnose the problem. The oil change and tire rotation was about half the price as Miracle Toyota. They are going to replace the fans today for less than 200.00! I am so happy to finally be done with this dealership! My next vehicle will NOT be purchased at Miracle Toyota!

Bait and switch specialists!!!!! Send out coupons saying you can get a oil change for $19.95, then charge over $30.00. On top of which we set up a appointment so it wouldn't take to long. Took an hour and 15 minutes. I watched the service tech through the door. He spent as much time on his phone and BS'ing with other tech's as he did working on the oil change. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would! We have bought 2 Toyota pick ups in the past few years. We WON'T be buying any from Miracle Toyota - if this is how their service dept. lies and treats people.

I bought a Tacoma from Miracle Toyota, a little over two months ago. I absolutely LOVE it! Mike Duff was my salesman, and he jumped through a few hoops to make sure I got the truck I wanted, as well as negotiating a price I was beyond happy. I had to do a locate on the truck because I was persistent on a color, which was not on the lot. I was told it could be up to 10 days, within 24 hours I got a call saying my truck was there! I would recommend this dealership, and DEFINITELY recommend Mike as a salesman. I promise, you won't be unhappy if you buy from Miracle!
